Always love going to this Walmart as a run to grab a few things . Today. It wasnt stocked and boxes everywhere in the way. I understand the issue everywhere with stock....but not having boxes of items everywhere that needed to be on shelves. Plus the self checkout wasnt in working order.

It was somewhat disappointing. I was looking for a high-end pellet grill, but there was no help, and no prices were displayed. I had to go online to look for the various models and prices. And that was confusing too. I guess I’ll go to Costco or Lowe’s.

I really like shopping here but the only downside is that theres not enough registers open during the busiest part of the day. Other than that Im okay with it.

The floor staff, especially the cashiers, are always very polite and do their best given the current situation. However, management seems non-existent. Even before the pandemic the store was not stocked very well and had an unkept appearance. I understand its not Target, but its not up to average Walmart standards either. Lines to check out are frequently long but you will not see a manager directing people to ensure a more orderly flow of customers when this occurs. It doesnt seem like an unsafe store but it could be better.

My wife ordered groceries for pick up yesterday October 7th. They said theyd be ready between 5pm and 6 pm. Then she got an email that they had been delayed. Which was fine. They still werent ready by 8 pm. Which was also fine we just figured wed pick them up the next day. Well here we are today is October 8th. She got an email that they were ready for pick up. She got there st 345 pm and checked in. She sat there until 5 pm with nobody bringing the groceries. She finally had to leave to go to our daughters school event. Well now it is 6 pm, and she is back at Walmart. She is waiting again. So we will see how long it takes to bring them out. She already waited over an hour the first time. I will update this on how long it takes them to bring them to her now that she is back waiting a second time. We were fine waiting an extra day because we understand staffing shortages. But sitting in the parking lot over an hour the first time, and now she is back waiting a second time. Its getting a bit ridiculous. But like I said I will update this with total time she waited the second time if they ever bring her the groceries. Well she finally got them at 630. So total time altogether just waiting in the parking lot was 1 hour and 45 minutes. Thats on top of them being delayed an entire day.

Great place to take the family for a quick vacation and site seeing.There’s always the craziest looking people there and my family and I get a great laugh.5* for the scenery alone.

Shelves were BARE! Half the items we were looking for were out, not low but out.. not many seemed happy to be at work. entrance where we came in looked like the aftermath of a windstorm....as a store mgr I could not have walked by that....Wally world, someone will take your place...just like you did k-mart...

They dont have enough staff to keep the shelves stocked. I overheard management complaining about it one day but when you go to apply they wont offer to pay a living wage.

Pharmacy is my main complaint...Many of us in Powdersville miss the best Pharmacist this store has ever had. Eion was a empathetic and loyal, trusting pharmacist. His professionalism and ability to connect with this community was astounding. These types of individuals seem to disappear from your company at an alarming rate. It is concerning and reflective of Walmarts values and directives. These types of situations are profoundly alarming and the community definitely notices his absence. Walmart lost another excellent individual . He was an Extemely valuable asset concerning your pharmacys reputation and business.

This Walmart is pretty bad. Always have problems with my pick up orders.

I like to visit any Walmart before I go to work when there are hardly any customers. The employees are usually much friendlier, can be found out on the floor working, and helpful when needed.

Walmart is always an adventure, until its time for check out! ORGANIZE YOUR CART! Place barcodes up for easier self checkout! WIC is suspended at self checkout for a worker to walk over, print your ticket, take you 10 feet to the self checkout cashiers register, enter your ticket so WIC can be processed with your other items. Hope this is fixed soon. Theres no reason the entire transaction cant be made at any self checkout. Checking out is no fun this hour, your lucky if an actual cashier has a line open. Im not a day-goer of this store. Not to much for being in large crowds. usually go a few hours before store closes, making it easy to shop. Food prices are reasonable. Cheapest milk for sure @ $1.83 was cheaper before coroNOvirus Sometimes, youll see someone wearing something that provies everyone a good laugh for free.DAY-TIME FOLKS- Ive seen both self checkout with all scanners open and a few cashier lanes with more that 50 customers waiting in line. Hope all this helps.

The Powdersville store doesnt always seem to be the best managed store. Grocery and meat items are frequently out of stock, and check out lines are usually long due to a lack of cashiers. However, at the next closest WalMart only a few miles away in Easley, management and training and stock levels generally are very good. I think the store layout is different than most, but store and aisle navigation are usually comprehensible.

