Very long shipping. You get a tracking number that says label has been created and it is just stuck on that status for days and days and days. Longest delivery times I have ever seen. Use them only if you are in no hurry and need your items.... next month.

I shouldve read the reviews, they are 100% accurate. They originally only sent part of my order, after trying to call and email to correct for a week, I didnt get a response until I threatened legal action. He sent second shipment, still didnt send the right stuff [I even gave him part numbers and descriptions cut & pasted from his own website]. They have no idea what their products are or how to do business.AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

If i could give minus stars I certainly would. I placed an order June 1, 2019. It is now June 20 and have not received my order and my visa account was billed immediately. Have called 4 times and emailed 4 times with no response. They sell a decent product but their customer service sucks. My experience has been just like all of the reviews for this company. My bad, I should have read the reviews first. My next action is to complain to Visa and try to stop payment. Although this company is not a member of BBB, I will make a BBB complaint. - - - NEVER, EVER buy anything from this company.

I ordered filters for my reverse osmosis system on January 2nd, and the only thing that went smoothly was this company processing my credit card immediately. Go figure! Since then (30 days later) I have not received the product, a return phone call, a reply to my numerous emails, shipping confirmation, or anyone who will even answer the phone during normal business hours.. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. Still waiting for communication from these crooks. Trying to decide now how to take action against these thieves!

I ordered $36 worth of product and they never sent it to me. Called multiple times and it always goes to voicemail which stated to email for faster service. Multiple emails sent with no response. I have just filed a dispute with my credit card.

I paid $70.00 for filters I never received!! They do not answer the phone and I have emailed several times. I did receive one response, they asked if I would like the filters shipped again? and then nothing.These guys are crooks.

I will be reaching out to the BBB about this business. I have no idea why Amazon does business with these people. I ordered an RO faucet and never received. Reached out to company twice and received no response. Seems to be a common theme. Not sure how and why you choose to rip off hard working Americans that trust your company. If I dont receive an immediate refund, I will escalate this transaction to legal.

Dont use this company!!. We ordered some filter material to be used in our pond filter and have never received it. We have called daily for over two weeks, always receiving a voice mail that tells us to send an email. We have now sent seven emails asking about our order. Each time we receive an identical email back stating that they will look into the matter. We have asked for the tracking number several times and still receive the same email. They have our money, but we do not have our filter material.

They sent me the wrong filters and havent responded back and I cant get them on the phone....update. They emailed me the next day and said they will send a return label to ship the wrong filters back but they did better than this, they sent me the new filters with the return label and gave me a discount for my troubles. I am changing my review to five stars because everyone can make a mistake on a product being shipped and they corrected the error above and beyond what most companies would do.

Dont use this company, they shipped the wrong part and wont answer their phone.I left 2 voice mails 3 emails and still no response. It has been 2 weeks so I called my cc company and disputed the charges. If you look for more reviews you will see similar postings, i should have looked before buying.They get an F, stay away from this company.

Ordered a 6 gallon R/O tank through wal-mart and found out after the fact that this company fills that order. After the order kept getting delayed I finally received an incorrect 4.0 gallon R/O tank. Company would not return phone calls or e-mails requesting return label and walmart does not take responsibility for having such a crooked distributor. 3 months later we are still unable to get the company to contact us. Do Not Use This Company. They will just steal money from you

Having just discovered that both of the air filters I ordered recently are defective I am holding my breath that they respond to my email. After seeing these reviews, I am thinking I am up a creek without a paddle. Perhaps, theyll surprise me...if so I will update. Nonetheless, so many bad reviews online are disconcerting to say the least.

Ordered a part, a range filter, on 8/8/2016 and paid them same day with credit card. They never delivered the part as of 10/30/2016, never responded to repeated emails, phone calls or faxes. Save your sanity- buy from somebody else. Filed a complaint with BBB and Visa to get my money back. BBB has a long list of complaints. Far as I am concerned, Mr. Ferguson, the owner, is a thief!

I ordered a filter for the brand of my faucet and they sent a knockoff. I tried to contact them to no avail and filed a claim with Paypal. This has been going on for several weeks and I was told I had to return the filter for credit. Paypal just told me the address was wrong but I sent it back to the address it came from. I still have not gotten a refund and am out almost $50 plus $10 shipping costs. I too tried to call and was told to write an email which was never answered. It is false advertising if you claim to send the name brand and send a knockoff.

Order 2 large water filters was sent 5 small water filters. Ordered thru Walmart. Walmart says you have to resolve with Complete Filtration but have sent 5 emails and 2 phone calls that have gone unanswered. We waited for these products for almost a month to arrive and they were actually billed to our Visa the day after the order was placed. TERRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. CROOKS.......!!!!!!!!!
