As always, love shopping at Costco. Good prices for the most part. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Already stocking popular holiday toys, treats, and decorations. If youre in the market for the Lego Star Wars Mandalorian The Child (aka Baby Yoda), various Disney Princesses, outdoor decorations, and Advent beer and wine calendars, get to Costco quickly. These sellout fast. Also, the liquor store had the 1.75 Liter size Ocean vodka for the first time Ive seen it. Those I know who drink this were very excited about the size and the price.

The store is clean, tidy, organized, and the inventory looks to be well stocked. The parking lot is always a danger zone, but every Costco is like that. Membership checkers/greeters are prompt and polite. Lines move fairly quickly when checking out. They have a great variety of options.

They need better parking but I love Costco I just wish it wasnt right there on woodruff road

If there was a store in town that I could rename “Jeff’s Store” this would be it. How do these guys know what I want? How are there so many things in there that I didn’t realize I needed? Haha. Omg. This store was crowded. And people are so rude. No one says excuse me while browsing or trying to maneuver around. They didnt have barely Chicken nuggets so disappointed

Very clean. Friendly. Solid selection. But that’s a very small part of why I give them a solid 5. It has everything to do with Karl.I walked in with friends who have a membership because our business usually shops with another store. But I walked in with sun glasses, exhausted from a long week of restaurant & organizational work etc. In short it wasn’t until just before I met Karl that I’d realized I lost my sunglasses… sunglasses I had replaced from losing originals that were given to me by a military buddy who committed suicide a few years ago. Sunglasses with a story Karl new nothing about, but offered kind help. Gathered my info. And within 30 mins had reviewed security footage, found them, called me, waited on my return, and held them personally in his own hands until I returned.The man need a raise. Or something. He needs to be teaching customer service, because he gets it and he lives it.And I just might get a Costco membership soon because of it. Thank you, Karl. Thank you, Costco.

My favorite part of Costco is the optical section. the opticians are knowledgeable and they have good selection of frames. Easy in and out. Mandatory mask is monitored which is great. Miss the free food samplers for sure.Updated Sep 2021- I went in to get my glass temples straightened which got bent somehow. The optician got it done in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service.

My first time here as a guest with family that lives here. Bought 1 pack of hamburger that was over 26 bucks. Got 2 pack hot dogs. Buns for hot dogs and burgers. One cake. 56 something.

We have been members for years. While I lived at the beach there was no problem getting to the store, now I wish it were closer to my house in Liberty. Im probably going to have to give up my membership, which I really hate. They have the best products.

A few days ago had an encounter with Lisa at the self checkout. Can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at any Costco. While I can appreciate explanation of rules, the manner in which it was done could be greatly improved. Customer service skills could be greatly improved by this cashier. Will not shop at this location again.

Im absolutely addicted to Costco. This location is the best of the dozen or so Costcos I have been to all across the country. Very helpful and friendly.

I was so impressed with the great teamwork I saw in the employees today. Crazy busy, but they were encouraging one another, helping one another, supporting one another! Good work Richard, Brian, Maria!

The store is always clean. Staff are friendly. However, the tire service department manager was no kind at all. My husband waited over 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. When he was acknowledged, the guy was rude. He gave my husband a life lesson on tires and was extremely condescending. He was not a good representation of the Costco experience. The store deserves five stars. The manager in the tire department does not.

Friendly and attentive staff. All we had to do was pick our stuff out and pay. They scanned and unloaded/loaded our buggy for us.

Everyone was super helpful and store was very clean. Lots of good bargains. Love this store!

Well, Costco is just always good if you need to do a meal for a group more than 10. Although prices are getting high little by little...organization and waiting time on lines were 5 star.

We regularly shop at this Costco Warehouse. We like the Organic products, such as, vegetables, fruit, and frozen fruit. Prices are reasonable, but dont be fooled that this is a warehouse that always saves you money. Example, you can buy bananas in 3 pound bunches, but the price is not always as good as the grocery store, so watch out and check prices if you are that concerned. Dont worry, you wont pay a significant amount more.I will add a caution on quality. Its usually very good, but maybe due to hot weather and possibly transport in the heat, we have purchased a couple of pineapples on 7/23/2021 that began stinking up our vehicle on the way home. We didnt return them to the store, but they looked good but were rotten and we had to throw them away. Also, seems the great price on baby organic spinach at this current time may give you 5 to 10% wilted spinach.I suggest you check these fresh grocery items.We have purchased many other products, such as monitors, printers, televisions, toys, spices, dry goods, and never had any issues.Check out and cashiers are very well trained and fast. They are always courteous.Gas lines will be long during store open hours, but after the store hours, with the last hour the gas service is open is the best time to purchase gasoline. Gas it always priced better than the best competitors. In fact, we try to find a Costco to purchase gas in the major cities we visit.We have the Executive Membership with the Visa card. You double your warranties on purchases with the card. Never had to use it.Oh, yes, I dont want to forget, I just saved over $350.00 per 6 months on my auto insurance through Costco Connect!

