I went for an eye exam here and they had me wait for 2 hours, before filling out paper work after doing so I paid $94 then waited another hour just to be told they don’t have the lens they need to do the eye exam,I was then refunded my money

The doctor is a lovely man! I really liked him but the girl Ericka isn’t very friendly!! It seems like her job is a chore and if you are getting Medicaid classes she treats you like you are beneath her. I like the doctor but I will never go back because of her. I felt really disrespected

Went in being told they accept walkins. When I got there they said they wouldnt be able to take me as a walk in. I asked if they could just replace the screw that fell out of my glasses, and they broke my glasses beyond repair. They then made me pay full price for a new pair with old lenses and still never gave me a walk in appointment. Could not believe how terrible the customer service was.

I have stopped by the vision center several time. The dr is never there. I finally made and appt, three weeks later, took the afternoon off work and went to my appt. when I got there I was told they needed to reschedule. WHY not call me in advance and let me know. Horriable service and even worse lady who works there!
