I really wanted to give a better review, the customer service is great. I ordered helium balloons for my daughters 18th birthday and unfortunately they didnt even make it to 24 hours. They have fallen. Im so disappointed, especially because they were so pricey.

Didnt have a large selection of what I was looking for. The two ladies working stayed up front chatting the entire time we were in the store. Never greeted or offered assistance .

Look I came here on Saturday with my daughter we purchased balloons for my 16 year old that passed away that Sunday morning we were going to let her balloons 🎈 go at the beach because she never got to go there Saturday night I was taking a bath and getting ready for Sunday and noticed my balloons 🎈 were dying and Sunday they were the size of a dead ball i didnt call them because I cry that entire Sunday and knew that at that moment it was a good thing that I didnt so please dont get any balloons from here now and had me and my daughter wait for over a hour for a disaster

Excellent for childrens birthday parties and other events; however, not so great for work events. Essentially paper and plastic goods for tables. Need greater selection of cloth items for more formal or business style engagements.

Do not buy the birds of pray Harley quinn wig! Its $30 that should be $5 wig!!! Does not look like the picture on the package!!!
