Company website is user friendly and provides complete, short and sweet video instructions for installation and even walk-arounds for printer non-recognition errors. Didnt have what i was looking for in pigment based ink despite the search engine results leading here. I do like bch ink but even their most recent youtube videos are a bit out of touch with reality at times. Especially when it comes to printers and issues with them outside the USA.

They Do Not Respond. I ordered/received a print head, I has some questions about performance. They issued a return. I wanted to order another. I tried to contract them through ebay every other day for a while, contact seller for the product order, contact seller through the ebay store, Never received a replay, Always said cant receive messages, EBAY said it looks like they blocked my email address, I tried to contact them by phone several times, no reply, I tried to contact them on facebook, no reply, I found the president on Linkedin (they spin a pretty good story) and was going let him know about his crummy support, but just got tired of trying to contact them. I tried to contact seller on a different product with a different ebay account and they replied, confirming to me that they are blocking my ebay address. Interesting approach to business, Block the email addresses of those customers you have problems with, that way you only have email addresses of no problem customers.

Really appreciate BCH support staff and products. Running a small business during pre & post & during covid, has been a challenge that keeps changing from season to season. I have found BCH very helpful, not just with their own products and services but, if they dont have something or know something, they share with me other resources that are available. Most helpful!! BCH initially sent me the wrong item. I sent it back via their provided return label and RMA. After that I didnt hear back from them regarding a replacement. After waiting for about two weeks, I contacted them again. I finally received a replacement another week later. Their initial error and their subsequent delay has cost me time and productivity.

I found this site when I did a search for my Epson printer not recognizing the cartridge. When I posted my question to the site, I got an almost immediate response, and when they asked for more information they were able to tell me the problem was my updating the firmware. I wasnt going to spend the same amount for OEM ink that I paid for the printer, so I donated it and put a big note that said Epson ink only and bought a new printer. Saved me hours of grief. These people know their stuff.

There are many sources of printer related product and information on the web...By comparison with BCH, most (to be fair- not all) are a waste of time IMO. In my case, information that no other source-not even the manufacturer- provided, and may have saved me from trashing my own machine came from Kevin.

I could not get my printer paper to feed on my Epson printer. Thanks to the genius of BCH Technologies and their You-Tube set by set directions, I was able to find and solve the printer problem. Very thankful, as I did not have the $$ to purchase a new printer, and love my Epson XP-420 that now works like a charm!

The worst customer service ever. Very rotten attitude about company rules and policies. I even tried to go back to my last page on their website so i wouldnt have to ask them who my shipper would be and they make sure you can not go back so, you ask them and they get an attitude talking about i broke company rules and policies and order is cancelled. Thats what happen when you get big like Walmart, you dont care about nobody but your immediate family. I just went to e-bay and got my order and they was glad to have my business. When I see BCH on any order I go the other way

Quite honestly at first I was highly disappointed (why zero start or negative stars isnt possible is beyond me) because my request for information by leaving a phone message was totally ignored (to this day) however when I made the same request online I was helped almost immediately. Basically I wasted 48 hours by leaving a phone voicemail. The service from my online request was spot on, the information provided was correct and fully explained the problem I was having, and the situation was resolved. SO, 4 stars instead of 5 for not explaining on the telephone outbound message that leaving a phone message was pointless and they only reply to online requests for help.

I give this company 5 stars. They gave me superb customer service to help me fix my issue. The covers to my hp black and color ink cartridges were slightly off and they would not sit correctly. Kevin went ahead and sent me a different design and they work great. I highly recommend them if you want to get the max out of your ink cartridge. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I ordered cartridges and a refill set. The USPS said it was delivered to my house, however, it never arrived. Their insurance carrier took care of it and I reordered on January 21st. I paid an additional $11.06 ($16.06 total) to get it shipped via FedEx, but they didnt see that and shipped again via USPS. Nobody answers the phone, however, they did respond to the email and refunded the extra shipping costs. As of today, February 2nd, I still havent received the product, which was originally ordered on January 3rd! I was trying something new; however, given the headaches involved, I will likely go a different route in the future.

The Videos were very informing for my HP I was able to finish some projects... My Epson cartridges however were not refillable so next step is to buy refillable cartridges for them and order the correct 9 pin to reset... I selected BCH products after doing in depth research for impressive Pigment Ink offerings to support printing images onto cloth for Quilts.Quilts require definitive cloth to receive expressive ink images that willlast and endure a beating with use over time. BCH won for this round.We will see how long the products bear the BCH images.

I had a couple of issues I wanted help with. Customer service was very helpful, and their response was very fast and thorough. First time using this product. The videos are very good and make the job easy. The new ink works good and looks good.