I will NEVER order groceries for pick up on the weekend again! I had $300+ groceries ordered for pickup at the 12-1pm time slot. I was a little way away so at 12 I was on the road toward there & didnt get any notification that it was delayed till I parked to check in. Then I discovered an email/text telling me that I will receive a notification when my order is ready. Ok I get they were super busy no problem but around 145pm I had to go then had to wait to talk to someone to cancel my order. They were nice about it but running that far behind is crazy to me when they have time reserved for a reason. Now Ive got to make arrangements to go shopping again or try online shopping again BUT FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

I Bought a 58in Tv the guy in Electronics was so nice and so helpful! Even took it out to my truck. Kiddos for that employee.

No point in doing online ordering for groceries to be delivered. Mine were to be delivered today from 10-11. Never showed up. I chatted with 2 different reps that said they were waiting on a driver. I called the store at 4:10 and Sharon advised that they were over a day behind. The store should have been communicating with customers. People make arrangements to be home during the time they set up. I was also told my order wasnt even picked yet. This is totally not acceptable. The store manager needs to be involved in the store not fulfilling what they are offering online.

After a fun-filled day of moving my girlfriend and I stopped at the local Walmart in powdersville South Carolina to pick up some items for dinner and breakfast. I got my favorite colossal Berry crunch I cant wait to eat it tomorrow morning. It was quite crowded in the Walmart today. And as usual there was only a few clerks at the checkout but this is always been an issue with Walmart so I dont look at it so badly its something weve all come accustomed to. But overall its a great place we love it.

S only one register open for cash in one for debit when youre checking out at closing time they want to rush you but then they want to take their sweet time with only one cashier open only

Buyer beware. Purchased an Apple series 6. Must have been a previous return and repackage. The package contained a used series 5. Nothing Walmart can do after you purchase. Recommend opening all packages before leaving the store.

Scheduled pick up that confirmed from 12-1 today. Did not receive notification of the “delay” until 12PM when already on the way to the location. Called the pick up number listed on the sign for an update and no answer. Went to voicemail, but voicemail was full. When we finally got in through that line they advised it wasn’t ready but gave no ETA. Waited until 1:20PM, no update, no communication, no one answering the phone. Went inside and was advised it would be another 45 minutes of waiting. This feature is supposed to be a convenience and left us waiting for over an hour, for nothing. Cancelled that order and will likely have to wait 3-5 days for the refund. No offer to make it right and lack luster customer service through the experience. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

This Walmart is way better than the one on White Horse Road you can actually find the stuff you need in this one and it has more stuff...

The shelves are barely stocked if theyre even stocked. Ive been waiting for three weeks for certain items that I can order online and they say oh yeah I should be on the next truck. The employees are hardly ever around and when they are they always say that its not their department so they dont know where stuff is but theyre in that department talking to other employees.

2nd bad experience in a row, I waited to review it for that reason, I didnt want to write an angry review,I picked up 1 or 2 drones from the clearance isle,both priced for around 10 dollars, but both were toys so seemed reasonable.i get up to checkout, lady assigned to the section immediately comes over to see what Im scanning,tells me Im wrong in .y price for the drone .I remind her to hat I dont set the prices, but if this one is wrong the. The other one, and the merchandice label where they both were is all wrong .I proved my point by leading management over to the spot and then left with out buying anything .

Im always pleased with the service, the quality of my purchases and the the pick up process.

Still didnt have what I needed. Guess Ill just start driving farther to get what I need because this particular walmart isnt all that on keeping stuff stocked or even ordered to re-stock... and its actually quite frustrating to get in and out if youre in a a hurry or just needed an item or two...

Great, good selections on many household needs and most of all friendly personel. During these time of the pandemic I was very impressed of how clean and sanitized everything was. It was a pleasant experience all in all. Will visit again.

Called ahead, and the team members held an item for me to make a quick purchase on the go.

