My wife and I purchased our couch from Rooms To Go in 2018 with the extended warranty which I HIGHLY advise anyone to purchase if it has any form of electrical component. We have had to get repairs on three occasions and this last time we were told that the frame issue we are experiencing is a common problem and parts would need to be ordered. This was on August 31 and parts were to be delivered to our house. Upon receipt of parts we had to contact them again to inform them that the parts were in our possession. Upon contacting them we discovered parts were not ordered until September 7. The representative then informed us that they would not have someone out to do the repairs until November 11 as they only come to our city once a month and they are booked for October. We spent nearly $2,000 for our couch. I find it extremely unprofessional to require payment immediately upon purchasing a couch from Rooms To Go but when it comes time for Rooms To Go to honor and uphold their responsibilities they fall way short. Immediate money for purchase by customer does not equate to a timely response by Rooms To Go when it comes to them honoring repairs. If you want to spend a LOT of money for a couch that has common problems with their framesas we were told by THEIR repair technician, then this is the place for you. If you expect to purchase something and expect that the seller to be above board, honorable and genuinely honest then this definitely is NOT where you want to shop for furniture.

He worked diligently to help me with my situation and I could not be happier with the outcome, different furniture in a month! Came in today looking for a twin bed for my child walked around the kids area for over half an hour there was only one lady in that section and she was dealing with another customer that was telling her their whole life biography she could’ve at least acknowledge that I was there.. I went up to a different sales person and she told me she couldn’t help me that the other lady in the area was the only one that could help me out like seriously I don’t have time to just stand around and listen to other people stories. Terrible customer service!!!’

They delivered the furniture but didnt put it together! What? I couldnt believe it when she called me! Unbelievable! When I took my sister to pick out what she wanted they said delivery was free. Maybe you should have your salesman to mention about your setup. Delivery doesnt include setup? And if you have a setup fee be sure to tell the customers so they will know so they can pay to have it put together when delivered. My sister is disabled and cant put it together! Never in my life have I heard of dumping off furniture in pieces and leaving. Why was this not mentioned by your salesman? Ive bought plenty of furniture in my day and delivery has always included setup. So thanks for turning her excited, happy day into a sad frustrating day! Now she has to wait longer for someone else to put it together! She would have been more than happy to pay for your setup! Not once was that mentioned! Why?

My mom just purchased a bed with adjustable base and a sofa from Rooms to Go Greenville and Beth Russell went above and beyond to help us in our recent furniture purchase. Beth was so informative and thoroughly answered all of our questions when we first visited the store but she put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase anything that day. She worked with us over the phone once Mom decided what she wanted and was beyond patient when we needed to handle the purchase in a combination of over the phone and online. As we need additional furniture for our home we will absolutely call Beth to work with her again! She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and just amazing to work with!!

Although the sales people were great and helpful, the customer service leaves alot to be desired! I received my adjustable bed last Friday. It did not work. Here it is a week later, after much run around, and it still isnt working. No return calls either. If not fixed today, I will send it back and cancel the rest of my order!

If I could give them a negative 0 I would!! The worst company to do business with. I bought beautiful furniture except the fact that the cushions are sagging after 2 years. They have come to repair them 3 times! So today they have me waiting all damn day for a delivery of new cushions after I filed a consumer affairs complaint. It is 9:37pm and they are still not here!!! They were supposed to come between 1-3 and then at 6. I am beyond upset!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Never again!!!

We went in looking for a sectional and found one we really liked. We went looking other places and ended up coming back to rooms to go. Both times we entered we were greeted with a smile and how can I help you. We went back for the we liked and Brian Myers came over and answered all of our questions. We placed the order and a week later it was delivered. The whole experience was great. The delivery people were so great and helpful. All and all I would recommend it you to check them out for anything you need. The best part for us was we planned on spending way more money then we did.

If I could Give zero stars I would. Was completely lied to by Jill on the pricing of my purchase. Called back to return furniture and was told I could Not since it was delivered. Manager Mikey only defended employee and gave no customer service on the fact he would proactively speak to Jill. He simply said after I prompted Him that Jill doesn’t work today but I can Tell you she’s worked here a long time and I’ve never had a complaint. I then asked for a district managers number to which he gave me but said he will only tell you the same thing. Please be careful if you visit that store. I knew I should Have asked for a different sales associate based on how the interaction started. She completely lied in what she said, definitely a learning experience to not trust the words but read the fine print. I’ve had several accounts with them before but this will be the last, at least at this location thanks to Jill and Mikey who doesn’t listen to the people who pay his salary, the customer, but instead immediately defends his employee as if she’s perfect and not capable of making a mistake, worst experience ever!

