Typical Walgreens, but I had a bad experience with the cashier.As I walked in, Tami was being friendly with the customers who were leaving the store. However, she couldnt be bothered to greet me upon entering and barely looked my way. I said Good Morning and it seemed like she wasnt going to respond, but then she did.I only purchased two items and held them up to her when I got to the counter. She just stood there and looked at me until I placed the items on the counter. She then picked them up herself and scanned them. I know there are COVID precautions in place, but the items (bags of candy) were big enough for her to take them without touching my hands.She didnt speak to me at all during the transaction (The bare minimum is your total, thank you, Did you find everything you were looking for?). I said Thank you, and then she replied, Youre welcome.Even in NY, the cashiers are much friendlier than this. Like I said, Tami doesnt act like this with every customer...
The pharmacy staff is the most courteous and professional group in all of eastern North Carolina. Taylor, Karen and Bethany(Rph) kindly answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, made me feel like a member of the family. I would highly recommend that everyone visits these wonderful professionals.
This pharmacy is amazing. They try their hardest and the staff will try everything to make sure your script is ready or they find whoever has it so you can get it filled. The eye antibiotic I needed has been on back order and they have called around everywhere trying to find it!! I appreciate everything they are doing!! Love yall!!
Prescriptions are never ready when promised. I don’t have a problem with it taking a while, just be honest about how long it will take. After this last experience I will be looking for a new pharmacy.
Super helpful and competent pharmacy techs. I called the Walgreens on Memorial and they weren’t able to locate my prescriptions... this Walgreens has no trouble helping me.
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU EXPECT DISCRETION. I never use this pharmacy, but my doctor accidentally sent my prescriptions here so I went to pick up 1 of the 3. If you have the displeasure of ROCHELLE CLOSE (she doesnt like to wear her name tag) waiting on you I would highly suggest asking to speak with someone else. This girl started naming off what each medication was (I couldnt remember the med name) and then asked me if the one I was picking up was for something specific. Very loud. With a couple standing behind me waiting. It also took them at least 5 minutes to wait on me when I was the only one in there to begin with. Nobody even acknowledged my presence.AND a few months ago my husband tried using this location. They ultimately got things all screwed up with his doctor after only being there for a few months because they thought he was a completely different patient. Not only that, but they admitted to getting his medication count wrong pretty much every time. You just cant do that. Thats how people can get killed.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Dont trust these people with your life. This place needs to be shut down and ROCHELLE needs her job and licence taken from her.

Just got to another pharmacy because I had to transfer my medicine because of my insurance. I spoke to the person on the phone and they said it would be ready in 2 hrs. Arrived the next day and they had not transferred it so I had to come back. Came back 5 days later and my medicine was not processed. Then the girl asked me if I was aware of my co pay as if it looked like I could not pay for it. I have asthma and Im 30, seriously. Just go to another Walgreens or get your medicine from Walmart. I would but my insurance will not let me
Used Walgreens 20 years in Maryland, never had a problem. Moved to the area, nothing but problems. The girl with tight ponytail and headband gives me anxiety when I see her. She is beyond rude. She’s sarcastic and incapable of being nice. They have lost 3 prescriptions in 6 months. Never notified every time. Will be transferring to another pharmacy......
For me it has always been a great store to visit. I was however disappointed at my last visit to find out that they no longer offer price matching against other local retailer pricing. Too bad.
Was told 30 minutes to fill my prescription while I wait about an hour and a half ago. I understand places are busy, but if you tell me Ive got a 30 minute wait 3 times that is not acceptable.
I’m on the road a lot and use Walgreens for pretty much everything. This facility was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom might as well have been a pig pen. I’ll be sure to stop somewhere else
The pharmacy staff is nice, but they need more help to accommodate all the extra customers from other pharmacies. Please work on it. It’s entirely too long of a wait.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you go through the drive thru to pick up a prescription the wait can be as long as 45 minutes. The people just have nasty attitudes. Not friendly at all and not helpful. Several times I have been told a prescription was ready only to get there and find out it wasn’t ready. Trust me and don’t go here.
Ive been in here a few times to grab a few items quickly. The inside appeared clean and the staff was friendly. I had no problems finding what I was looking for. My wife and I usually go here for the Red Box machine.
While shopping yesterday and attempting to use my debit card, the machine only showed Spanish. I asked the cashier who was impatient and said it only showed in Spanish. I said English, or I cancel my order....I dont read Spanish.Finally, impatiently, she pulled it up in English?????Why? I was discriminated against!
I have literally used this pharmacy since it opened. They have dramatically gotten worse and worse. I know theyre busy I get that. I actually worked at Walgreens at the other end of Firetower. The wait times are ridiculous. I use express pay to cut that down. When I have to tell the tech how to use the flipping thing an after 35 minutes I got my prescriptions just to find out when I got home I was missing the main one I needed. One of my medications had been on back order and I was never notified that it was back in stock I had to ask and was transferred 3 times to figure it out. I left today and imediately called CVS to transfer my prescriptions to them. I dont know what happened with Walgreens but its not what it used to be, no where close.
The pharmacy technician at this location needs a course in customer service. She doesnt know how to interact with customers. After being a customer for many years I have decided to do my business at another Pharmacy.
After being placed on hold and being hung up on, I called back. After being on hold another 7+ minutes, I decided I didnt need their services. Too bad. :-(
Good selection, clean facilities, pleasant staff. Pharmacy is good too.
The pharmacy needs to open the same time the store does... inconvenient when waiting to pick up medicine
