The Google maps doesn’t show the location correctly so I had to drive for 10 minutes around the parking lot. After I told the person inside that that was an issue she responded with “don’t worry about it”. She didn’t realize that that was an issue for me and I was suggesting her to tell the manager to change address on Google to the correct location. Hopefully this review will help the store to realize that it’s important they add correct address on their google information.
I’ve been coming to Jared in Greenville for almost five years and I cannot say enough good things about it! Rachel is truly exceptional, and goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. I’m addition, the entire team here is always friendly and welcoming.Not only did Rachel help my husband with the process of buying an engagement ring, but she also helped my brother in law choose a ring for his wife, and assisted in designing a completely custom engagement ring for a friend of mine who lives out of state.I highly recommend stopping in this location if you are looking for any type of jewelry. I went to this store looking for a bracelet that was similar to what my wife wanted, and I was trying to get it done on super short notice. Abby and Doug spent almost an hour with me trying to find some options that would work. We figured out a way to get what I wanted, but I needed something that was on back order to get it done. I ended up get a piece of jewelry from another store, but They couldn’t do the engraving that I needed. I took it back to Jared and they had it done for me in three hours. I’ll go back there in the future, because of the experience that I had with their people.

I purchased a 595.00 watch online from Jared for only 165.00 with a 20.00 new customer discount. I didnt size the watch at the time of purchase, so I needed it sized. Soon as I walked in (I wish I remembered her name) but a tall blond lady met me at the door and immediately inquired about what I needed. The lady adjusted my watch band in less than 10 minutes. She was very polite and also assisted me as my attention turned to a wide variety of Boluva watches. Overall my experience was much better than I expected. I highly recommend Jared and I will be returning in the future for my jewelry needs.
My visit to Jared on Woodruff Rd. was awesome. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Britton who was amazing. He found me the perfect watch for my dads birthday. I will definitely be visiting the store again.
Excellent costumer service. They were busy and we needed a small repair. They gave us the same attention as they were giving others who were buying jewelry. It was nice to realize they truly care about their costumers and not only about the money. Of course there is no doubt in my mind that when we do want to buy some jewelry this is the place we will be visiting!

We came in to look for an engagement ring.Picked out a setting and diamond.Then they said after the purchase, the diamond was too big for the head. Then they wanted to order a head to fit that cost 650. I thought this was way too high.We said okay.Couple days go by and I had some remorse because I feel that we paid way too much for a setting with low clarity diamonds.Talked to Rachel, and she said we’ll fix it and we ended up doing custom.She then said she’d call my boyfriend to ask him some questions the next day.3 days go by and no call. This was a very important purchase and we don’t appreciate being treated as not a priority especially spending as much as we did.He had to call them 5 times and then finally called customer service to get ahold of anyone.They finally sort of made it right and kept my boyfriend in the look with the process daily.We are now in the process of moving forward and so far happy and they also will help price match, even if they can’t all the way, they’ll meet in the middle, which makes it way more convenient and easy.Will update after it is complete.Completed ring was pretty, but the custom work did not show what we wanted.We were able to take it back thankfully.

Send a watch in for repair, 3 weeks after the promised date still not back. Store Team makes promises to call me back, but they never do.I wish I would have gotten my watch to another jeweler for repair, it’s for sure not a cheap watch.
I do not recommend purchasing jewelry here. My kids got me a mothers ring for Mothers Day this year. I had worn it maybe half a day and my sons birthstone fell out. Now even if I drive 40 min to a store and hand it to them I have to wait 3-4 weeks for a refund then try to reorder if the ring is still available. At that point it would take another month to get it and if that one was also defective then we would get to do that all over again. Not only that but likely pay more since it was a mothers day sale item. Apparently they can or will not replace the simulated diamond or just order a replacement even I give them back the defective one.

I absolutely LOVE Jared! Im so glad my hubby chose them to get my (Neil Lane) Bridal Set. EVERYONE is SUPER helpful, friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I went in today to do the (every 6 months) warranty inspection. I also looked at possibly adding another band to my set. The pics with 2 rings is my set. The ones with 3 rings was me seeing what it would look like with the other band on top. ONE of the BEST THINGS ABOUT JARED, in my opinion, is that THEIR JEWELERS ARE *IN-HOUSE*! So if you need ANYTHING you get there altered, resized, etc., you dont have to worry with them sending it off and it taking weeks to come back. Bring in your jewelry and itll be done the SAME DAY, within ONLY A FEW HOURS. My hubby took me to pick out my ring, and since we went with Neil Lane, we got a Certified Diamond that had to be set in it, and the rings needed to be sized down a good bit... They told us what time to come back (about 3 hours - and this was a BUSY day for them) and they were finished BEFORE that time. Please, go to Jared and save yourself time, money and the hassle of other Jewelers. I dont work for them or anything. They have just REALLY WOWed ME with EVERYTHING THEY DO! Thanks yall! Well be back for all of our jewelry needs.

