This store has friendly employees especially if you go early. They are always willing to help. Also you have to acknowledge the fact they are taking in coming calls so maybe it will take a few minutes before they can attend you. Overall the store is great and Im in love with the place.The first time I went someone was always around asking me if I needed help with anything. The second time I went I had an idea of what I was going to buy, but couldnt reach it. So I went to the check out desk and asked for help. They gladly got me the correct size and no problems. Overall I give this store an A+.

Highly recommend shopping here. The manager and employees are super nice and helpful and will do anything within their power to help you find what you’re looking for. If you follow their instagram (also recommended) they post new products they’re featuring in store the next day - essential if you’re a Funko collector or interested in getting cool gear early. Finally, you can make a reservation for a shopping time slot, ensuring you can avoid the wait on a busy Saturday because this place is POPULAR, and rightly so. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!

We absolutely love this store. I spend way too much time and money here. The have something for a large group of fandoms. If youre into anime or disney definitely worth a stop.

Someone in our group could not go into the store because she had on the ‘wrong kind of mask’ 🙄 All the sign said was a ‘face covering’ and she had a gator mask on and the guy at the door wouldn’t let her in.

Associate in the store today acknowledged every single person who came into the store except for my daughter and myself. We were going to make purchases but her ignorance made us decide otherwise. She only spoke to us as we were leaving because we were removing our masks as we were walking out the door. She should definitely not work in any way, shape or form with the public.
