First time there, the older gentleman was very nice but the woman was very rude and so was the younger boy! I wanted to send my husbands medicine to him and they charged me 64.00 to send a small pill bottle.Long story short, I went to Rockwall yesterday and had to send another one and they charged me 18 for overnight. This place is very unprofessional and way over priced. Will not be using them again!!

Im all about supporting small businesses. I would a whole lot rather go to a mom&pop instead of a huge box store. But when Im asked to put on a muzzle or show proof of a bs vaccine...nah! Dueces,Im out!

Wow, I would not recommend this place! I made a call and they answered “hello” had to ask if it was Office Solutions. Then I started asking a question about UPS and was not able to finish my question when a abrupt interruption of “ NO” came across. Never mind trying to do business with them!

Gloria has served my businesses well with timely service and has even helped me touch up my design requests to make them really print ready. She also gives back generously to the community through Rotary and many other ways.

I came here to check how much it would cost to ship a product of mine internationally and was received by a very sour and bitter older lady. We wanted to just check and she had a very ugly and poor attitude the entire time we were there, we also wanted to print out some paper and she charged us $5 dollars to print out 3 pieces of paper. Do not go here!

I arrived at opening time bc as a business owner I had many errands to run. The person who showed to open was getting there right when I did. (Shouldnt you be open and ready to conduct business by 9am?) I see she has her arms full and a dog in tow. I greet her in a friendly manner and even offer to help her. SHE LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. I should have left then, but I dont judge businesses on one bad moment. Two others were already there but did not come help her unlock the door. Then I waited an additional TEN minutes for anyone to address or help me, even though I greeted everyone with a friendly good morning. I even offered compliments to them to try and brighten their mornings. I got no thank you or reciprocate friendliness. DO NOT GO HERE. These people should not be rewarded for their unkindness and lack of customer service with more business from the people of Greenville.
