Took the old lady in to get a new phone cause the old one wouldn’t video chat any more. Net Abe, Raquan, and Ian. I was worried cause we still owed like 600 bucks on her phone but those three guys were able to work it out where I slid my card for 75 bucks and got $440 off on the new phone. Those guys were amazing and even showed us some really cool Motorola options we didn’t even know about! It was nice to go somewhere and see customer service is still prioritized!Thank you guys for your help this weekend!

Went into the store today with some technical and insurance issues and was extremely lucky to meet Ian Amsler. He was able to solve all my issues and update me on several features I wasnt even aware of. Thanks to him, my husbands phone will be replaced with our insurance at no cost tomorrow with a newer model and 2x the GBs. He was super helpful and so very pleasant. If you go to this store, ask for Columbus!We switched our service from US Cellular and he talked me through all of my options the evening before on the phone even though all other stores would never do that. It was a breeze when I came in this morning to get everything switched over. Literally did everything to putting the screen protector, switching over our Disney plus bundle, and found some extra $$ incentives I didnt realize I qualified for. I normally dread going into a cell phone store but this was the best experience I have ever had.

He was just as dead set on figuring out the issue as I was. He called around and looked into it to the best of his ability. He was extremely kind and easy to work with. I went into Verizon on 10th today to get a Apple Watch and I dealt with Raquan Cherry. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy deal with unlike all my other dealings with Verizon. I had already planned to be there awhile but he had me in and out in 30 minutes. If you are looking to get a phone, upgrade or get a watch go see Raquan. You will not be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience in this store. My new phone refused to turn iMessages and FaceTime on. I went to the store and asked MeKeishia to help me. We spent there at least 2 hours, we were on call with iPhone support and Verizon support lines for a very long time. Nothing helped. I was ready to give up. But not MeKeishia. In the last few minutes she figured it out! My phone works as it should now! Great service! If anyone needs help - ask for her.

We have been with Verizon about 20 years and I have never had the kind of personalized service that was provided to us by MeKeshia White at this Verizon store in Greenville, NC. She spent HOURS with us ( we are 72 and pretty much tech illiterate so you can imagine what she was going through) and she even put her personal phone number into my new phone so that I could call her if I had any questions. Everyone in the store worked as a team but her service went way beyond anything that was expected. Thank you so much MeKeshia and Cellular Sales/Verizon on 10th street in Greenville, NC!

Angela was awesome! We went in to upgrade two of our devices and add on two additional lines. She was so nice and helpful! We were able to get everyone in my house all new phones for Christmas! 12/9/2019 – My husband bought the Qmadix Invisible First Defense+ Liquid Glass Screen Protector for his Samsung Galaxy S9 from an employee named David O. David recommended he buy the liquid glass versus the regular protector as it would protect the screen from more cracks & damage. My husband bought the screen protector & David applied it. David said the $100 warranty is all he needs as the S9 is old & the screen won’t cost more than $100. David did not provide any other additional info regarding the protector. That same night, his phone fell from the bed to the carpet & the screen cracked at the upper right corner. My husband called the warranty company who said he had to replace the screen & they would then refund up to $100. He called 13 stores only to find out it would cost anywhere from $175-$280 to replace the screen.12/17/2019 - We brought his phone back to the store & spoke with another representative (David was not present) who verified the phone was registered with the warranty company. After speaking w/another employee he told us a refund could not be issued as the product was used. I asked was it used when the screen cracked or when it was first placed on the phone? He said once it was applied to the device & that is why he really tries not to sell it. Dissatisfied and knowing such items are a scam (and learning a corrupt lesson), we left the store, contacted Verizon Support via chat who ensured this was unacceptable & was told a note was placed on my account, go back to the store, speak w/ the store manager & an investigation was open on the store.12/17/2019 – Went back to the store, spoke w/the Store Manager who reached out to “Higher-Ups” about the refund. Manager said it sounds like David didn’t inform my husband w/correct info as it actually takes 3 days for the liquid to harden & this is simply an employee issue.Manager stated we should pay for phone insurance which after a few days my husband could file a claim & Verizon would 100% pay for the replacement. Once he heard back from “Higher-Ups”, Manager said he’d contact us. No phone call has been received.I didn’t know it took 2 days to get a message back…so after filing a BBB complaint my $42.79 was refunded and the investigation into the store is still ongoing only with a bit more attention.My intent wasn’t to escalate this issue any higher than store level, but when you’ve been to the store 2x to try to resolve it and even have the Store Manager be as shady as the employee, something is wrong. I’m simply tired of companies say they will do anything to “help a customer” but will stop at nothing not to. But dont worry, I can be just as petty and obnoxious as they can...

