Slowest drive-thru I have ever seen and they never have your prescription ready when they tell you it is going to be ready. I would give them 0 stars if Google allowed me to do it

I got a shot yesterday (not COVID) in my left arm. Im not sure what her first name was but I think her last name was Cooper. I woke up today with ZERO pain or soreness in my deltoid. She is a PRO! This is my 2nd of 3 in this series and the fist shot (from a different location) left me so sore.

When I thought the place couldnt get any worse today I call and they have their phone off the hook.

They told me a hour wait I go there a hour and forty five minutes later. Then get told still not ready then then end up miss counting my prescription on top of that the young lady was quite rude too me

They didn’t have my prescription ready before closing time. I hate this place and that’s why they have bad reviews.

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. They nrver answer the phone and you always have to wait a long time. I had a prescription called in on Wednesday and Thursday went Friday to pick it up to only be told I had to wait roughly 30 more minutes

Every time I call the pharmacy, no one answers the phone for AT LEAST 30 minutes. Most of the time I end up hanging up because they never end up answering. This is EVERY time I call the pharmacy.

Went to drive thru and employee had a bad attitude. Then when I asked for her name she hung up the phone on me.

I have called at least 20x times over the past 3 days and they did not answer a single time.
