My new favorite cookie place! I love crumbl cookies and go all the time. The weekly flavors always keep things interesting. The interior is modern and the staff is friendly. There are kiosks to make ordering in store easier. Very great place, would recommend, just make sure you dont get caught during super busy times.

Very cool cookie store/bakery. The interior of the store is super modern, bright, and open. They have kiosk so you can order yourself or you can wait in line for the register. Cookies are fairly expensive but they are huge. 1 cookie is enough to share between 2 adults. I would definitely recommend going to try this place out.

Great cookies! Biting into a warm one is like having a slice of cake! Can get very busy when ordering curbside though! Had over a 30 minute wait for just a cookie before! Still. The chocolate chip and peanut butter flavors are awesome! Only giving 4 out of 5 because of the chaotic scene when ordering cookies inside and long wait at curbside.

The cookies slap but I’d like to encourage the manager working today 11/5 to be more patient with your staff. They’re working during a pandemic - you don’t have to be passive aggressive when a few of them forget to greet a customer walking in the door.

The good news… these are literally the best cookies ever. The bad news… the customer experience is seriously lacking. Multiple times my orders have not been ready when promised and service is lackluster if not nonexistent. Often it takes several minutes to even be acknowledged when waiting. Plan for it to take twice as long as it should to get your order, but I promise you’ll enjoy every bite.

I went to Crumbl cookies for the first time ever earlier this week and it was AMAZING literally the best cookies I’ve ever had. So tonight I’m sitting here craving cookies so I ordered some to be delivered. For some reason my number wasn’t working and they didn’t have a cookie on my order so they gave me a different cookie instead, a gift card for a free cookie, and this note. I already was totally happy with the cookies I received but this was an excellent experience. In this world now, people don’t give out kind gestures and this was heartwarming. Thank you guys!

What a unique and delicious dessert experience in Greenville, SC. I love the fact that there are new cookie flavors each week and enjoy tasting the various creations. One cookie is a lot though, so try a piece of one and a piece of another and keep the rest for the rest of the week. Don’t feel pressure to finish a the whole thing. If you haven’t been, it’s worth a try! The standard chocolate chip is so great, but I prefer them warmed up. I don’t like them as much once they’ve cooled down, just a tip! Oh yeah, fresh and unique ice cream flavors too as well as super friendly and speedy service! Enjoy!!

Fantastic cookies, this week was breast cancer awareness month all new cookies pink. Great idea, the pink velvet was my favorite, the kids all went after the pink donut cookie, they said it was their favorite, the ruby chocolate ran a close second for all of us. Sorry to say the chocolate strawberry cheesecake is still barely touched, it does not live up to its name, it taste like a dark chocolate brownie with pink icing, was looking forward to a cookie that tasted like a cheesecake with strawberry icing. But overall a great place.

The smell when you walk in is HEAVENLY. A very nice, modern, clean spot to get your baked cookies. Service was quick and efficient. Cookies were not your average size so its worth the price. &It was delicious...so good. Come here and try them out!

The recipients were in love with these cookies and completely surprised‼️ They said they lasted less than 10 minutes, a dozen, and everyone of course wanted more. Crumbl Cookies are my go to for gift delivery.

I placed my order at 7:09, it said it was delivered at 8:21 and it’s 10PM now and I still haven’t got them. I called the store at 8:25 and the guy that worked there was very nice but I gave him my number and he never called back. I called the store back half an hour later and they sent another door dasher. If they would’ve called back before sending someone else I would’ve asked him to not even bother. Now I’m up at 10PM waiting to get the food so I don’t have ants at my door in the morning. At this point, if I get the cookies and they’re the best thing I ever ate, I won’t ever spend my money on them again.

I give 5 stars on the buying experience. 5 stars on store decor. 5 stars for customer service. But the cookies dont taste good. Most of the cookie flavors are meh. Their signature cookie, chocolate chip has a weird imitation flavor from the chip. The cookie kiosk at the Haywood mall has better developed flavors. They are trying to be the Starbucks of cookies. But Starbucks coffee is pretty good these cookies suck. My daughter love the place. But so what, she also loves happy meals.

Cookies here are always raved about; rightfully so. DELICIOUS! The app makes it super easy, convenient and helpful to send cookies to family, friends, colleagues or whomever you want to know your thinking about them.

We enjoyed the grand opening in Greenville! There were many people to greet us at the door and the service was super friendly and helpful while we chose our favorite cookie flavors! The staff was working hard making delicious cookies and all I can say is WOW you need to try these! Would love to see vegan options so hopefully something will be added to the menu in the future!

The service was friendly and speedy. I asked the employee if the cookies are on the softer side and he said in the middle. Dont let him fool you, the cookies were perfect and soft. Haha They are delicious and I cant wait to go back. Definitely give them a try if you are craving something different and sweet.

The Cinnamon Apple cookie was out of this world and by far our favorite…this week! Can’t wait to try some other flavors in the future!

Man this place is the bomb! Customer service is on point ! I came in late after practice and was really craving the Oreo cookie which technically they were sold out of the cookie but the staff was kind enough to make me some. Chadwick is the man!