Sweet SUCCESS at last!!! - I had refilled the larger HP cartridges for YEARS with no problem at all, then we had to get a new printer with a HP63 cartridge and I had ATTEMPTED to refill different HP63 cartridges at least 7 times with unusable results - UNTIL I saw Kevins video on YouTube and ordered their refill kit! Their kit and Kevins method was the key in my opinion :-) Kevins video made me determined I COULD have success AND THEIR PRICES ARE SO REASONABLE - theres no reason to buy from anyplace else! THANKS Kevin for making ink reasonable!

BCH is always responsive, even to the smallest details. But most important, the ink is superb and has cut our costs to pennies on the dollar.

Overall very good products and very quick shipment also. I have ordered bulk ink and re-settable cartridges for a couple of different printers and with the exception of the cartridges not being recognized in an HP 8600 printer, am happy with the service BCH has provided. They sent me a return label (by email) for the cartridges that did not work and I just put them in the mail today. One of the color cartridges did work but the other two just would not, I did not check the black cartridge. I really wished the cartridges worked since the HP ones are super expensive.

Rating would have been 5 but they didnt offer me a cost effective way to get their sponge-less conversion kits when I asked why they werent featured on Amazon.ca.BCH sell lots of other products on Amazon.ca but not those kits.Amazon Prime members often will get free shipping and Ive also used sellers that have very reasonable international shipping options. Ive purchased small items from as far as China with these services. Ill change my rating if they figure out how to do that economically.Their other products Ive used are all top notch.

Wanted to purchase sponge less ink cartridges and you denied my card?

Before I ordered, Ive never heard of this company before. I ordered some chip board pins for my Epson printer. They came within two days, and the new chip board pins work perfectly, and solved my printer error. Great and simple service!

I live in the UK and was not in a hurry for these items, I asked for them to be sent the cheapest way and was told that it would 5 to 6 weeks but it turned to only be 3 weeks,When the priming clips arrived they turned out to be a lot better quality than I had expected and the air pumps the same, I had wonderful communication from Kevin at BCH who said that they may stop international post, I do hope that they reconsider.

While BCH Tech did right by replacing an ink drum that was missing due to damaged packaging during shipment, they could have avoided the entire exercise by using a box rather than a skimpy envelope to ship their product.

Very good customer service. I sent an email about a product and received an immediate response and a replacement product within a few day. I would definitely recommend BCH to others.

For some reason I could not complete a repeat purchase on a Sunday. I found and wrote to the customer service address. There was an immediate notification of message received. The very next morning I had a full explanation of what happened and the error should have been repaired. It was and the link I was given provided direct and fast access to my order. Very happy with the Products appeal at first glance upon arrival. Its truly not a Beginners kit of ink refilling product, and the deep but otherwise thin instructions on the company website cover all brands and cartridges, but you have to know the finer details as these instructions as I said are pretty generic, bug for those who have done a few and are familiar with the units they are working on they will be fine. Shipping was a breeze, with very little time from the time I sent (PayPal) my payment, was the product at the door... very fast. Shopping was a little more intense not knowing weather to go with pigment or not etc. But Im soon to see the results of the quality that BCH is known for. Happy to have done business.

I was skeptical at first but I felt I had little to lose and much to gain. I was tired of the high price of cartridges and especially annoyed when they dried up after months of not using. I followed the online instructions and was surprised how easy. It didn’t print for several days but I thought it might take more time to penetrate the inside sponge. I was thrilled that it worked after close to a week. I’ve printed about 20 pages so far and it looks perfect. I’m hoping I can print another 100 before needing to add ink and eager to try the color recharge. Great product and support.

The service at BCH has been great the people there care about customers and they go out of there way to help. Not only getting you your order on time but help with any problems you may be having . I have bought these refillable inks and the yellow is not yellow and ruined my cartridge. I have tried to get a hold of the company numerous times and still have not heard nothing back from them.

YOUVE BEEN WARNED. I would rate negative stars if I could. Customer service was so lazy that getting a reply back on an item inquiry (through email) his answer didnt make sense at all and started talking about something way off topic. As if he saw two words in my paragraph and just started randomly talking about them..After asking if he even actually read my message he replied they have lots of stock of ink (was asking about a set of ink advertised on their page at special price) but no set. Its literally the exact same ink. I asked why they cant put (out of their large stock he just bragged they had) the same bottles in a box and sell me their advertized price (would make sense right?). He never did gave an answer for it, instead told me to shop somewhere else. I asked to speak to a manager and never heard back. Their website does NOT state the sets are in/out of stock just shows the set at better price bang for your buck.Anyway the customer service is EXTREMELY poor and I cant believe the guys attitude on how I was treated especially after wasting my time at the beginning cuz he couldnt be bothered to actually read my email (is this guy really getting paid for this?)Was excited to find this company, was planning on being a long term customer (not to mention others I know would have been interested) but if Im treated like garbage and told to shop somewhere else when asking about their products AND ignored when asking for a manager then heck no I DEFINITELY WONT be giving you my business and will warn others to stay away.
