We had a wonderful experience at whatever 3! Not only was the person helping us friendly she was overly informative (in a great way) and helped my son with his decision to get his ears pierced. She quickly explain the process to him and what to expect after the fact had us go through the paperwork and we were in and out within half an hour.Great price great quality great people highly recommend!

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. The piercer was great! She talked me through it and explained to me what she was doing when she was doing it to make sure I was comfortable while getting my dermal! Definitely 10/10 recommend and will be going back!!

I took my twin daughters to have their noses pierced for their Birthday. The staff was courteous and professional. We were in and out in no time. Gloves were used and safety protocols followed.A few days later one of the girls pulled her ring out in her sleep somehow. We went back a week and a half later to get the other side pierced as she couldn’t get the ring through on day one; how is it going through this late in the game?I didn’t get names but one of the staff said “ let’s see if the hole is still open before we do the other side”. It was, and I only had to pay for new jewelry instead of a whole new piercing. And the fix took a little more work than just doing a new piercing. They were happy to do it, and I only paid for new jewelry.That was yesterday. Overnight, her nose absorbed the ring. I don’t know how it happened, but it was stuck in her nose, and wouldn’t come out either way. I didn’t want to risk infection, so I took her back, and explained the issue. 2 minutes later, old was out and a more appropriate stud was in. No charge.Friendly, professional, and HONEST!!My daughters don’t know, but they have a great collection of glass in the back as well.

This shop deserves more than a five star rating. From the second I walked in I was treated so amazingly. I had done my research for my piercing (Medusa) and had many questions that were happily answered. The piercer even wrote down the gauge and bar size so I can order proper jewelry when it comes time to be changed. The piercing process was quick and easy. Would highly recommend going here!

They saved my lip my piercing was stuck in my lip so deep and they help successfully pulling it out without splitting my lip open. They are amazing and handle you with care very clean business

Got the jewelry completely mixed up with 2 out of 3 of my piercings and I wasn’t going to ask for it to be fixed after getting them done but I pointed it out and she didn’t seem concerned when she isn’t the one walking around with them in. Paid before I got them done and was told I was charged the wrong amount at the beginning and paid more once I was done.Just called back because I explained to work what happened because I can’t flip my septum up and work was not having it and she offered to fix it when I get off of work tomorrow will update rating when it’s done.Reply back to the reply I got : it was addressed before I left and she told me to come back in when it heals to get it changed the guy wrote down what I was picking out I was extremely clear on what I wanted so from him to the piercer there was a misunderstanding just like him under charging me.

I got an industrial and a Medusa by a college student who did a really good job!! Glad to have been helpful for building their portfolio. Everything is healing nicely, and the staff are all really pleasant/knowledgeable! I recommend getting there relatively early if you dont want to wait long though. They get busy :)

Got a piercing done by Clarissa, and she was great. She and the rest of the staff were very attentive to cleanliness, good conversations were had while we were waiting (they do seem to get some solid business, so try and get in early), and the piercing itself was easy-peasy. Im a bleeder and also get lightheaded when undergoing piercings, blood draws, etc., and Clarissa and the staff had me cleaned up and sipping a glass of water in no time. Ill be back here for my next piercing.

I had a great experience at Whatever! I got my nose pierced and ended up having a little bit of a negative reaction (felt light headed and nauseous) and my piercer was super nice and understanding and made sure I was comfortable and let me hang out a bit in the piercing room even though they had customers behind me waiting. They had a great selection of jewelry, the environment was bright and clean, and the staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend them!

Sara is definitely an A1 piercer! Shes so gentle, patient and attentive . She knows what shes doing and will explain in detail. Her opinions are helpful for piercing selection as well.

Went with my friend to get our bridges done hers was done with the wrong size bar and was pierced sideways. Not only that but went to my normal shop and was told both of our bars were not only the wrong gage but the incorrect piece of jewlery as well. We had them removed and now have to wait for them the be healed and redone. If you value your body do not go here.

