Took my automobile in for 45K mile service. The staff was exceedingly cordial, efficient, and gracious. Car came back almost as clean as the day I drove it off the lot (better than any car wash place in town). Theyre an excellent example of the high level of service and quality that Audi represents.

Best experience Ive ever had buying a car and at 62, Ive purchased quite a few. Merry Poore is absolutely awesome. Not only is she professional and very friendly, shes beautiful too! While most customers are wealthy buying high dollar cars, I bought a 2006 used Jeep. She treated me like I was buying a $200K car. I told he what I was willing to pay and she said Sure, I can do that! and she did.The car dealership is simply beautiful with some incredible cars on display in the showroom. Excellent service rep with April. Car was serviced in a short time with the additional things I requested done as well as noticing the bad condition of the wipers.The only additional thing that could be done is charge the car for hybrid or electric vehicles while waiting for customer to pick up.

Found Gregg and the service personnel extremely helpful and hospitable. Found making a confirmed service visit much easier than scheduling with my local Audi dealer. My work was completed on time and I was provided a loaner give them the length of my required service. Disappointed to find that my washer fluid was empty when trying to use it a day or so following the service and do not think that my wiper blades were replaced. However I would fully recommend the service department to anyone requiring out of warranty service on their Audi vehicle. I will certainly return and recommend friends to visit this dealership for either in warranty or out of warranty service.
I reside in NC, a drive in excess of 5 hours. I was assisted by Andrew Baron. He was outstanding to deal with. The entire process was initiated and completed via email, phone calls, and text messages. They were more than well versed in dealing remotely and over a distance. We first communicated Monday morning, had the deal completed Tuesday morning, and the new vehicle was delivered, transported to NC on a trailer, Wednesday afternoon, with the driver taking the trade with him. I will definitely look to do business with this dealership again.

Within a minute or 2, as she searched for the right sales person, several passing employees stopped to ensure I was being assisted. Once my salesman Anthony showed up, he made the experience worthwhile. He not only helped me determine the best automobile for my needs but he was personable and made me feel that he was working on my behalf. At the end of the day, I made the purchase and now I’m a proud Audi Owner.

My sales has been, actually is, so amazing to work with. She worked around my schedule during the purchase period. She never gave me the hard sales approach. Even after the purchase, she has always made herself available to me for any questions Ive had, even at her off hours. She even found me the financing and terms I needed to make this work for me. My 1 year old Audi has a warranty issue/recall that I have not been notified about. The passenger airbag sensor continues to malfunction and Audi basically continues to state they cant fix due to the part is not available. Not sure if the airbag will function or not. No loaner cars and Audi did not care when they were told that my teenage son rides in that seat. Told me to not have him ride in the passenger seat and gave no indication of when part would arrive and could be scheduled for repair. Maybe when the car is full, I will have him ride on the roof and it will be safer.
Can’t say enough about Hunter at the Audi Greenville Service Center. We showed up un-announced Friday am with an urgent issue that popped up Thursday evening after all businesses were closed. He went above and beyond to work our issue into the schedule and exceed our expectations… getting us back on the road within a couple of hours so we could enjoy the holiday weekend and not change our family’s plans. Outstanding!

Absolutely horrible. I was quoted a two hour service time on the phone and it ended up taking more like three hours 45 minutes from the time of my arrival. I tried to inquire about the progress at the two hour and 15 minute mark through their messaging system and again at the two hour and 45 minute mark no response to either question. Finally at the three hour mark I’m approached and told that the service is done except for rotating the tires and the fact washing the car. Do to my time constraints and the fact I’m already an hour over the time I was quoted I told them to skip the wash I need to get on the road. 330 comes and they’re ready to check me out I’m now informed that they didn’t rotate the tires because it didn’t need it and the car still wasn’t washed but yet it still took that 30 extra minutes. I have three Audis in my garage and will certainly own more. Although I’ll need service, I will certainly never buy or get a car serviced at Audi of Greenville again.You can call me any day except Sunday between 10 and 8.9/17. Still no response or correspondence. What a fake response from the owner!!!!!!

Our vehicle was looked over for about 4 hour and there wasn’t any explanation on why a brand next set of tires had uneven wear. Yes! We were told that it needed an alignment, but that wouldn’t fix the problem. Never told what the overall problem was or how to fix it.
This is what buying a car should be like. Merry Poore is masterful at her job. She listened to everything I wanted in a car from the moment she was introduced to me. She then put me in all the cars she thought would fit most of those needs, ultimately finding the exact right car for me, all in less than 2 days and during a car shortage. 10/10 would recommend shopping at Audi of Greenville!!!

The service was outstanding!!!!We were traveling to VA from GA when our a/c stopped working about 30 minutes into the trip. We called Greenville Audi about our problem and spoke with Hunter. He said bring the car to the shop when we get to Greenville. They took about two hours to get the a/c going again, but Hunter made sure we were comfortable in the service lounge with water, coffee and snacks and then sent us on our way.Great service and I highly recommend this dealership!
It was great experience plenty of seating room and lots of snacks and drinks for you to enjoy during your service but the wait for the service is too long I was there 3 hours for an oil change and tires rotated and balanced😩

Although I was not thrill with the answer they provided they were very courteous.The only thing that I would say is that whom ever park My car in the lot they went right on the parking hump so that they bottom of my car scraped the bottom while pulling out.

The whole process lasted nearly two weeks, because I wanted to order spare parts (free of charge), they provided me with a car for temporary use. The whole process was enthusiastic, professional, careful and responsible! When my car was handed over to me, it was so clean from inside to outside, as good as new, very liked 😘
