Great experience. Shon helped me navigate the shop to find exactly what i needed. Very friendly and helpful. Great selection of products.
Who charges for a bag for purchased items? The manager will tell you its a privilege to shop there. Ive been in business many years and never seen that kind of disrespect to the general public. They will not respect legal mask provisions of exclusions and will threaten to have you arrested. The Sheriffs Association would cough at that. Several times Ive been there and witnessed customers who felt challenged. If thats shopping you can have it. There are plenty businesses out there who find it a privilege to have you as a customer.
Placed on order online, and wasnt 100% certain whether it would be delivered, or I needed to pick it up. The total was $290.A few hours later I get a call from Sally’s telling me my order was ready. When I get to the store, the sales associate (not sure of her name but she was extremely helpful and polite) gives me a bag with a label on that states that the total is $149. Its obvious that items that I had paid for are missing. The nice salea associate says she will try to figure out whats going on. I tell her I will be back the following day. The next day I call and I’m told that they have not finished unpacking the truck and I should call back later. Two hours later I receive an email from Sallys saying my order is being delivered, so I call the store to verify. Then I am told that my order is not being delivered and my order is at the store for pickup, and I will have to pay for the items that are missing even though I’ve already paid for them. Keep in mind, I’m the customer but the employee’s seemto know as much as I do and nobody takes any kind of initiative to help me figure out what is going on. I call corporate who finally explain to me that my order is split between the store and delivery. Fast forward to me going to the store to get my partialorder. The lady behind the counter who is the same lady that a few hours before had told me my items were not being delivered and that I would have to pay for them again, turns out to be the store manager Shaun. Shaun who is the face of Sallys, is rude, and unprofessional, and knows absolutely nothing about customer service. She didn’t even take it upon herself as manager to try to resolve the issue or even be halfway sympathetic to my experience as a customer. If the store manager is this incompetent then there is not much hope for anyone else in that store. Shaun needs lots of additional training so that she can be an asset to her team and the company she works for.
If you have any questions the ladies are wonderful. They helped me found the right color for my hair 😍
Supplies very low. And you have to pay for your on paper bag. 15 cents at this time for a very small bag. Service for nice.
Very crowed with product and not very clean
The young lady that waited on me was very polite and extremely helpful.
I sent my husband to this store, with a picture of the shampoo that I needed, and the employee gave him the wrong shampoo, and conditioner. We went back the VERY next day to exchnage for what I used, and they would not exchange due to the. Covid 19 virus even though it was their mistake, and i even spoke to the employee that picked the wrong shampoo! Will NOT ever shop here again, as it was their mistake to start with.
Was in this store 2 days ago, upon walking in I wasnt asked if I needed any help by the 3 ladies just standing up front near the registers. As I go looking for products I was kindly asked by an employee coming out the back did I need help, I immediately told her yes kinda of and started explaining my hair situation to her. I think I was 2 sentences in when a guy can in she knew and apparently hadnt seen in a while, I was completely cut off and she proceed to hug and help him out. I was left standing there picking my bottom lip off the floor like REALLY???? Worst customer service ever!!!!
This place is always confusing to me but the staff is always so helpful. I definitely recommend registering with them to get discounts on items. By the way this is the only location in Greenville.
Good place to buy product if you do not have a cosmetology license. But dont be fooled, if your hairdresser asks you if you box dye your hair, they also mean to ask if you use sallys color products on your own hair at home. The shampoo and conditioner here is good as well, much better than buying product at a department store.
Yall listen! This store (beside AC Moore) has the absolute BEST employees ever! These girls rock! Everybodys happy, courteous and friendly. Love yall ♥️Kiki
I do not know any woman who does not have to go to Sallys for one thing or another at least once a year. For years, they were the only place that had the goop for my flat top.We went there today for something and I was reminded what a great selection of things for hair etc they had. If you are having trouble finding anything, go to Sallys Beauty Supply here.
Discount count store for beauty supplies. Always very courteous and helpful.
Theres a girl there that is EXTREMELY rude. Im a professional. I asked if they had a professional item, used by professionals in the nail industry. The girl, clearly NOT a professional, spoke to me like I was 2 steps from stupid because she didnt know what I was talking about. You would think since Sallys advertises to professionals, they would at least hire people that know basic salon items.
Great visit. Staff was not only friendly but informative and supportive.
Great place to find reasonably price beauty products for all nationalities
Friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent.
Went in for hair caps for my wife, employee was very helpful. Very clean store!
I usually have a good experience in this store but I called the store to see if they sold a product I needed. The associate that answered the phone was rude and very short with me.
Management is very rude and short with you. But Sallys in general is a great company.
Wonderful as usual!!
Helpful,polite