Came in for some repairs on two of my watches (Michael Kors & Invicta). Was prepared to shell out some cash, as I didnt know why they werent working. Luckily this wasnt the case. After picking out a setting, and waiting for the day of the sale that was suggested to us, we showed up at the store ready to buy. Then the ol bait and switch! Suddenly the setting we had picked out was conveniently on clearance so not eligible for the 15% discount that we had waited for. After seeing if she could do something, Taylor came back with no solution, just a hollow apology for waisting our Sunday morning and getting our Hopes up. Ive worked with used car salesman that were more sincere. We went to Jarrods because we felt they were reputable and we were handing over a 2 carat diamond to be reset...Thank you Taylor for showing us the underhanded side of Jarrods before we put our trust in you. We wont be back...ever!

Ive been here a few times to resize my engagement ring, and Ive had fantastic customer service every time! The first time I went to get my free resizing, but I realized only a month or two later that it was still a bit too big (as the weather got colder). I called to schedule another resizing, fully expecting to pay for it, and they told me it would be covered under the first free resizing since it was really just a mistake in getting the right size the first time. I even told them I had expected to pay, and they offered it anyway. I trust they really care about their customers and arent just after their money. Both times I got my ring serviced there, they did a full inspection of the ring for securitys sake and to make sure they returned it in the same, if not better, condition. I would definitely recommend this store and their staff to anyone with jewelry needs!
He went to Jared! My husband and I had a quick engagement. We decided to get married before he bought the ring, but we didnt want to tell anyone until he actually gave me a ring. And since we had already booked a date for 5 months down the road, he needed the ring fast.My engagement ring was custom and Jared got it to him within a few weeks. Afterwards, we bought his ring and my wedding band which also came in fast. We did have some problems with diamonds falling out of my engagement ring after about 6 months to a year of wear. However, Jared was excellent and gave me a whole new setting with all new diamonds (covered under warranty) and made sure it was an exact match to the setting my husband proposed with.Any time I go into Jared, the workers are nice, and if they arent busy with another customer, they greet me at the door right away. The best part is, unlike every other jeweler who has to send your ring off for most maintenance, Jared does it right within the store and will have your jewelry to you within the next 24 hours! When you go in, be sure to ask for Rachel. She is great. And the jewelry technician, Adon, does great work as well.I am proud to say my husband went to Jared.

Went to purchase a pandora bracelet. And was told i had to wear a mask. I told them i have a medical condition and will not wear a mask. And was refused service. Never again will i go there. And i will be sure to tell anybody of this experience and treatment.

I had a founder experience at Jared. I went to 3 other jewelers, but Jared in greenville sc had the ring that made my fiance speechless. I will be back to purchase her wedding band and my ring aswell.
My husband, son and me all went in to Jared to find me a replacement wedding ring. We saw that all the works were helping other people at the time so we, deicied to wait our turn. 3 other couples came in ( with no appointment) after us and were greeted and helped right away. We ended up waiting 25 mins before we gave up and left. This has happened to us many times in the past with Jared. The sales associate judge their customers base off their age and clothing.

I went looking for the perfect engagement ring. I had been looking online with Covid 19 going on. I had ideas of what I wanted. I took my daughter and my best friend shopping. Taylor helped me. She was patient and informative. I answered a few questions and showed some pictures if styles I knew she liked. She found the ring I had dreamed of giving to my fiance. It was perfect. She loved it and I am engaged. Taylor thank you for help and making my and her dreams come true.

