A member of our Church recommended that we go to Batteries Plus Bulbs when our Trailblazer decided to declare its battery dead. I am so glad that we did. The entire process was perfect, from beginning to end. Ordered online on Thurs night, got confirmation on Fri AM, needed to change installation from Fri to Sat, no problem at all. This store is the role model that all retail companies should strive to achieve.

First visit and the store was clean and very well organized. Went for a replacement battery for my daughter’s ride on car. Customer service was awesome! Will definitely shop here again. Did I mention they have a small clearance section that was worth a second look? Money saved!

Availability of hard to find products at reasonable prices.

I know Batteries Plus as a place to get unique batteries. When my phone screen cracked on Thanksgiving Day, Batteries Plus showed up as a place to get it repaired, which I wasn’t aware of. I made an appointment online, and my phone was good as new in less than an hour! Also a discount for scheduling online. The staff there was also very helpful and courteous.

A courteous employee, took the time and effort to locate a visually identical bulb, when the part number, given to me be the manufacturer of the range hood did not come up.

I found a way to get my car battery replaced under warranty from another place and the guy did not hesitate to give me a refund. He was incredibly nice and helpful. I wish I could remember his name but he represents you well. So, I bought something I didnt really need right away as a thank you.

Your online ordering with store pickup was very easy and the 10% discount was very helpful. And along with the $10 rebate, it brought the price close to other places (Sams etc) I checked on. But the main reason for the 10 was the service by the young man who had the batteries waiting for me behind the counter, answered all my questions and then carried the batteries to my truck. My old feeble arthritic hands appreciated that very much. It all went down so fast there was not time for me to catch his name. He was guy on duty on 4/23/2020 around 2:00 PM.... Thank you! Now I hope the batteries hold up; Ive owned boats for over 45 years, and never had Duracell Marine batteries. My last boat had six, 4-D truck batteries. I got nearly 9 years out of each set! I am curious to see how well the Duracell do... I dont expect 9 years, but I hope to get 3-4 years as I have gotten with my DeKa Marine batteries....

They always are there for you. In past key fob for car, and recently issue with a wireless doorbell push that the battery wouldnt go in. They fixed by realigning the clip and now works. Wouldnt take any pay for this.! Oh also have used them for laptop batteries and other things. The best!! Thank you guys.

Bought a battery online with a in store pick up. I saw three employees talking with each other. I was the only person in the store. When the cashier finely asked how I could be helped, she was still looking something else up. I could see my item for pick up on a cart next to her.All in all, I would advise going else where.Makes me miss Radio Shack.

Needed a backup battery and a number of other replacement batteries for my annual replacement (smoke detectors, remotes, clocks, etc). They tried but discovered that the backup battery I needed wasnt carried and couldnt be found. I ended up going to my provider to obtain. I STILL rely on this firm for my battery and bulb needs because they are reliable AND have a wide assortment of these necessities.

Got stuck in a pinch needing a new battery just a couple hours before I had class. Matthew was very helpful and polite and I feel like went out of his way to take care of me and get me to class on time. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new car battery!

Had an OUTSTANDING experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs today in Greenville where I was brilliantly served by Ignacio. Long story short---my iPhone 6s Plus had a very bad battery that was only giving me 5-10 of charge time on full charge PLUS it was swelling. I took it to Best Buy and they said they couldnt fix it, to Univ. PC repair and they said they were not allowed to work on it cause it was swollen, took it to Verizon and they said I should just buy a new one at $750, even though I JUST finished paying off the old iPhone 6s last month [after 2 years of paying for it] and finally I called Apple and they said I could ship it to them and they could maybe fix it, though it being swollen might mean they couldnt fix it. As a last resort after a frustrating day trying to get this repair done, I stopped in Batteries Plus Bulbs at 7PM where Ignacio took a look at it and said that if I could leave it with him for an hour, he felt sure that he could fix in. I returned at 7:55PM the same night and SURE ENOUGH---the phone has a new battery all set perfectly into place and works like a charm. He even gave me a great discount price on a new protective phone cover [mine had slight a slight crack] and said that if I had ANY problems with the battery OR the protective cover that I could just stop in with NO receipt even and they would replace either or both. I cannot more highly recommend working with Ignacio at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Greenville, NC. He provides terrific and immediate service and if VERY wise and aware of how to satisfy a customer INDEED!!!

Well done as usual! I had a battery and connectors that were extremely corroded and the employee spent over an hour and a half working to loosen all the frozen connectors. We both kept apologizing, him for the time it was taking and me for bringing such a difficult battery. I was pleased with the work and pleasantly surprised at the employees willingness to resolve the issue, no matter the time and effort required!

I just installed the battery in my motorcycle yesterday, works great so far. Lets see how many years it last, hoping a long time.The one gentleman in the store that I talked to on the phone was very misleading as I had researched the battery I wanted online.He as is normal now did not know much about his products.I will add that the others in the store were nice and seemed knowledgeable........the luck of the draw.But I ordered online and just picked up in the store and saved 10% doing that and really did not have to deal with him much. Though I did request a new in the box battery, not one that had been opened and on the shelve for who knows how long

Placed order online and paid for it. I brought paperwork with me. Got there and young man waited on me and could t find the order. Went in back and found only 1 pack of batteries...older man apologized and said he was sorry that someone should have called me that they didnt have whole order and that they wouldnt be in for another week after I had received confirmation that the order was ready. NEVER EVER GO HERE. I brought my iPhone 7+ in just to have a screen replaced and when I picked it up both cameras were broken. I was using the cameras all the way up until I handed them my phone to be fixed and everything was working fine they had me sign a document stating they were working on my phone nothing about my cameras not working and then I come back and they try to tell me the cameras were broken before I gave them my phone. Completely ridiculous to take advantage of a 20 year old college girl, taking 170$ from me to break my phone. Then telling me theres no proof we broke it. HORRIBLE customer service; youre better off going ANYWHERE else.

Went in after confirming in the phone. Manger had ordered wrong battery. Put my old one in recycle and than did not know which one to reorder. Struggled to find a fit. Now will be reordering.Call franchise corporate service. Was informed that the manager will be informed. Manager is the one ordered incorrect item and wittenessed this mess. A 1 star review of Batteries Plus Bulbs by Kelly B.I brought my iPhone 7 into the store to have my battery replaced on January 6th. My phone was in perfect condition when I left it with them. I was told to come back in an hour which I did and they told me they were still working on it. When I returned I found out that they BROKE my phone (an inexperienced tech did the battery replacement). They broke the Touch ID, software bootlooping & the NEW BATTERY wasnt working. Tyler (the only tech I trust in there) tried replacing the screen but then then phone wouldnt close. Tyler thought that it was fixed but when I got home there were multiple touch points evident on my phone, This store manager has sworn up and down that this phone is 100% fixed.I have spent upwards of 8 hours and going on 8 visits to this store because MY PHONE IS STILL NOT FIXED! Now (Jan27th) my phone wont type at all. I need to fix every other word by cutting it out and retype get it.They refuse to take responsibility for the damage or give me equivalent money to replace it.....** After weeks of back and forth with the store, a Customer Service Rep from Corporate Batteries Plus Bulbs FINALLY listened to my complaint and rectified the issue. I DID receive the money for a new phone.
