I went to the Walmart pharmacy to get my granddaughter prescription filled, only to find out they did not have it. But Vanessa, who works in the pharmacy went above and beyond and called another drug store chain to help me find the medication I needed for my granddaughter. She found it and she didn’t stop there! I would’ve had to pay over $200 for the medicine, but Vanessa found a coupon that saved me lots of money. Walmart really needs more Vanessa’s in there stores!

The employees here literally do not care. It does not matter what time I come here. The check out bags are always messy. Always hard to find help especially when the item is locked. The employees bunch up in groups and pow wow and act surprised when you need help. Customer service is everything and this location is not representing themselves well. This place is a reflection of the type of leadership they have.

I was very happy that the pharmacy was quick and fast with filling my prescription . I thought about not going b/c its wal mart and I thought wow super busy but nope they are quick and fast and refreshingly nice to the customer . Great job !

Worst experience ever. The pharmacist (at the Walmart on 10th street) actually refused to give me my prescription that was in his hand. For an establishment that claims to be committed to providing quality care, this action was beyond inexcusable. Not to mention the two pharmacy techs that chose to point and laugh at me because the pharmacist was showing me my medication but stating he wouldn’t give it to me. Not sure how this is ethical, much less, legal; however, I will be following up on the legality of it and calling corporate to inquire about their policies. I am appalled that Wal-Mart would employ people with this lack of professionalism or morals. This pharmacy and the people employed at this pharmacy are negligent and pose a risk to any patient using their services. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR YOUR HEALTH TO BE AFFECTED BY PEOPLE PRACTICING OUTSIDE THEIR SCOPE OF PRACTICE. THIS PLACE IS A SIGNIFICANT LIABILITY TO OUR COMMUNITY!!!!! Shut it down or do a complete reform of staff!!!!

Ibrahim is the best pharmacist in the business! He really cares & has been a tremendous help,getting me insulin, that I can afford. Tammy is also awesome! I will never go anywhere else...