I went to Jared’s looking for engagement rings, not knowing what to expect froma “chain” jeweler. My significant other and I couldn’t have been more impressed with Felicia and Ben, as well as the overall experience. They Took a lot of time to help find exactly what my significant other was looking for. They took time to really explain and show me the difference in quality of diamonds and how I could anticipate it would effect my budget and how we could work around it. What impressed me the most was that there was not a single sales pitch made and they really worked to stay within budget. They gave me a great detailed break down of the ring we wanted and said good day. Again I can’t appreciate the lack of pressure enough. I highly suggest visiting their location. They seemed to genuinely enjoy trying to find you the exact stone you’re looking for. Thanks guys!
Friendly staff, and nice service. One star because: How are we supposed to pick out a diamond ring when the place is so HOT and uncomfortable? Gave it a second try, and, the AC was still not doing the job a Month later! The sales ladys response was something about Corp control of the temperature. Really? My fiancee had sweat trickling down his forehead in one of those back rooms. We left (to cool off) without a purchase.

I know that is a common thing we say when we receive good service but I truly mean that Arti will make sure that every detail is just right for you and is honest. Shes not just about money. This store and their staff are phenomenal! My son’s graduation is only a few days away and Taylor helped me to pick the perfect watch for him. He preferred that over a ring he will likely never wear. Taylor helped me decide on the best font and the rest of the staff helped decide on placement and it turned out perfect. Taylor even wrapped it for me. I couldn’t be more pleased. The reason Im ignored is that I dont dress to impress. I dress for comfort. This will be my last visit to your store ever. Which is your loss because my wife loves gold and diamonds. I bet your competitors will be glad you treat customers this way. Also your corporate office has been called for your judging and discrimination.

My wife and I went to Jared tonight and asked a representative to clean my wife’s wedding rings while we looked to purchase another piece of jewelry. We were told that they could, “only clean the wedding band but not the actual engagement ring itself because we didn’t actually buy the engagement ring at Jared.” —we told them to not worry about it and went to another store to make a purchase. Sorry Jared!! You lost a sale and a customer for life!
Ruined my wedding ring.I took my wedding and engagement rings in to have them resized and to have the spacing between the diamonds in my wedding ring fixed. The engagement ring looked fine, but they gave my wedding ring back with large obvious tool marks. I asked them to fix it and the tool marks were gone but the band was all wavy with a flat spot where they polished it down. They suggested I leave it with them for several hours and come back. I did that and got the ring back with no improvement. I gave them another couple of chances and they kept giving it to me all wavy and with choppy finishes. They even agreed it looked bad and weer disappointed in the quality of workmanship. The ring originally had a nice curve to accommodate the large center diamond on my engagement ring that is nearly gone now.I am so devastated. I was getting my rings fixed for our 10 year anniversary and came out with the wedding ring all wrong.For the record, they did refund my money. But now Ill have to pay someone else to fix it.

While I understand that Pandora and Jared are separate entities, I was highly disappointed with this visit. I have purchased several items with your store since youve opened including a Pandora latched bangle bracelet for my anniversary in August. The bracelet broke. I took it and had to wait 20 minutes with a toddler ( I am grateful for the playplace), because I could only deal with a Pandora specialist. She was very nice and offered to replace the bracelet, not before commenting that another had just had the exact same problem. The issue here is because I got the item on sale I was asked to pay $9 difference. Now $9 doesnt seem like much, but its the principle. You sold me a defective item and now I have to pay the difference, after all the money we have spent in the store. I am not sure which companys policy this is but it is a really good way to lose loyal customers. I buy Pandora because it is supposed to be a better quality product
I was looking for a ring that was not a normal ring. I wanted to have a thumbprint engraved on the ring. They were amazing with me and are actually making a ring for me. All the employees were pleasant and helpful and actually came up with a design for me. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
I originally started patronizing Jareds when I broke my finger that had my Mothers Mothers Ring on it. Had to cut off due to sudden extreme swelling. The ring was 50 years old an I had worn it continuously since the day she passed away. I had Jarad make another Mothers Ring for myself to include the stones from the original and added my deceased sons and stepdaughter stones to the design. An excellently talented sales person, Monica (Greenville, S.C. store) spent hours with me during the 2 month process making the design PERFECT. I LOVE IT!!!!Since the completion, I have purchased several different needed pieces of jewelry with her assistance and pride in quality to fit my personality.Ive also had an heirloom ring of mine, 40 years old sized from a 6 to an 8 to pass down to my stepdaughter....a star sapphire surrounded by diamonds. During the process Monica showed me much needed repairs needed to the attachments holding the stones.Professionalism and caring keep me going back. With all my trips over the months, many of the other employees treat me like family...call me by name.I will not go anywhere else for quality jewelry.I hope management will commend this stores emploees for their efforts of kindness.Thank you, Teresa
Weve always had a good experience at Jared in other states, and this store is no exception. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, and best of all, they allowed us to browse the store without hovering. While I was browsing, they cleaned my wedding rings so beautifully, they looked like new. They certainly made up for the horrible experience I had at Christmas with Kay Jewelers in Simpsonville. I would recommend Jared, and will be back!

