This ensured me that my product would fit the space that was available. Subsequently, we made several changes to the proof before placing the order. I had one of my 3 vans wrapped at the cost of $2800 including artwork. They put 5 vertical lines in the way they wrapped it, and did a cut out for the phone numbers where they had put my wrong phone number on it, It looked bad, within a mth bubbles started appearing under the wrap. The product has been on my van for a year and 1 mth now, and it needs replacing already. I have been back 3 times to get it fixed, and they wont do anything. The last time I was there 11/1/13 the guy there said all the staff was new and that they would love to do it for me again, but full price. They said they are the only 3M company in Greenville, and bad mouthed Signs Now and a few of the other sign companies. I would never get it done by the same company who didnt stand behind their 1st job they did for me. Id go to Raleigh 1st if I had to have 3M Products. I thought Id give a new company some work, and it came back to bite me in the butt. If they would have stood behind their work, they could have gotten 2 other vans, a cargo truck and 2 trailers done.