I visit Costco occasionally only to get a few items that I cant find elsewhere. They are CCP. They keep their employees imprisoned in masks, and harassed me every time I came during 2020. I feel sorry for those who have struggled to find employment elsewhere, but there has been a lot of turnover as people became aware of the oppressive environment and the expectations of how corporate thinks they have a right to treat their paying club members. You can tell they dont care about their people because their store is constantly dirty, and the bathrooms are disgusting too. These are signs that employees only do what they must, but do not enjoy working there. Man Im glad the rest of America is not like them!

This is for the tire center. Be prepared to wait and not being warned about the length of wait time. I waited for over an hour and when I approached them for an update, they had not even started. As a matter of fact, they stated they had another 4 cars ahead and there is no way of knowing. What a poor service. Also, staff may be cordial but you are simply a number at Costco. There are certain things that I get from Costco that I cant find other places but once I find an option, I have no intention of returning.

Get a membership, they are fabulous. Better than Sams based on a couple visits I have made to that competitor.

As expected but I should know not all the stores carry the same items. I do like just about all the Kirkland brand items. They are usually a great price compared to the same items of a name brand. The employees are always super great.

I always have a hard time finding stuff but the people are great who work there!

My husband and I came all the way from Anderson to get some Kimchi and when we arrived we saw that they had none on the shelf probably because it was on sale. Thankfully, Whitney was there to save the day! We told her we were in desperate need of some kimchi and so Whitney sprung into action! She saved the day! I love Costco!

I love Costco, Especially when I’ve got plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. Their seafood cart is the stuff dreams are made of, when it’s open. The Greenville location is well organized, and the parking lot is easy to get into and out of.

Waited 35 minutes to renew my membership only to be told as I got to the counter they dont accept Mastercard. Find this strange as I pay for my purchases and gas with this card at their store with no problem

The store is busy as most Costco stores usually are. There were lines at each register. The prices are high and getting higher. Sams prices seem lower to me and both Sam’s Club and BJ’s Wholesale seem to carry more skus. Every store associate I encountered was very rude.

When masks are a thing of the past, I will remember the HARASSMENT I endured from the greeters here. I do not have a Costco membership. I use the eye doctor there as was picking up contacts. I do not wear a mask for medical purposes and they did not care. Complete disrespect coming from a woman with a face shield decorated with a flower crown and, you guessed it, no mask. I don’t blame them as they were doing their job. There’s a reason I liked Sam’s Club. I’ll be keeping my business with them for life.

Costco is awesome. Their research and business staff have very high standards and hold those companies to those standards. Anything in Costco I can count on for quality. If for any reason you dont like it simply return the product. Very well run company. Ive been a member for 30 years.

The BEST warehouse store ever! On this recent visit in Greenville, SC, a gentleman named Sal was not only very helpful and friendly, he went out of his way to make sure we found what we needed. Every store should have a Sal to train associates about great customer service!

Its a Costco. Not much more to add to that. Employees were nice, bathroom was clean, had all items I was looking for, and it was crowded.

I went shopping for Armageddon.1st time shopper, I didnt know that you needed your receipt to leave. I just save my receipts for juicy gossip, like screenshots. But I always throw away my paper receipts. They wouldnt let me leave, I asked the cashier, they said I would be fine, you paid, youre good. Well Dina takes her job seriously, she wouldnt let me leave. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for a sup to use my card to find the paid transaction. They do have samples. These awesome cotton candy grapes are in season. I think my milk spoiled when I got home, you can get a better price on milk at Aldi. But the cotton candy grapes are worth it.

Costco always has good quality stuff at decent prices.

I recently moved to the area-wont join a company that continues to ignore the will & wishes of Thousands of People-asking Costco to adopt the Better Chicken Commitment to ensure safe food, lower risks of more diseases from viruss, illnesses from salmonella, listeria, camphyobacteria, avian flu, spanish flu, COVID, variants, etc from chickens! One reported in Russia that had jumped to humans-TIME to be ACCOUNTABLE! ADOPT the Better Chicken Commitment!!

Costco, no matter where you live is truly one of the greatest stores I have EVER expierenced. Can’t beat their Gas prices and the selection inside the store is fantastic. One thing about Costco that I’m so amazed with is the quality of an item you are purchasing. I have never had a bad experience, never had to return something that was not good. The staff is very helpful and the stores always (ALWAYS) very organized and extreamily clean. It has been such a pleasure to shop here. And again does not matter if your in the East Coast or the West Coast. It’s COSTCO!

