Unfortunately a ring I bought had an issue with how it has to be cleaned and the stones in it. The managers there were really nice and understanding and helped me through the process of getting a new ring and even got me a different sale for it. The staff has been super nice and helpful throigh the whole process.

Spent almost an hour waiting to pick up a ring I had already paid for because, apparently, opening an hour later somehow protects people from Covid 19. 3 employees stood inside chatting while I waited outside their store. Horrible customer service!!!

Sam at this store was incredibly helpful. She took the time and made the effort to look up my warranty/diamond bond info that the other associates there have never been able to find. She was wonderful and I highly recommend asking for Sam when you go to this store! She was fantastic! I would give her 5 stars, but give the store overall 4 stars because some of the others are not as kind and thorough as she is.

The pieces I bought were priced reasonably. Representatives are friendly and helpful. The quality is questionable. Their policies seem illogical. Any service done off site, (repairs, resizing, etc.) is not worth it. I should have payed extra and have any services done by a local jeweler.The engagement ring has been sent out twice and the stone still rattles.My wedding band needed to be enlarged two sizes. I received my band and I can see indentations as if something had hammered it. It is no longer smooth, and has this slight Moscow Mule Cup look to it. Super sad. It does not diminish my commitment to my fiance, but I would have loved to have my band as flawless as the day I first received it.I am extremely disappointed. In the future, I will not purchase from Zales. I do not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money here.I made my purchase in March 2021. It is currently May 2021. As of today, my rings have spent more time in the possession of Zales than with me.

Bought an engagement ring here on 1/30. My fiancé didn’t even have the ring on her finger for 2 weeks and a diamond fell out. Skip this place, don’t make the same mistake I did. Even with insurance, a diamond should never fall out in under 2 weeks. For the price, those diamonds should have stayed in place.

I bought a bracelet on the zales website to be picked up in store. It was ready the same day. I changed my mind about it and called and told them I needed to cancel, was told that’s fine just come in store and we’ll cancel that for you. Mind you I never even touched it or took the item from the store, but it took them almost 2 months to cancel and refund my money! I STILL DON’T HAVE MY MONEY

Dont do business with this company week of valentines they notified me my order would take 3 weeks to fill that should have been said over a week ago thank you zale you not only screwed up the order now your hold money that was meant and set aside for this week and with times as hard as they are I mean its not like Im a millionaire company like you guys are

Im pretty aggravated. Drove all the way over here today to FINALLY get my ring looked at because they are taking rings now. Nobody was there. Somebody wrote a sign saying theyd be back @ 2:45. My ring has been missing a stone since the pandemic started & they werent taking rings in to be fixed... Im just over zales. Every other jewelry store was open. I feel like Zales has done nothing but give us the run around. Im gonna have to pay to have it fixed at this point too because they said i didnt have the cleaning done on time so it voided my warranty. Just ridiculous.

Needed a simple cleaning for my wifes wedding set. Zales staff wouldnt clean the ring because we didnt bring her diamond bond. We needed the ring cleaned, not inspected. After several rings, bracelets and watches, I will not deal with Zales again

Mediocre experience for a meaningful day. The assistant store manager, I didn’t catch her name, thin Asian lady was probably the best employee working. She was patient and eager to help. She set the expectation and delivered on her promised timeline for sizing.Kathy was a bit rude when I came in to pick up. I asked her a simple question regarding the 6 month inspections. I askedIf the location sent notification reminders. Instead of her just saying “no” which would have perfectly sufficed in my world, she proceeded to explain “that’s the purpose of a reminder in your phone”. People spend thousands, you’d think they would be a bit more warm and welcoming. Especially considering there are a handful of jewelers right next to this location. I wish my last interaction at this business would have been with somebody else.

My husband purchased me a necklace with a key heart pendant, the necklace has broken twice, the will not replace the chain under warranty they will jus fix it! And the customer service sucks!!! For the price of their jewelry it’s not worth it at all. GO TO ANOTHER JEWELRY STORE!!!

My wedding ring was supposed to be ready a week ago & ive had to post pone my wedding because they couldn’t follow through with their word. The store told me it would be ready 100% a week ago and I am extremely disappointed with their service. Once my ring is paid off I will NOT use this jeweler for any further services. I do not recommend them. You won’t get your ring back anytime before a month- 2 months and they will tell you different. The people who resize and fix the jewelry for the store are rude and if you tell them you need it by a certain date they will just take even longer in offense. Don’t waste your time or money here.

AVOID THIS PLACE. The jewlery is pretty and sometimes you can find a good deal. The warranty is NOT worth it, so dont waste your money! And any repairs done take WEEKS! I now use Clarks in Simpsonville, they are individually owned and the jewler is on site so no sending your stuff off. I love them!

My fiancee bought me a ring from the website 2 months ago. He gave it to me, proposed and the ring didnt fit. We took it to store in the mall. It was supposed to be ready in 3 weeks but its been about a month and a half and they still have it. Dont get a ring from here. Go somewhere else, especially if you need it fixed. I havent been able to wear it since Ive been engaged.

Purchased a cross pendant, and a necklace ove 600$ spent just to find out both pieces ( sold as gold) were gold plated. I specifically asked about both pieces being SOLID gold i was mislead. Lesson learned on expensive costume jewelry, better off shopping at the local pawn shop !

We had bought our rings from another Zales store 3 years ago and we came to this one to get our rings cleaned. The clerk was nice and had an interest in helping us even though the stores protocol makes it hard to give customer service exceptions to make it truly a great experience.

Wish I could give zero stars. A ring purchased 8 months ago has dropped 5 diamonds. With out purchasing the extra warranty, it is not covered. Salesman said only manufacturers defects were covered and dropping diamonds is not defective. They didnt even look at the ring.

I got the Gold rose ring Christmas ..the top part of rose came off, I took it back to Zales to get it fixed ...my husband just picked it up and the top rose part is not lined up with the other petals, its crooked and sitting way to high (PETALS SITTING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER...looks terrible ! :( The warranty means NOTHING ...dont waste your time or money on this place.
