Paid $9.65 for gas that the pump didnt even give me. Spoke w MICHELLE (the manager) to explain the situation and get my money back - she proceeds to tell me that the pumps were checked 2 days ago so I cant be telling the truth. Waiting to hear from Corporate on this matter, and will take next steps based off their response.If I were you, Id just avoid this store by all means. The only good thing about them is the wings, and half the time theyve been sitting out all day so theyre not fit to eat (was told this by an associate when I went to order some).

Pumps almost always not working right, have to go to QT, I use regular non ethanol. Im trying to be a loyal customer, since 7-Eleven has been my brand for years, but its beginning to be hard to be loyal. Thanks for your attention on this issue. When again today 04/08/2021 pump was not working right, all I could pump was like $1, had to go to QT down the road.

I very disappointed with some things. One they say they can put money on a prepaid card. But there is never a manager there to do it.people there are never trained to do it. Seeing ever one is different than the one before them. Lazy people with no real understanding of what it means to others. I will not go back

Took some time to get concessions, pump shut off in meanitime. I was annoyed, but compliant, and for whatever reason, young woman not involved in the conversation chose to instigate and escalate a resolving issue by continoysly interjecting its all my fault. when i had enough of the peanut gallary and responded to her needless 2c, cashier i was talking with raised her voice for no reason, taking instgatemcinstigators side.protio: when the customer is compliant with your annoying rules, shut up.

The gentleman with the locs working the counter today was extremely professional and polite during this visit. He handled the extremely long & growing line like a champ. He was very pleasant toward each customer and efficient overall. This young man is what customer service is all about.

Terrible customer service attendant during the third shift. Second shift customer service attendant might be mildly mentally handicapped. Do not stop here if you are in a hurry or expect to get out of the store within five minutes. Hot food is decent for gas station food.

Its sad that on Sunday morning at 5:50 am theres no coffee made of any flavor! I ask the cashier about some and she replies Well I didnt want to make it to early and not sell any. Heres my thing, isnt it 7elevens policy to always have coffee? So I say no worries Ill just get cappuccino instead..... Uh no because the cappuccino machine is empty as well. So on my way to where Im going I have to take time out to wait for coffee to brew. How lovely!!!

The new worker with the mohawk cant count or either he took my money but I bought a food product and it costed 2.69 and I had a 5 dollar bill he gave me 1.32 cent back.. I didnt even argue, I just left, he is white with a mohawk and cant mske those type of simple mistakes if you claim you can run a register.. maybe he needed thst dollar more then I did..

Most the staff treat you better than family would but they are also understaffed alot so lines tend to get long but Ive never had a bad experience other than a lil bit of a wait so 4 stars 👍 👍
