Ken was the gentleman who helped me, although, I do understand when getting an oil change there is a team member in the pit working on the car as well. Anyway, as a team they had my oil changed before I knew it and Ken was super kind and professional answering all my questions and pointing out that I had an issue with my brakes that I needed to look at. I would definitely recommend this location.

We have used this facility before, a few years ago. We went back this weekend and were shocked that we were charged $85 when it was done, FOR AN OIL CHANGE! No additional services. We didn’t discuss price before the work because we assumed it would be about what we’ve been paying at the dealership, which is a little more than we paid here previously. We were wrong!!! I am appalled! We will be going back to the dealership which is much cheaper!!!

The customer service is always excellent and quick when I come. Today Zac went above and beyond to Try and help me with some car questions and was very patient in explaining everything! I will continue to come to this location because they truly care about their customers

The manager is not professional hollering and cussing at his employee is front of customers that was the wrong thing to do. Some people dont need to have a job if they are going to act like that. I wont be back

They wouldn’t even inspect my car. The guy said my car was unsafe. Which is absolutely not true. I side swiped someone a year and half ago and had the repairs done by a friend. So fender scraps a little. But it’s not bad. The guy was so RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! I got inspected somewhere else.

I normally go to Firestone but thought I had a coupon for this place but it was for Valvoline Instant. Never have I been charged 50 bucks for a standard oil change and if you charge that much at least check the other fluids.

Very professional staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. They check everything on my truck while changing oil and filters. No high pressure for add on sales, like some try to change every filter and element every time you go there.

This was the fastest oil change and inspection I have ever had done. I was met with a smile and they took care of my vehicle right away. The shop was clean and they answered my questions thoroughly. They were exceptional, and I will definitely use them again!!

Friendly and professional. I didn’t have the right coupon but the manager gave me a discount anyway. I also liked that they didn’t push a bunch of unneeded services on me. The price for the oil change with the discount was about par for the course so I’m a happy camper.

Decent experience. No other cars. The two guys there were not super friendly. They kept to their self. We paid $68 for an oil change, I’d said over all if there’s no where else to go, this place will work. But we will be finding somewhere cheaper with friendlier staff.

Took my vehicle in for oil change. 1 months later went to another place for leak, didnt know if it was transmission or differential. It was oil leak from the oil filter being loose. Rookie mistake!Could of cost me an engine!

My wife took her vehicle to this business location for an oil change on 9/3/13. The next day the vehicle died and could not be restarted, so it was towed to the Kia dealership in Rockwall, TX, where it was discovered that oil had been negligently spilled into the alternator during the oil change, causing the alternator to short out and the battery to completely discharge. This resulted in repair and towing expenses of $1137.92 plus lost income incurred while my wifes vehicle was in the shop for repairs. In spite of numerous requests for settlement from the business owner, who also owns the local Discount Tire, we have been run around and blown off. We currently have a BBB complaint against this business and will file suit against them in small claims court in the near future if a resolution can not be negotiated.

I’ve had to come back here because they torqued the oil filter on my Toyota too much, and they ran standard oil after my tag said synthetic and I told them.Went to another place and they said the filter was almost sealed, come to find out Valvoline left the old filter on so the standard oil that was left behind burnt up causing a seal on the filter.
