Excellent service. The owner and his son were both friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. They had my bike back to me in top shape before the time they estimated and had went above and beyond to check and correct items I hadnt even asked them to observe. I have had a difficult time finding a reliable shop that would take the time to do a thorough job on my bike repairs and needs. I was referred to this business to look at balancing my tire. When I got my tire balanced, I was shown that my front brake was almost down to the metal. They saw something that the other shops never noticed. Im bringing my bike there to do a full service and for repairs from now on. Safety is important to me and Steve and Gregory are guys I can trust to take care of me and my bike. :)

I had Greg install an exhaust and a jet kit on my bike which he did a very good job on. Beyond that he did an inspection on my bike and corrected all issues without a problem. He was very honest about the condition of my bike and took very good care of it. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did and I highly recommend using motoary for any of your motorcycle needs. A shout out to Motoary for helping me out changing my front tire on my BMW 1200RT on short notice. It was at the end of the day and I thought I was going to have leave it until the next day. Nope - changed the rubber while I waited. After talking with them they offer tire prices on par with the internet so Ill be doing business direct with them. I prefer to support the local shops and will do business with Motoary again.

Motoary rebuilt the carb on my 1986 Yamaha Virago along with some other repairs. The communication and service were great. The bike runs like a whole different bike! I highly recommend.

Greg and Steve are great! I have been riding for 30 years and have dealt with dozens of shops. Motoary offers the best service and sales I have ever experienced. I am new to the Triumph world and my knowledge is limited owning Harleys in the past. Greg took his time to educate me on the bike and its history. I purchased the bike from the local Triumph dealer and ask if they would take the pipe extensions off so I could run straight pipes which they did but the mechanic said it would always backfire without the extensions. I accepted that and listened to that noise until I went to Gregs shop who had the bike purring in no time. No more backfiring !!! Since then he has made multiple modifications to the bike to get it running even better not to mention he was 200 dollars cheaper than the dealership on my 500 mile checkup. If you own a bike take it to him !! Also his clothing and helmet selection is great !! Jackets are 40 percent off !! I bought two. Go see this guy, this shop is incredible !!! Greg and his dad are great guys, both friendly and will talk motorcycles to you for as long as you want. The shop itself is also a cool place to be, plenty of retail including custom shirts and other riding gear in the front and a huge repair shop in the back. Check them out on any first Friday for their monthly bike night.

Great shop! Only place I trust. I am very picky when it comes to my bike. Very knowledgeable. Go above and beyond for their costumers. Very supportive of the local bike scene. Went there on a Saturday and he wasnt even supposed to be open. The owner let us come in and look around anyways, we were shopping for comm units for our helmets and he was very accommodating and showed us one of his entry level units. The units we bought have been great. Connect fast and have a decent range. Definitely would recommend this shop and his services over any others in Greensboro. Keep it local. Stand up dude!

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! Gregory is not only very learned in the art of British bikes, but he loves sharing his knowledge with others. He helped me get my 1976 Triumph Bonneville from not quite running to running great OVER THE PHONE. Great prices on parts and accessories. He has a great collection of bikes at his shop and a killer rat rod to top it. I will be returning as a customer.

Great people. Customer service is awesome. Can get whatever you want. Labor price is much higher than other places but they have experience with all kinds of bikes and atvs and many different types of work so you are paying for knowledge and efficiency.

Came from Winston to visit this shop. Was having trouble gettin new master link on new chain and finding tools for the job. The employees there were super nice and knowledgeable and had no problem telling me how to do the job even though they weren’t gonna do it. I will definitely be going back to these guys for future parts and help or anything I need with bikes. Respect and helping people goes a long way in my book and they have earned my business for sure.

Its a rare shop thatll drop what theyre doing and help you adjust your chain on the spot for a long trip. Rarer still thatll help an out-of-town friend troubleshoot an old cruiser on a weekend and even randomly have the exact part needed in the shop. This is the kind of place you take your bikes to for life.

Let me tell you what, I found this company and decided to check it out as it’s near my apartment complex. By far the best decision I’ve made. I used to take my bikes to dealerships for parts and service, but the Motary does far better work and makes you feel like much more than just a customer! 10/10 would recommend.

A really nice place with interesting people

Motoary will (1) work on a Guzzi and (2) do things the dealer cant/wont.Had a gear whine develop in the CARC (bevel box connecting drive shaft to rear wheel). Motoary tested the CARC, declared it toast (the metal bits in the lubricant were the first clue) and discussed my options with me.Moto Guzzi doesnt sell parts for the CARC, and a new one is incredibly expensive. Motoary found a used CARC on ebay (would a dealer do that?), bought it, tested it, and installed it.My cost was way below what a dealer would have charged.If you own a Moto Guzzi and are located near Greensboro, this is the place to go.
