We had a challenging TV installation which required highly skilled, dedicated technicians and craftspeople. The challenge: find a company we trusted to cut apart an existing stone fireplace and mount a motorized unit to lower the TV. Fusion deftly identified our needs and designed a system with function, beauty and elegance.The installation crew was 100% professional; Fusion even made sure the blades used to cut into the stone didnt vibrate too much and loosen the smaller rocks. The crew devised a dust-capture enclosure that looked like a scene from the ET movie; and they did a masterful job making the Samsung Frame TV appear as if the fireplace was built around it.If you want your home or office video & audio to be installed to perfection -- call Fusion.

The entire team at fusion audio + visual was great to work with. They showed up when they said and the install work was impeccable. Part of the job included installing 5 speakers in the ceiling. When they were done there was not a single mark on the ceiling. They asked took the time to calibrate the sound to the room and it sounds amazing. Clean install and friendly professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality install.

I had an excellent experience with Fusion Audio +Video. Hunter and Gary were professional and quick. It took them way less than the time projected. They answered all my questions and showed me how to work everything in detail. The company was quick to respond when I had an issue after they had already left. Gary came back and fixed it that day! If you want to update your home audio system but don’t have the time or skill I can’t recommend them enough!

Our installers were extremely knowledgeable and proceeded carefully and courteously with the installation. They made sure everything was working properly and reviewed how to operate the system with us before they left. We received a follow-up call in the evening from the representative who planned our system for us, to make sure we were satisfied. He did a great job of planning our system based on our needs and preferences.

Technicians and support staff are knowledgeable, polite, efficient, offer helpful suggestions and respond very well to customer input during project implementation....plus, they clean up after themselves!

The workers arrived and quickly began installing our new TV. They added my custom pictures to our picture frame TV for me! They stayed with me while I spent an excruciating 27 minutes on the phone with DIRECTV helping me answer obscure questions!

I have DIRECTV as my TV provider. Had upgrades made and since then they have messed up all my settings on the TV. They have been to my home twice and told me different stories why my system is not working (bad remotes, receiver is bad etc.) nothing was further from the truth. BILL has put everything back the way it should be. He is very professional and hard-working. Even asked if there was anything else I wanted him to check. Thank you fusion for sending him to my home. Without question they are experts in their field with highly trained technicians who take pride in their work and always, and I mean always take extreme care when in your home and ensures the work space is left exactly as they found it.My wife and I just had the pleasure of having Bill Bacon, a member of Fusions Service Team in our home to do some work (adding a dedicated internet cable) and we were absolutely thrilled with his quality of work but also his professionalism and expertise. This is the 4th or 5th time weve worked with Fusion and we will certainly utilize their talents again as technology continually changes.

Fusion provided a seamless sound, video, lighting system for our house that is amazing. We also had motorized porch screens installed so that during no-bug season we can turn our screen porch into an open space and just walk into our back yard! There installers are so kind and professional!

Amazing company and installation team!

I was super tired of seeing all the wires hanging down from behind our TV and I really wanted some security measures installed. Fusions technician put in a wonderful alarm system made up of breakpoints at windows and doors as well as something that makes the alarm go off when glass is shattered (I cant remember what its called). The tutorial was very helpful and made it very easy for me to understand exactly how to set the alarm, change passwords, and do whatever else I needed. The wires were beautifully hidden behind the wall and the plugs no longer caused my furniture to sit two inches out from the wall thanks to the recessed outlet that he installed! Bonus!

As a former employee of Fusion I have serious misgivings about this company - not just for future employees but for potential clients. I was sent by myself on multiple jobs without any training. Given the value of the audio visual equipment involved, and the knowledge that anything broken would come out of my paycheck, I found it an anxiety producing place to work to say the least. If I was a client I would not want untrained workers in my house or place of business, knowing they were solely responsible for the success of the project. Fusion may have a great reputation nationally, and I am sure they are a very profitable company, but those profits are earned on the backs of the workers, who earn less than $15 an hour. Dont be fooled by the fancy showroom - go with a company with integrity.

I am the Co-Founder of Booty Bar located in Greenville, SC. Weve spent over $8,000 and our system still isnt working correctly. Weve called Fusion several times to try to get them to see our urgency as its pretty hard to run a class without properly working sound. Theyve continuously reminded us that we are a small account and that they have other more urgent situations. We would love to have this issue corrected in time for us to have our Saturday classes tomorrow. If Fusion would work with us in a more quickly manner, we would be happy to edit this review. Praying we can get this resolved quickly!

I was able to use Fusions beautiful showroom space for an event. The staff was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process (including being very patient and kind when explaining to me how to work equipment Id never tried before) and our guests really loved seeing all the different products Fusion has to offer! The movie room, naturally, was the biggest hit!Thank you all again!

Used the show room for a baby shower. Tons of space for the gathering, and was great for entertaining. Between the movie theater and the golf simulator there was tons to keep everyone busy. Thanks to the Fusion family we had a great time.