Richard is a top notch salesman. Introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for and he showed us a living room suit we liked. He left us along so we could talk about it. He came back and explained everything. We were impressed with his professionalism. We were at Myrtle Beach last week and went into their store but got a pushy salesman that stayed with us. Rhonda is awesome! You know how you go into the furniture store, and a million salesmen come to you, and smother you while you look? Yes, me too-its so annoying! But not Rhonda, she let us look, and when it was obvious that wed found pieces we loved, she came over and helped us. What an excellent sales person?! She was helpful, but not overbearing. We chose a lovely leather power reclining sofa and loveseat, and she even offered us delivery within a week. This is one of the best experiences weve ever had purchasing furniture, and I cant wait to get our new furniture in the living room. I added some pictures of decor at Rooms to Go, but I forgot to take pictures of the furniture.

They delivered the right stuff, carefully, and even gave us a 30 min window of when they would be at our house. Although my bedroom furniture was nice. One of the nightstands was damaged. I had to wait over a month for my furniture almost another month for a tech to come out. Just for me to get a call saying that they have no tech to come out 2 days before they were supposed too. This was the whole point of me taking off work for that day. Wrong sectional setup was delivered. I needed the chaise portion to be on one side and I got the opposite. I called multiple times to see if we could exchange it for the correct one and was never able to get help. I just let it go eventually. We ordered the sectional in April 2021 and it has horrendous pilling all over already. Definitely would go somewhere else for higher quality furniture and better customer service.

If I could rate them ZERO stars, I would. I would even say you get what you pay for, but I paid $2K for a reclining sofa and have had 1 month of use from it. Purchased March, COVID delays meant delivery to my new house in May. Moved in late May and recliner broke in June. Wow. I called their warranty and their techs apparently dont travel to Greer often so here I wait until September so their people can tell me what I already know - i.e. they delivered a defective product. Who knows how long or what other hoops Ill get to jump through for a piece of furniture that actually operates as described. Next time shop at #Havertys .... at least youre a customer there after you pay for your transaction.PS, perhaps your store should add the part about a shortage of warranty techs in Greer before you sell a product delivered to that location.

(updated Edit at end) I can’t say I wasn’t warned but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well it was an expensive lesson. Wasted money on sofa and on extended warranty. First they dropped furniture off truck. I reported in case we had trouble but no one ever contacted me about it and we didn’t have trouble until a year or so ago. It started dragging(recliner sofa) due to covid I didn’t call in right away. It would t have mattered if I did call earlier. Was told that “because rooms to go dropped my sofa at delivery it voided the extended warranty” So now I have a 3 yr old sofa that needs replaced. I will never ever give this store another penny of money and I want to warn other people who work hard for their money not to waste it at this store. Wish I could have given a negative 50 stars. Big waste of money. Delivery driver was rude too.(edit) One of the local store managers reached out to me after I posted this review. He attempted to get customer service to come look at my sofa and he tried to get it repaired but was unable to do so. He then offered me what I paid for mine in store credit to come look and get a new sofa and love seat(minus what I wasted in protection plan cost) and I would have to pay for new delivery BUT they would not charge me to pick up the broken set. I went in today and the quality of what was in the store was no where near what I currently have at home (despite being broken) and I did not see anything in that price range that fit our needs, so I am keeping my broken set. Again, the manager TRIED but I could not justify getting a sofa and love seat that was of poor construction (seat sinking as you sit on it, foam cushions were very weak..., most of the fabric was paper thin on some sets and I have pets so that would not work) and having to put several HUNDREDS of dollars with the offered store credit plus $110 delivery was just not worth it. I plan to save up and go to a competitor store locally to buy a good set.

The store is immaculate. The pricing is competitive. This was our 3rd maybe 4th time buying something from this location. The only complaint I have is the staff. We just haven’t had a good sales rep yet. To be honest, they just treat you like your inconveniencing their day. But, we return because the furniture is great and we’ve always been able to get some really trendy nice pieces for our home.

