My company continues to use this place. They continue to deliver our promotional products in a timely manner. One time they had an error in our order and they went above and beyond to make it right. The owner himself delivered it to our facility! Recently I discovered they do signs too. We used them to change the signage throughout our building. Very pleased. Can’t say enough good about them!

Started a small business and had my uniform shirts, hats and other things embroidered there. Went in a few weeks later to order more and the owner noticed some of the threads were coming loose. Immediately asked what size the shirt was and if anymore were doing it. I told him how many and he said “I’m gonna replace those for you!” Never asked but that was FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion!

I wish I could give 100 stars. I am a Las Vegas Raiders fan. have been since 1975 when I was 7. I started to despise Tom Brady after watching the Tuck Rule game. I was born and raised in CT. I was watching that game there. I moved to Greenville in 2005. My Dad was a Cowboys fan forever. Then he switched to the Pats because they win a lot. When The Bucs got Brady he started rooting for Tampa. He was very sick and he passed away before the SB. In week 5 I told my Dad that if the Bucs went to the SB I would get and wear a Tom Brady shirt and watch the SB with it on. I waited for a week after they won to go to the SB and I ordered a shirt from Fanatics.com. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They sent me an e-mail saying my shirt was going to ship out Friday, Ill get it on Tuesday!! WHAT!!! So I cccalled everywhere and Amazon recommended Instant Imprints. I called them and told them the story about honoring my Dad for the SB. I needed a 5XL shirt. I called them Thursday afternoon at 4:00 P.M. They had to order the shirt in the right color and size, overnight it and make it. On Friday afternoon, 24 hours later I had the best looking TB/TB shirt ever made!!! You talk about caring about your customers!! These people walk the walk!! They strut the walk!! Now you are wondering, Man he probably raked you over the coals!! I said Dave, How much do I owe you for this fantastic act that you pulled off for me to honor my Dad? He said, $38.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? HOW?!?! Thats what he charged me. I was blown away by how much they cared and what they did for me!!! I reached out to several t-shirt printing services in the Greenville area for quotes on a fast turnaround for a logo to be printed on two shirts. David, from Instant Imprints, contacted me promptly and politely, giving me some estimates for what I wanted. I sent him the logo files, he showed me a proof, they were printed and ready for pickup early the next day. When I arrived I noticed that the print was off. David very calmly asked what the problem was and asked how he could fix it. We realized that the image uploaded incorrectly and I only had to wait another 10 minutes to get the shirts completed.
