UP2US is a 5 Star place all day long! I was only promoted to write this review when I happen to read Caroline Dawsons review. For the record, I have absolutely no affiliation with UP2US-never worked there and dont know anyone there personally. If you have a grievance Caroline, be an adult and walk into the store, keep your cool, and explain your issue like an adult. Adults should be able to work things out. I have dealt with the owner on multiple occasions, and not once did she ever portray the attitude you say she did, or act in a way that was belittling. As far as prices go, no one is forcing you to buy from UP2US so stop complaining publicly about their prices. Your money, your choice where to spend it. Unfortunately, its people like you Caroline that air grievances publically that should and can be taken care of in private. Had you done that to begin with, I guarantee the owner would have resolved your situation and you would be a happy customer.

Owner is a rude woman. Found this place via social media and stumbled across her videos…unbelievable how she portrays to be a Christian but belittles others. Store is overpriced. Go to Ashley furniture, saw the exact same pieces I wanted for way less.**UPDATE**After seeing the owner (I assume) respond, I did go back to the store. When asked to speak to Kenna, I was told she wasn’t available that day. I saw her in a room behind the register on her phone, I’m assuming making social media posts unrelated to her store. I did go to Ashley, thank you for the advice! They were wonderful and had several people come to them after going to your store.As for my ID, that seems a bit childish. I do not need your $200 “gift”, don’t be a mean person.

I stumbled across this upscale furniture store although I have passed it for several years. NOW was my time. They are very nice, accommodating and know their furniture quality.I highly recommend them!

The price we were quoted on a custom-order sectional is 35% higher than the quote we were given for the exact same item from another local factory furniture store.Up 2 Us offers muted tans, linens, burlap, beiges and taupes; distressed, bleached or deep brown wood; and barn, farm or beach themed pieces and accessories. If you prefer this look, you will appreciate their consistent, curated inventory. We saw practically no colors and just three upholstery prints. Be aware of significant quality variations item to item. At these price points, we expected fewer seconds and no irregularities. There is a good selection of over-sized cabinetry/shelving units.
