This Office Depot location needs to do better. I placed an online order to have a document printed AND paid extra to have it printed on special paper. When I arrived, my document had been printed on regular paper. I asked for it to be redone on the proper paper. The employee decided to make a copy of it using the requested paper. I know from experience that you lose quality when copying. So when she gave it to me, I checked it and confirmed that some of the lines were not showing. She then proceeds to look for my order on the computer. After finally finding it, she prints it out. This time, the information was noticeably crooked. I had to explain to her that the paper was probably put in crooked. She then prints it again and we finally got a winner. In my opinion, Office Depot needs to train the staff better.

I would not recommend getting anything printed here unless you have at least eight hours of free time.