Placed a pick-up grocery order for Tuesday to be picked up between 6-7pm. They emailed and said it was busy and they would notify me when it was ready. I did not receive a notification until Wednesday morning stating it was ready. I was at work when I received it. After work I went to pick up the order and the app wouldn’t let me check in so I called the number left messages and noticed all the cars that came after me were getting helped. I asked a girl in the parking lot why everyone was getting helped but me when I had called. She told me her boss was inside. I then received an email that stated my order had been cancelled. I waited a whole hour in the parking lot just to be told I couldn’t pick up my order! When I asked why the employees stated they were too busy. VERY UNACCEPTABLE

The Walmart in Powdersville, SC is always out of about everything. I am getting to where I drive right by it and go to the one in Easley, SC.

I am giving Walmart of powdersville South Carolina one star because of the product that I bought. Now this could be or could not be their fault but the fact of the matter is they are the retailer Im the consumer and the product that I acquired was faulty. I bought a 50 ft garden hose that is made by expert gardener for $12.99. now within the 3 weeks that I have owned this garden hose made by expert Gardener sold by Walmart, it has a crude 7 total breaks. Now when I say brakes I mean the hose actually split and spewed water releasing all water pressure and not allowing any to come from the nozzle. When I go to Walmart or any of the participating retailers that service the needs that I have I expect to buy a product that is going to last and do its job and provide me with the security of it being reliable. Now I will have to go and buy another hose because this one that is made by expert Gardener sold by Walmart has a total of seven splices in it which means Ive used couplings to fix this hose seven times I will provide pictures so you will see what Ive gone through. Thank you

The store gives sort of a closed in effect. A bit of a confused layout. The Customer Service area is small. I got through it very easy. The service clerks were amiable. Late afternoon seemed to be a good time to shop there.

Their customer service is awful. I have called multiple times to get an answer for one question and every time they pick up the phone they hang up immediately before I can even say hello.

Better product diversity compared to other super centers.

Just walmart but some great people work here, bakery has Darlene! Sweet lady and great decorator. Marilyn is my fave cashier, always a quick checkout and fun.

Have to add to the number of people who had a bad experience with order pickup at this store. Went to pickup the mobile order at the designated time and checked in. After a 45 minute wait, they still had not brought it out or sent a notification. When someone did come out to the car, they said they were really busy. Never had any problems with other locations. Had to cancel payment after waiting for another hour later and couldn’t take it anymore. NO EXCUSE for this.

Item quantity and availability is horrible. Also the customer service is a disgrace. I had to search all over the store for an associate to get help in automotive. After waiting 30 minutes I had to go find another associate to page for help and the sad thing is after another 20 minutes, still no help. I can’t believe that Walmart is still open. Management needs to get a grip on their employees and the systems they have in place. I will NEVER shop at a Walmart again. I will pay the extra bucks to go somewhere else.

My wife placed her usual store pick up order that she normally places every weekend. For some reason the order was sent to the Powdersville store instead of Easley. All day Sunday the order was delayed. Finally at 730....30 minutes before the store pickup department closes she got the email that the order was available for pickup. We arrived at 745 called the number on the sign three times with no answer. So we went in. They told us due to being short staffed they were done for the day. Come back tomorrow.

Just say the shelves are empty and very unorganized. Wouldnt be surprised that this big giant of a store goes under. The writing on the wall. If they dont straighten there act up .

Everytime I go there are no parents choice pull ups or wipes pack of 3 and there is cart crate from truck stacked up and not being stocked and sitting there with no worker reloading shelfs and all the items I need are there just not put on shelf and unloaded from boxes.so I have to buy the more expensive items

This is the worse walmart in the area. It is never well stock and the management does not listen to costumer complaints. There is a need for new management and staff.

Great place to shop. Usually has what we need, even during the pandemic. Staff is helpful 9/10 times. The only issue I have is the lack of variety with certain products. Other than that, this store is great.

Great shopping trip was in and out in a hurry

The worst first time online pickup order experienced place my order early in the morning and set a pickup time between 6 to 7 same afternoon and here it is 4 hrs later and two trips to the store and and my payment for the order was drafted from the bank and now they are telling me my order “SHOULD” be ready for pick up the next day this is frustrating and no was available at manager at the store to discuss this with and the only reason for me giving a one star rating is because I had to choose one to but they don’t even get a star rating from me at all

I had a key copied at Walmarts convenient Key copying machine right inside the lobby.It wasnt but $4.00.This Walmart always has a great selection of Roll Back items,as well as the many good deals on the Grocery dept.

Blah. It is not a Supercenter, therefore you dont find most of what you need. It is disappointing and frustrating.