After visiting several jewelry stores my husband was very impressed with Jareds and he ended up buying me a new diamond ring and wedding band for our 20th anniversary from them about seven months ago. It is so unique and beautiful. He was able to design a ring and wedding band exactly how he wanted and they were so helpful to him and went out of their way to make my daughter and his time there enjoyable. We went there tonight to have my diamonds checked and rings cleaned and to also get gifts for our moms for Mothers Day. It was so great to be able to look around without constantly having a sales associate hovering and over whelming us by never leaving our side like most places do. Our sales associate was the sweetest and most down to earth lady to work with even after being in there for over an hour trying to pick out the perfect gifts she never tried to push or rush us and they were busy. She stayed close and anytime we needed her she happily came over to take things out for us and answer any questions we had. Since she gave us space to look and think and was very helpful when she was needed we ended up getting some really beautiful gifts for our moms that I know they will love. I really look forward to going back to pick out a graduation gift with them next week!

I would not recommend ever bringing your ring here for any kind of resizing work.Brought my engagement ring here (it was not purchased here and the jeweler that it was purchased at has no locations around here) to be resized - trusting that they were the high end jeweler they claim to be. And here is the series of events that took place:- Before even picking up the ring I was sent an email to let me know the repair was complete, except in that email was the incorrect repair number and a photo of a ring that was not mine.- When I got it back the back of the band had an uneven surface and a black ring where the ring was soldered.- The stamp, that showed brand of the band, was removed even though this was on the inside side of the band - no where near where the soldering should be happening.- Lastly, come to find out they resized it to a 5 when it was supposed to be brought down to a 4.75 (or around there). So now I realize that they ruined my only engagement ring and didnt even size it correctly - not sure who the technician was, but clearly they dont know what they are doing.While the manager did refund me and offer to buy a new or similar band for me this should never have happened in the first place. The offer was appreciated, but why would I want a new/similar band that changes the entire ring.This experience really was awful, not only are you screwing up things that are very expensive, youre also screwing up something that holds a lot of emotional value. Overall I do not recommend any repairs on rings that cannot be replaced by them.

I would give this store 0 stars if it were possible! Horrible experience! They almost ruined my husbands gold diamond wedding band by CLEANING it! Yes, they did something during the cleaning that caused a tiny hole to form in the gold and tried to tell us it was his fault. We had no idea and believed them but when we took it back a couple weeks later because the diamond they were supposed to fix had become lose again, the same thing happened! Another tiny hole appeared!Luckily the GM was there and fixed it and we didnt have to pay a dime. That was 2 years ago and we will never go back! Go to a family owned jewelry with actual professionals who know what they are doing!

I called the store before I came down I asked them how much it was to downsize they said $50 when I got there they tried charging me another 34.95 . Which is an additional from what they quoted me over the phone nobody told me theres additionalcharge for downsizing more than one size. I simply asked them how much to make my ring smaller they told me $50 I was a new customer I do spend money on jewelry I will never go to the store again waste my time and money and energy my time is valuable dont go to Jared and woodruff rd. And when I brought it to their attention they were not even corrigible enough to honor their agreement.

Have had the worse experience with this store. They seem so unorganized with everything. I have spent close to 9k on this store and wanted to purchase something else so I called and spoke to a representative who was supposed to look something up and call me back as the rewards days were about to end. I never received a call back and of course that person isnt working today (the last day for rewards). Well I guess I can take my business else where. Youd think if you spend close to $9k at their store that they would atleast return a phone call. Columbia store seemed much better.

Would give a half star, if I could. Have spend over $12k at this store on various items ... Had one diamond that developed a large flaw (yes! It was not there when purchased and have pics to prove it) which is why you keep up with warrenty service, for incidentals and damages like this. Went to the manager about it (who was a major beep word), not only did she deny that ever happens, ever but she made a giant scene in front of other customers to prove to me what an idiot I am & totally blew me off. The most unprofessional service of my life. So bad that 2 employees had to walk her away from me & apologized for HER behavior. Never will purchase anything from this store again.