I am a Costco customer for over 20 years. The staff have been all all times courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first time I am forced to give a negative review to Costco. In this Greenville Costco, liquor shop, mr. D.J needs to be trained to change his attitude towards customers.Costco authorities, please consider my strong recommendation to train mr. D.J. in customer service and behaviour before placing him at the cash counter.Please avoid customer complaints.

The place is clean. The staffs are friendly and very helpful.Only one thing that I would like to suggest to the manager is about the self-checkout. There are 4 machines for self-check out, so please let the machines do their jobs. There is no need more than 4 employees there to scan the stuffs for customers, especially during the pandemic like this. It looks ridiculous that all employees wear a sign of 6-feet away, but you guys approach your customer very close. Paying at the regular registers look safer at this location.

A very nice place. We utilized the meat market and the steaks we got are delicious. Also there was a very helpful gentleman in the vine area. He helped me pick a very nice red to pair with the steaks and we were not disappointed. We will be back.

Mask policy is absurd. Im 9 months pregnant, already have a difficult time breathing, they wont except ADA medical exceptions. The lady at the door is very rude and so was Micheal, the man at the door. Got a membership at Sams Club, they treat you much better, everyone is nice.

OMG, the customers were so rude, I dont know how the employees do it everyday.I was not in a rush and had people blocking, shoving and ignoring anyone but themselves.Dont know what Costco can do,Maybe have the greeter ask everyone to be curious 🤔

Just left Greenville Costco. You know sometimes one bad experience can overturne all the good once and thats the exact case. We got whole shopping cart of groceries, clothes, etc, total over 600 dollars. We spent good ammount of time in there. My daughter who is 6 was thirsty, my husband grabbed a costco water cup and filled it half full with soda. Lady at the register start saying that this is a water cup, and you drink soda from it. My husband told her to keep up with her job. She called a manager on us and said we were aggressive and drinking soda out of water cup. This is the firs time Ive been told that. So giving us a hard time, a customer who just spent have a thousand dollar there because of 10 cents soda for a child. I honestly felt like i just stolen a million dollars from them. My husband took that soda out of our childs hand and throw it into the garbage. Manager was nice and appologized. But i dont feel like going back to Greenville store.

Aside from Covid taking away our Costco samples, it’s still a good trip. Picked up a barn door kit today for $200, comparable ones in other stores are nearly $500. I love the self checkouts and the fact that someone does it for you, keeps that big long line moving fast!

Oh, yea. How about you bring back the sausage sandwich at the takeout counter. Miss that. Best prices on most items. Rotisserie chicken a real good deal. Have it in the fridg for late night snacking.

I went during the special hours for seniors ( opens 9am). It wasnt crowded, employees wearing masks, each cashier had a packer and there was a plexiglass partition at the check out. The place is big and very active during their regular hours. Inside the store they have the usual products. What is different at this store is a liquor shop right nextdoor that belongs to Costco, at Costco prices.

I HATE this Costco. The employees are so hateful across the store. They throw your bread and eggs around. Most of their fruit has white mold on it. Greenville store is terrible.

I have memberships at both Sams and Costco, and find overall that the variety at Costco is better and prices are a little bit lower

I dont see what the big attraction is for COSTCO. Unless you are buying some specific items or purchasing gas, I dont see the big savings that I once saw. Same is true at Sams Club. It is some times hard to determine if I am getting a bargain at either of these entities unless I was buying in real bulk, including gas.

I have both Costco and Sams club memberships. The two I frequent regularly are in Greenville S.C. . They are within 2 miles of each other. Costco has a lady, as you walk in,that is very militant about wearing masks. So, much so she will run you down. However, Sams Club does not. I prefer to wear a mask, if I choose to, of my own free will.

Love Costco! The location is right off of Woodruff Road which makes it prime pickings. If you are unfamiliar with Costco, its like a Sams Club but, in my opinion, a bit better. They offer competitive deals and the items are of quality. They also offer a pharmacy, a vision center, a tire center and a superb kitchen. We use their tire center often and have always come out happy and well cared for -- even when using the road hazard warranty we felt like we saved money for the quality of the tire and received great services. I also run a small business and find myself using Costco more often than not for my needs like USB drives, printing solutions and even hardware. The produce from Costco is absolutely fantastic and their bakery is pretty top notch. If youre considering a membership, look into their VIP package as it offers points that can directly feed back into your yearly membership fee.

Place was packed. Easy to find everything, decent prices, good selection. Store was clean, well lit, and neatly organized. The parking lot was a gridlock nightmare, but otherwise the experience was pleasant.