Stopped here for my partner to pick out more mask friendly 4g septum jewelry. Called ahead and a pleasant person assured us that they had a few to choose from which is rare. I myself have a Medusa but I can rarely find one that has a piece with a rounded end. Sure enough they had more than 10 PCs for us to each look at. The people were friendly and so were the kids! Had a great time the only thing is I wish they were all wearing masks 😷

I went and Sarah did my helix piercing she was great, funny, impressionable, relatable, and represented the business well! I will most DEFINITELY be going back within the following months. As far as the piercing, it’s stinging and is a little sore, but I just got it today so that is expected. It’s not unbearable and I love the way it turned out! :)

The people here were really friendly and helpful! I came here to get my vertical labret done and i didn’t like the placement at all, i messaged them on facebook with pictures and they were really understanding and offered me a full refund and also re-pierced me for free. I got lightheaded due to being pierced in the same spot three times, and Sara was so understanding and helpful and refused to let me leave the room until she knew i was okay :) i had a really great experience here and recommend this team to anyone, especially people who are nervous about getting piercings!

Chris was amazing! Seriously the fastest and most beautifully placed piercing I’ve ever had. I had 2 piercings during this visit and both were done in record time. The woman at the front desk was friendly and kind as well and the shop was very clean. Everything was explained to me clearly and accurately. Definitely give them a visit! I will be coming back.

Took 2.5 hours for piercing. Had always come to this location before but this is not it! Let those that come in go in front of those that may have been waiting much longer than them. Two of the girls left and left one piercer there alone on which customers were in and out and did not stay because they were not greeted. This was by far very unprofessional and very bad service. Definitely will not be returning. Sorry not Sorry!

I have been coming to this store for years, and recently it was acquired by new management. This store looks so different than what Ive seen in the past! It looks so clean, polished, and put together inside. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you out! Great experience. Went in, told them what I wanted, and was done within a few minutes. The piercer was great. He talked me through was was happening. I got my septum done and didn’t even realize he was done because he found the sweet spot for it. Will definitely be back for more.

Not happy at all with this place. I cleaned my ear as told and still got very infected. Ended up having to go to dr to get cut out of my ear and get antibiotics. And this is not my first piercing.

My step daughter got a dermal piercing last week, the stud came out within days. With the back piece still lodged in her chest, she went back in to have it looked at. The guy that did her piercing was adamant that the whole piece came out, when clearly the backing was still under her skin. He was rude and attempted to charge her just for looking at the area.. I do not know a lot about these types of piercings, but I do know enough to say that unless it’s snagged or pulled-it should stay in place.Totally do not recommend any piercings at all from this establishment!!Steps are being made to notify the BBB and other state agencies of this disaster, in hopes that no one else has to endure this.

Great staff, very friendly,very knowledgeable,I got my lip pierced here 6 months ago they were very sterile And very helpful to answer all my questions,I just went in there today as I got a Monroe piercing at another shop that didn’t use a long enough piece of jewelry to pierce with (it swelled up huge)anyways they suggested the proper length jewelry and the proper cleaner to help me out, I will definitely go back here for all my Piercings in the future.

Staff here knows nothing about customer service or keeping the shop smelling clean & presentable (it smells like smoke.) I’ve given it 3 shots & every time I leave disappointed. I got my belly ring inserted here once & the guy just jammed it in... mind you, he didn’t even bother to make the experience any less painful. The sanitation in the room/shop in general is just questionable!*Over priced* jewelry & they charge you to put it in even if you purchase it there. Absolutely ridiculous.Not to mention, they always seem to be running behind. If you say you open at a certain time, why not be professional & not show up last second?JOKE OF A BUSINESS & STAFF. I recommend Purple Haze any day over this filthy piercing & jewelry store. Busted up shops like this can’t be taken seriously with junkies working behind the counter.

Got a tragus piercing, walked in and was out in less then 20. The gentleman who pierced me was as kind as could be, I was a little unsure when I walked in because it doesn’t appear to be the nicest of places but was quickly put to ease with the the gentlemen working. Both were nice as could be and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back. I’ve had this pericing done 3 times and this was the least painfuland best overall.

Nice people but, all the piercings I’ve gotten done there had gotten infected. I took care of them and everything. I went to try Purple Haze and all my piercings there have been healed without any issues. Also, they don’t have privacy when getting the piercing done, the door is wide open so everyone’s staring..while Purple Haze has privacy.

The customer service wasn’t the best, but they knew what they were doing. I got a clean conch piercing. They were very informative about the different piercings and what would be best for me. Definately going here for my future piercings.

Went to whatever 3 once again for another piercing, this time to get my nose repierced! The guys there were very nice and helpful and they didnt mind the fact that I had to bring my three kids with me lol mom life! Not to mention the fact that I was in and out very quickly and the piercer was very nice and acting professional! I consider going somewhere else because I saw the bad reviews before going back this time because its been a few years but with every where you go there can always be about experience every now and then.. so I think its safe to say that its definitely worth getting them a shot!
