The staff was very helpful in every way they possibly could. Cody went beyond duty of a sales rep to make sure that our rental was returned and did not have any stress through the process. The staff was straight and to the point and was clear on everything in the process. Staff was more than willing to answer any questions. Welcoming environment that felt like they wanted to truly help and not just get another car off the lot. I would recommend.

I was there to buy a pre-auction, as-is Honda Odyssey. I am like too many at the moment, in need of a good job, and a break. I got my break when I came to Bradshaw and Ariel Sanchez helped me. He was not going to get any real commission on a sale with me, but he didnt treat me that way, he treated me like I was there to buy a brand new, loaded Odyssey. I got a good vehicle, one I desperately needed, and I have nothing but praise and gratitude about the experience there. My daughter was getting financed through her credit Union and her salesman at Bradshaw Acura told her they would hold the vehicle that day but sold it to someone else Eve thought she the check from the credit union.

The keyless remote does not work. Because of that, several features on the van, DO NOT work.The horn does not work.
