They really have some of the coolest helmets you can find!!! From the NFL and College teams, regular and mini size! They can also customize a helmet to what you want! They even have the helmet hangers for the big and mini sizes so that you can display them wherever you want! This place is really, really nice and when you walk in it makes you say WOW!!

Wonderful customer service! Could not have asked for a better experience. My son wanted to purchase a helmet rather than use the school provided helmet. Since we would have to match his helmet to his teammates helmets, I was nervous about ordering online. I emailed Green Gridiron to inquire about in-store shopping/ordering. They responded promptly to me and invited us to stop by their location to browse their selection of helmets. We did and were impressed with their selection. However, we were most impressed with their knowledge of their products and their willingness to go above and beyond to help us get the exact helmet (color, face mask, chin guard, visor, etc) we wanted. It was definitely worth our drive to Greenville.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced, ordered a helmet on August 3rd, was told two weeks later it was in the finally stages of processing and was almost ready to ship. Less than a week later I get a text saying my order was CANCELLED and they would be refunding me the $500 that had already been charged to my card. NO explanation, and on top of that you cannot call and get a live person OR leave a voicemail. They only communicate through e-mail. So unacceptable that they did not even try to remedy the situation. 3 weeks later and my son has no helmet for football. Never ordering from here again.*UPDATE *Here is the email, informing us the helmet was ready to be shipped! Few days later our order was cancelled. That is a mess up on behalf of your company; not because of covid or manufacturers. Your communication through email only was extremely poor and not even accurate. The fact that you have an automated recording on your “customer service line” stating you have pulled all your office staff out of office to help with processing and shipping, leaving no one to deal with customer service issues is comical. Especially since you told us our helmet was about to be shipped...which was a blatant lie since said helmet apparently did not even exist. The emails from Moses were not helpful, misleading and frustrating. We responded to this email below saying we absolutely did not want to cancel the order, and Moses responded back to us saying that he understood. Bottom line it had been 3 weeks, you told us it was ready to be shipped and then cancelled order and provided no explanation until we could finally hunt someone down. Beyond ridiculous to blame your manufacturer when it was lack of communication on your part.

These visors fit great and look great with my boys Riddell speed flex helmets. They love them! And they are super easy to put on your helmet!

We needed a Youth large Schutt F7 helmet for the upcoming season and Green Gridiron didnt disappoint. The website was easy and fast to use. We had an exceptionally good experience with Amani at Green Gridiron. We drove up on Friday with our son’s helmet that needed a new facemask. Amani helped us find a great facemask that was appropriate for his position. Although they were extremely busy with team orders, Amani was able to get the facemask coated in light grey, and delivered to us the following day.Unfortunately FedEx dropped the ball, and we did not get the package. I spoke with Amani on Monday, he got another facemask in the mail the same day, to be dilivered on Tuesday. Again, FedEx had a problem, which delayed the delivery until Wednesday.When we did get the facemask, it was just the right color, and professionally packaged. We definitely recommend shopping with Green Gridiron, and we will be back to get a new helmet next season.

Had a terrible experience. Purchased a face mask, but later was told it wasn’t in stock. I chose another one instead that was cheaper, but they didn’t refund me the difference even after several emails.When I received my order, the visor they sent me was tinted, however I ordered a non-tinted one. Tinted visors can’t be used in a game here in Canada. So it’s almost useless to us.They haven’t responded to my emails about this.This was an Xmas gift to my son who was quite disappointed.

I wouldn’t give any stars but, unfortunately, that’s not an option. I tried purchasing Thanksgiving during a sale but it was overcharging me. I sent an email over the weekend via the form on their website. I tried calling the 800 telephone number on Monday pushing the option to be transferred to the web sales department, first. No one answered so I left a voicemail. I called the 800 number again on Monday, this time pushing the option to be transferred to customer service. No one answered so I left a voicemail. I tried calling back several more time on the same day never reaching a person. By the time they closed Monday evening, I sent another email to let them know that I had left several voicemails that weren’t returned. Tuesday morning I received an email apologizing and I was given a phone number with extension to call a specific person back. I did. No answer. I left a voicemail. I received an email back again apologizing and asking me to give a good phone number where I could be reached. This was about 10:45am CST. I never heard from anyone. After close of business, I emailed the person back informing them this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I have not gotten a response at all. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere!

I was amazing how quickly they ship the helmet. I got it 5 day after my order and of course full assembled. Good luck getting that from Riddel or Schutt. Now I do have to say there where some issues with the helmet, But the reason they are getting a 5 star review is that all the issues where address and rectified within a few days. The customer service was phenomena, They communicated with me daily and address all my issues. It say allot about there staff and infrastructure to be able accomplish this in a pandemic. I strongly suggest if are going to make a major investment in your kids safety you only want to get it from one place Green Grid iron. Because even when they get it wrong the get it right.
