The manager is always very nice. They make suggestions on service, not pressure you into doing something you may not need.Theyre always very quick and thorough. I actually moved away from the immediate area near them, but will drive the extra 20 min to go to this location.

I took My wife’s vehicle in because It was telling her it was due for an oil change. I paid no attention to the sticker. the tech happen to notice that the sticker still had 1800 miles left before it actually do. He immediately came out and told me. It’s hard to fine honestly like that they could’ve easily changed it and I never would have known

I dont give out 5 stars much anymore, but this time it was earned. These guys greeted me at the car door, explained the service very well, did the work quickly and openly - I could see everything through the window. And they sent me on my way with a upbeat, positive attitude.

Ladies this place is great! From the moment I pulled my Jeep up to the Bay I was given the royal treatment. The mechanic opened my car door, escorted me to the office and when it came time to pay, my bill was explained in a way I could understand. After I paid, Ray walked me out, held the door open for me and opened my car door so I could get in. I loved it! I will definitely be back. Nice, supper fast and did a good job, car gets better gas milage now. Price as expected. Accommodating waiting room. Kinda hard to get to as they are on a busy corner with only one way in and a gas station in front.

Great place, friendly knowledgeable helpful... we’re from out of town and need an oil change, general full check and service. I was told 35 to 40 minutes on my big diesel truck. No problems found a couple bulbs that were out and added coolant, easy fix, fair price... one bulb I knew had issues and the other was the tag light! So I felt confident they had checked the truck throughly! Good job! Good people!

Great service! Ray was excellent. He met me at my car talked me through the process and how long it would take. Then during the oil change let me know how much it would be. Went in for an oil change. Was served quickly and the staff were all very nice. I liked how they recommended services that my car might need in the future, but were not pushy in any way. Will definitely be coming back in 3,000 miles!

Came to visit from Delaware had to have my oil changed. The Customer Service was great and they had my oil changed in a timely manner.

Tech shows you a fake (filthy) air filter in attempt to bill you for unnecessary services, tries to deny the fleet discount repeatedly, charges for tire rotation that did not happen, notes low brake fluid but leaves it low!! Other than that everything was great. No stars for these clowns!

I was told they couldnt change my oil so I went down the street and Fairway Ford changed the oil, rotated the tires and explained the other issues thoroughly. Apparently, the drain cap was not stuck...

I was a little nervous about going somewhere that wasnt exactly a mom and pop shop, but the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was very nice and the oil change and tire rotation were done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

I am not stupid. I guess when youre a female providing your business to any sort of automotive repair service, they will try to take advantage of you. They showed me a disgusting air filter and attempted to convince me for 2-3 minutes that I desperately need a new one ASAP. I politely declined (again) after I noticed my total was $80... and after our lengthy and unnecessary conversation about how I do not want to purchase a new air filter. They continue with the oil change and I goon my way. When I get home that evening, I tell my boyfriend of my experience. He goes to my car and checks my air filter, and ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME ONE THE JIFFY LUBE MAN SHOWED ME. BRUH.

Employee had nasty prejudicial attitude. Tried to report his conduct without success to the franchise owner and director of franchise locations. Never again will I bring our fleet vehicles to Jiffy Lube for their monthly synthetic oil changes.

Went here a few months back and had my oil changed. They said I had a transmission leak. How ever when I had the car serviced last week. They checked over my transmission and checked my car for any signs of a leak and found nothing. I will not be going back.
