Grove did an uh-mazing job with my custom cookie cake design. She is a very talented artist!

I ordered a cookie cake for my daughters birthday and she and I went to pick it up. It was not ready nearly an hour after the time I had reserved. When we arrived we were told to come back in an hour. We came back in a few hours to give extra time and it still was not ready. I had one pretty disappointed birthday girl. We wont order from here again.

Ordered a cookie cake and was very disappointed in the writing. Called the store and the manager tried to defend how bad the cookie was. Called back again and she agreed to make a new one. Still not happy but hopefully the new cookie will be better.

Poor customer service from manager tonight. Had an older business card with free cookie cake from Dec 2013 and new manager/owner showed poor customer service. Refused to honor it...ok, but no need to make your would have been repeat customer feel stupid for even asking. There was a date of issue but no expiration date, clearly signed by a manager with Haywood Mall location noted. Could have offered me some sort of discount or been nice about it but the way I was treated will not create any future purchases made there.

If you love cookies, this is the place of course! Chocolate Chip is my favorite! Find your favorite at this place and youll keep coming back!

The cookies are amazing. There is usually a line here and the staff has been ok at best. Ive had great service, and then there are other times where they literally skip over me and start taking someone elses order.

Pre-ordered a cookie cake, got there and they didnt even make it.

Placed an order for a cake and luckily I paid for it in advance because there card machine was down, bad that I paid for it in advance because they misspelled my sons name even though it was right in front of them clearly on the sheet, will never go to west gate mail Spartanburg GACC again

On time, good price, docking one star because the frosting art is very basic and uninteresting.
