Cant comment on the Doctors service because I was told I wasnt wearing my MASK properly. Instead of wearing the mask behind my ears, I wear it tied behind my neck. If I have to wear one that is how I do it because it is much more comfortable. My mouth and nose are still covered, however, I was told my mask was broken - so I chose to leave. There are plenty of optometrist in the area and I will find one that suits me and my needs. BTW - I am fully vaccinated. Just know the policy before you schedule an appointment because it takes weeks to get in!

Wow!… So I Leave Dr Coopers Office, after Perhaps the most pleasant Professional Encounter I’ve Ever Had Pertaining to my Eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Cooper and her team for your eye care needs. I went in for a routine exam and new pair of glasses. Each person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am very bad with eye drops and really anything coming near my eyes, but they made me feel so comfortable that the exams were a breeze. They had a great selection of frames to choose from and allowed me time to try on about 25 different frames to find the right one. They offered advice based on my insurance coverage and personal style, then they even took pictures to help me narrow down the perfect frames for me. I appreciated the individualized service and I look forward to coming back here for my eye care in the future!

I was very pleased. The office staff was warm and welcoming. It was as if we were friends not doctor/patient. Dr. Cooper really took time with me and was concerned about my overall health not just my eyes. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Today I visited a new eye doctor, Dr. Michelle Cooper. My experience with Dr. Cooper and her staff was a tremendous experience. What I love about Dr. Cooper is that she is very patient and compassionate. She communicates well with her patients and has her patients best interest at heart.I had the pleasure of working with her optician Sherika Bull. She was very patient and knowledgeable about her job. Brought my parents to Dr. Michelle Cooper for second opinion on a future Surgical procedure my mother will be having and an examination for prescription glasses for my father. I accompanied them to translate. Upon arrival we were met with a very friendly staff. After we were taken into the examination room we met the doctor. I was surprised that she spoke Spanish very well and was able to communicate with my parents without my help. Hands down best in the business. If you are in the process of switching doctors or will be your first time seeing an optometrist you will be in great hands. Una doctora excelente! I love Dr. Cooper office for the latest trend in glasses and contacts. I always use to go to America’s Best(worst) but hated the experience there. I been with Dr. cooper for two years now and honestly the best decision I ever made. Sherika which is over the eyewear In the office was so helpful and knowledgeable, she picked out a frame that fit me and my personality perfectly. I recommend everyone to go and check out Dr. Cooper and her wonderful staff!

Absolutely terrible experience. i had to wait outside to fill out paperwork for 5 minutes, they then incorrectly told me my insurance wouldnt cover the exam. I got my insurance provider on the phone to let them know it is covered, had to continue to wait outside for another 10 minutes, they then told me i was late for my exam and they couldnt see me. find another provider thats able to actually understand insurance information.

If i could give a half of a star I would!!! First impressions are EVERYTHING and this clearly was not a good one. I felt like based on my childs insurance the Dr. Was just wanting to do stuff, Ive been wearing glasses for 20 years, and have Grand children that also wear glasses its NOT always necessary to do certain things. The whole appointment was a waste!! After I didnt want the EXTRA STUFF the doctor said well, youre going to have to reschedule. REALLY??!! I wish the heck I would. I walked out. The doctor storms out behind me addressing me, and the situation. First of all I have a child present HOW DARE YOU!! For my child, I calmy got in my car and didnt do what I wouldve done years ago!!! Stay away from here.... if you havent experienced this side of this place, you will!! Oh and you also lost other patients because I have also moved my daughter and 4 Grand kids. Be warned.....

Dr. Cooper & her team are a prime example of what an Eyecare practice should look like. She gives you the attention you deserve and isnt in a rush to get to the next patient. She takes her time with her appointments and ensures they are provided the route they should take before exiting her office. She has provided safety precautions for patients along with her staff during the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure our safety. Her staff is one of a kind and very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. This eyecare practice is a true example of the kind of people you WANT to deal with. I am so pleased with my visit!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. 🌟 ⭐