Let me start by saying I have bought several suits from rooms to go, two bedroom suits and a living room. The bedroom suits came on time and I received everything as expected, both of which where separate transactions months apart. Well we returned to buy a living room suit and it has been an absolute mess. First off, the salesman Andreous was terrible he made it seem as if we were getting a leather sectional and an additional recliner which we were very clear about from the get go. The delivery guys showed up on time but we’re missing the wedge piece and the recliner. I called and spoke with the salesman who informed me that we did not buy a recliner although he made it seem as if we did, the salesman there are just like auto sales! Do not trust them and check your paperwork thoroughly! I ended up talking with Donnie who was very professional, apologetic and understanding. He was quick to resolve the issue and get everything corrected, also giving me a great deal on the recliner There was an additional piece leftover from the 1st delivery that they refused to take back not to mention it was all the wrong color. Then they delivered the wedge piece and recliner still the wrong color and told me to keep it until the correct color could be delivered. I am typing this review as the 3rd delivery crew is here, luckily everything is correct now. I am very unhappy with all of the service. Donnie was the only reason I didn’t just tell them to take it all back but I will take my business elsewhere from now on!

I ordered furniture at the Rooms To Go in Florida but needed it to be shipped from the Greenville, South Carolina store and although the Florida sales people were very nice and friendly, they did not put the proper date or delivery and were very difficult to get a hold of. I called Donny at the Greenville Rooms To Go and he immediately fixed everything for me. He was extremely personable, easy to get in touch with, returned calls immediately, and was on top of my order until everything that was wrong about it was resolved. He is an excellent employee and deserves recognition for it. I will definitely be going through him for any future Rooms To Go orders and so should everyone else.

I went to our local rooms to go today. Upon entering we were not greeted. There were 3-4 sales associates sitting at the round table in the middle of the store. No one said anything. My husband and I shopped around for quite a bit, several associates walked by us and yet still no one asked if they could help. There were only a few customers shopping at this time. After looking around I finally decided to go up to ask some questions. Brian ask if anyone was helping us i told him no (I’m sure he ask this since they usually take turns helping customers) he answered our questions and was very helpful. I’m sure he was very thankful as we spent just over $4000. I’m glad that commission went to someone willing to do there job and help a customer. I can not gave 4 stars because Brian was helpful.

Save your money and go literally anywhere else. We went to the showroom and ordered a couch on June 17th. Good experience there, the problem is with delivery. We set up a delivery date for July 17th. They gave us a delivery window from 8-12. They allegedly came at 740 and tried to drop it off, my dogs didnt bark, we didnt hear the doorbell, nothing. At 805, I called dispatch and texted the help line, and didnt get through for a half hour. By then, the person said they were too far on the route to turn around, that I would have to wait until the couch was checked back in to get it delivered 7/19 (Monday) or 7/20 Tuesday. Fine. Had to wait until Monday to call as customer service isnt open Sundays. I texted Monday morning to their care team to setup a new delivery and they said at the earliest they can deliver 9/14! WHAT! TWO PEOPLE had told me, over the phone and via text, they could deliver 7/19 or 7/20, now we have to wait ANOTHER 2 MONTHS!? I asked for a refund and they said they cant do that, that Id have to contact the showroom. Will update.Update: Was called by the Store Manager, Randy, and was informed the furniture was damaged during shipping and that he could get it to me in a month. I asked for a refund and got it. Randy was helpful. Would not trust these delivery people another time, I truly believe it was damaged before it got here.

Was treated very rudely when trying to ask a question about bedding and mattresses. I was told by the salesman near the front door that they didnt have any of those in the sale paper and he had to go greet other people.Will never go back.

I highly recommend you check out Rooms to Go in Greenville. Ask for Carol - she was so fun to work with. I was greeted at the door by Carol she answered a few questions and left me to shop on my own, loved that! Then when I had question she was easy to find and so helpful. My boyfriend and I have been shopping for a sectional and it was our first time shopping with rooms to go. Gail helped us out and was great! She showed us one of her top sales items and let us look around for a bit. I enjoyed how she gave us our space to shop on our own but was available for questions!