Was looking into updated my phone, so went to this Verison store, and was greeted by Kayla, she was amazing, from her friendly smile to being able to answer any questions I had. Because of her I did update my phone, If anyone is looking for a phone I highly recommend this store, and talking to Kayla.

I was able to come in contact with a sales representative by the name of Marquince Boston at this particular location. All questions that I had concerning my bill, he was able to address them without any problems. He thoroughly explained to me what I need to know concerning my bill and he’s very knowledgeable of his work. Customer Service is a Plus! Thanks again for everything!

About the best Verizon store I have seen. I lost my phone today. My son gave me a new phone and Brian from the Tarboro store helped me get my phone set up and found all my contacts for me. I thought I had lost them and would have to put them all back in my phone one at a time. If you come here I hope they treat you as good as they treated me. Brian was truly a blessing to me. I stopped in this location one weekend while visiting my parents. Marquince Boston was the sales associate that assisted me with starting a family plan. That day I added on three lines. His customer service was phenomenal and he educated my mother and eighty two year grandmother on how to work their new iPhones. They were so excited about their new devices. And when we left all they could talk about was how pleasant their experience was working with Mr.Boston.

Awesome experience! I went in on my birthday to get a new phone and Marquince helped me. His personality was contagious and he was so helpful! Everyone there is very friendly and super customer service oriented... the complete opposite of the nightmare that is the Greenville Blvd. Verizon! Will helped me, but Walter(?) and another employee were super helpful as well!

So far theyre 2 for 2! After numerous issues with the corporate store on Greenville Blvd, I called and then sent my wife to this location. She was greeted by Waldo, and according to her it was beyond excellent service. I went in about a month later and saw Marquince and also received excellent service, far above and beyond what I was expecting! On top of that, Waldo even remembered my wife from a month before! From now on, this is my Verizon store, and I will return there again.

Finally a Verizon store on the east side of Greenville. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its nice to walk into a store and be helped instantly without waiting thirty minutes to an hour at the store on Greenville Blvd. This location is operated by Cellular Sales and the staff has a real interest in helping you.

This will be the store on Hwy 33. Greenville. We went there due to a problem we have been having with Version. Abe took care of the problem quickly. We have found the staff there to be very helpful & very knowledgeable.

I have been a customer of Verizon for over 10 years and I have never had as poor of service as I had at this store. The woman helping me was on Facebook on her phone the entire time, she was unable to do anything with my phone, she completely erased it and then couldn’t even get my iCloud back on my phone and told me I should just figure it out later, and to make things even better she order her Chinese food in the middle of a conversation we were supposed to be having about my phone. I’m with Verizon but I wouldn’t want her on my sales team.

I purchased serval of phones from Verizon. Marquince was a face that I knew from working at McDonald’s. So when I found out that he was working there I was so excited. Needless to say I had to return one of my phones and I came to return it and the manager Waldo wouldn’t return it. He told me I had to have my card and all the paperwork. But I had the phone and the box it came in. He told me only marquince could return it. He searched the box and still refused to return it. This was such a waste of time. He looked up my account and all. Please understand that I wanted to return my tablet and cases but it wouldn’t be right to marquince. I’m so upset. But marquince returned it and made me laugh like always
