Took them 4 days to send out my blood pressure medication and then took fed ex an additional 5 days. They’re lucky I didn’t die.

Staff is great BUT pay systems close automatically at 9:48 p.m despite the schedule said 10:00 p.m, so we needed to go with out the products.

The store clerk Madison is very selective with whom she greets when someone walks into the store. I walked in the store and headed towards the beverage aisle. She looked directly at me and continued to look at me as I passed her without even a hello, welcome to Walgreens, nothing. While I was in the beverage aisle, I noticed a white gentleman walk in and she immediately greeted him with a hello, welcome to Walgreens. Once I approached the counter the same gentleman she greeted was in front of me and they were having what seemed to be a very casual, friendly, full of laughter conversation. She finished the sell with him and told him to have a nice day. When it was my turn her whole demeanor changed. I still didnt get a greeting, or asked did I find everything I was looking for as the previous gentleman was asked. I placed my bottle of wine on the counter, her response was ID please, I pulled out my wallet to show my ID, her response was, I need to scan the back of it so I took it out so that she could scan it, she then proceeds to say sarcastically Are you having a good day, my response was Yeah are you? which led to what seemed to be a forced response. I paid for my purchase, picked up my bag and of course the end sell was just like the non welcome greeting, empty. There wasnt a thank you, have a nice day. Management, please train your sales clerks to provide the same courtesy, greeting and customer service to ALL customers and not just the ones they feel as though they relate to.

Walgreens has plenty of hand santizers and disposable masks in stock.friendly staff, quick service, drive thru available for pickup

The prescription I needed was not in satock. I was promised that it would be ready for pickup in 24 hours. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it would be 30 days but that they would call other stores and if they had it I could go pick it up. They could have least notified me earlier in the day so that I could have made other plans. They have now lost a customer,

I’ve been to this location 3 times within the past 12 months to get a prescription filled for my son and all three times walked out empty handed with the same excuse, “I’m sorry sir but we don’t have this in stock” ... Pathetic excuse of a pharmacy to say the least

Staff is always super friendly and willing to help us out! Love shopping here for medicine and occasional groceries.
