Went there and asked for a SLIGHT TRIM, COLOR LIGHTER THAN MY OWN HAIR AND A STYLE. I asked how much did she think would need to be trimmed and she showed me an inch of hair I said ok. I picked out a color tht was lighter than my hair tht she claimed would show up good on my dark hair. Instead of an inch oh trimming, she went in and did 4 inches of cutting. Instead of my hair being lighter, my hair is the same color as I walked in. Last but not least, 2 days later Im noticing my hair really thin, which it wasnt before I walked in there, on the top right side. Im like hell! I ended up paying her $150 and on the way out the door she was still trying to sell me products. Never again!!
I was very specific in what I wanted, answered no to most questions to have a short haircut. Thats what I got. Why did she bother to ask???? She did it anyway!
Went in and they said they didn’t take walk ins. That is fine, my bad, but the lady was rude to me for no reason.
I had booked an appointment online, but found my stylist was on medical leave when I arrived. Not a big deal considering Miss Lydia was able to take me in unscheduled! She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. After about an hour I felt like a new woman. Thank you Lydia for giving my hair life again!
My husband took my daughter to get her hair cut today. I thought he must have taken her to the local hair school since it took 2 HOURS in the chair to cut her stick-straight hair. For making a 7 year old wait that long, there should have been a discount or something. Instead we were charged $30 for a hair cut that still needs to get trimmed in some places. Im giving 3 stars because my husband said the stylist was nice and meticulous. Im definitely not pleased with the total amount of time it took and the cost.
They was fast and did a good job on my daughters hair
It was great
The hair stylists are friendly and know how to do natural hair.