This is a great little cookie place. They have a huge selection that can satisfy just about anyone. So far, I would have to say that my favorite flavors, hands down, are the Strawberry Pop-Tart (bring it back, please!!) and the Peanut Butter Jamwich. My co-workers and I always greet each other first thing on Monday with Did you see the cookies?!. The reason Id give it 4 stars instead of 5 are as follows: 1) Availability - they always seem to be out of at least one cookie flavor at all times, with a lengthy wait for more, 2) Better organization - there are a million people moving in a million directions which can make things chaotic. Unfortunately, this spreads to the car-side delivery as well. 3) Expect a 30+ minute wait from Friday midday until Saturday closing. They really just need to go ahead and expand a bit into the vacant space beside them, so people wont be so cramped. Keep it going guys, you can make it happen!

I finally was able to purchase my first four cookies. I heard so much from my grandson about these cookies. His Mom and him purchase cookies every week and have had deliveries as well to their home. Cookies are AMAZING as always. This location is often pretty busy & curbside orders can take a bit depending on the pickup time, but its understandable - everyone wants their cookies & this is the basically only GVL location (at least that I know of).

Cookies are always delicious. Good luck catching them at a time when they have the cookies in stock. Never have I been that at least 2 cookie flavors of their 4-5 options are sold out and then am told it will be 2-3 hours for them to be back. I think management system this store is struggling and needs so much help.

Every time I’ve ever been to the Greenville location the quality, staff, and environment are superb. A genius idea, and obviously a company who treats their employees well. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on the best cookie you’ve ever had.

Delicious, amazing cookies and really friendly staff. It’s a lot of fun to pick up all of the weekly flavors to sample with friends / family. It’s a cool and fun business model.Only problem is how frequently cookies sell out. I went twice in a week trying to get certain flavors, but the shop was out both times. Preordered 3 hours ahead of time while cookies were in stock thinking that would resolve the issue, but was told at pick up the flavors I chose were out and I’d either have to wait 30-60 min (based on where they bakers are at in the cookie making process) or sub for another flavor.There’s no real work around to guarantee the flavors you want. It’s a 45 min drive for me to get Crumbl, which means it’s typically an out-of-the-way stop/treat when I’m running errands in Greenville; thus adding even a 30 min wait is hard to do no matter how much I’d like to hold out for flavors I really want to try. Moreover, with the pre-order, I had already paid for cookies so I couldn’t just leave the shop without spending money / cookies I didn’t actually want.This has become the normal Crumbl experience over the past two months, no matter if I buy in the morning or afternoon, week day or weekend.

I’m obsessed in every possible way! I look at the flavors first thing Monday mornings and always have to try at least 4 at some point during the week. I’m a weekly customer & would be daily if I didn’t think I’d induce type 2 diabetes!!! MY FAV PLACE

Cookies are good but the curbside pickup needs a lot of improvement. The first time i did curbside pickup i showed up during the time slot i selected and waited over 30 min. I ended up having to go in to get the cookies i ordered only to find out that one of the ones i selected wasnt available so i couldnt get it. The second time i ordered them for my husband to pick up on his way home from work. I put his name and car info on the order but i couldnt select Im here because he didnt have my phone with him to turn on gps so he had to go in and even though his name was listed as the pick up person on the order they wouldnt give them to him unless i called so it took him 30 minutes to get the cookies.

The sugar cookies were good, but not outstanding like they are at the St. Louis store. They have taken on the cinnamon taste of the other cookies in the store.

Cookies where made fresh before me and even though the day was completely hectic and the place was full for those workers they still worked hard and were able to get me my cookies in 15 minutes top with 30 people ahead of me. They were all really hardworking and polite and I cant wait to stop by there again!

New to Greenville area & was super excited to find a Crumble Cookie, so far no locations in Upstate NY. These cookies are HUGE, the size of ones hand easy. For a sugar cookie connoisseur be warned there is an almond or amaretto extract (Im 80/20 almond) so it has a different taste, still very much yummy. My favorite, of the limited flavors Ive tried is the Buckeye. One downfall is the flavors change every week BUT todays my bday Aug 18th & I decided on Crumble tonight instead of a traditional birthday cake 🎂

The cookies at at Crumbl are so yummy!! My family has tried most of them and I love that the menu changes weekly. The icing is so good and even the chocolate chip cookie without icing is delightful. Today we got the chocolate with Andes mint icing and it is my new favorite! Nice staff, definitely will return often!!

Crumbl Cookie has the best gourmet cookies ever! Their cookies taste like a cross between a cookie and a cake and I visit at least once a week! Promise their cookies are worth the visit. I wish they could permanently keep the red velvet cookie on the menu. 😋

1st time coming here, and cashier was not happy I didn’t know how many cookies came in an an order. She acted as if it was a chore for her to have to explain it to me. Then I placed my order and she said we don’t have the chocolate chip. So when I changed my order she huffed!! Then I was handed a box that had icing all over the bottom of it, unfortunately I didn’t notice until it was all over my car seat!Cookies were good!

We ordered via the app and 4 amazing cookies were delivered to our vehicle within minutes of pulling up. The peanut butter cookies were more amazing than i could have imagined as was the Neapolitan cookie my wife had. This is the third trip and we have yet to be disappointed!

It wasnt worth it and Im not against paying alot for awesome sweets but the cookies I tried didnt taste very good. At the time they only had 4 options to choose from.. theyre expensive.. they are big so theres that.. we got a few chocolate chip and a couple of the brownie kind. I really didnt like the flavor of the chocolate chip, there wasnt much of a flavor but whatever it was was not my taste I guess.. the facility was clean and they had alot of employees baking and putting together orders so it was fast even though it was busy. The cashier wasnt friendly but the one who gave us our cookies was..
