This place is so very awesome. I just moved here from Atlanta and a) the personality of the inside of the shop beats anything we had there, b) the tea selection is not only extensive, but unique and absolutely delicious (had the Midnight Earl Gray), c) the owners care about their product, which is evident in their from scratch traditional boba that they make freshly every day.Tracy is the kind of owner, and she and her daughter have the kind of shop, that you wish you could clone and take everywhere with you!Stop in for a WONDERFUL environment and EXCEPTIONAL hospitality. :)

My daughter loves tea and asked to try this place after finding it online. The sign on the door says they only allow one customer in to order at a time for safty which I liked, (although they did allow my 3 children in at once). They ordered smoothes and tea and the sales associate brought water for my dog while we sat and waited outside. We were very pleased. Each item was great and so was the service😊

Tea options are great here and there is sure to be a flavor for anyone. Also a decent selection of boba flavors. Prices are good for the most part as well. The downside is lack of staff. Ive been here twice now and there is only one person behind the counter working. I understand they are trying to take and make orders, but Ive been left standing at a counter waiting for 5-10 minutes with no interaction from the workers while they are preparing others tea. Maybe its just been an off day the two times Ive ordered here.Tea selection is great but be aware of long waits

They always have delicious specials that are unique and vibrant. Good Tea Takes Time... I love these ladies & I love their product. Ive tried a lot of other Boba Tea shops & the quality of their product just doesnt compare.This is a small business run by a mother & daughter. Theyre the only ones that run the place, which makes it more personal, but it can cause you to wait longer than other places. To be honest I really dont mind though, because I said it before, good tea takes time. I would rather wait 10 minutes if need be to get something delicious than to go somewhere sterile, that might only take 5 minutes, and they give me something that tastes artificial.My daughter is actually what brought us to this location & we love the setting/environment there as well. I shop their regular teas as well as all their other fun products. #obsessed

Unfortunately the boba is NOT good at all. The lavender taro was too medicinal like in taste. The boba was not stored in correct syrup hence the medicinal taste. First time, first try/taste..and would not buy again.

I really enjoy this place. There is a tea type for everyone. While you wait, there are tables, checkers, comfy chairs, and a store to browse. I recommend checking this shop out. It may be your new favorite! Also, there is a Pokemon gym that can be accessed on the app from inside. 😅

Great boba tea and gift shop! The owners must really like Star Wars too. The lychee jellies are just like real lychees. It’s a hidden gem not far from the main road.

Love the tea...love the shop. if you want the best tasting tea, you may wait a little longer than you might be used to when they are busy, but its definitely worth it. There is a nice area to browse and sit while you wait. I am a dedicated customer.

I love this place! What a cute and comfortable tea place. I went because I wanted to try bubble tea and the owners told me all about what exactly it was and what I could start out trying. I got their Hong Kong with regular boba and I LOVE it. Its so fun to chew and sip! The tea is so flavorful but mild without any acidity. I went back again and got some suggestions on some tea to take home since my little tea bag does NOT turn out tasting half as good. I love that they encourage guests to mask up, socially distance and when your order is ready it is set on a table away from the line, register and beverages. Support this mother/daughter locally owned business!

Ordered two bubble teas. The milk tea flavors were great and I loved the alternative milk options and the real brewed tea, not powder. However, the bubbles were undercooked with not much flavor and the two women working were rude.

My favorite Tea place hands down!!I normally go for the bubble tea with their in house made jellies and colored whip cream—it makes your entire experience THAT much better!My husband isn’t a tea person but he has tried the bubble tea, their apple pie inspired hot tea, and a green tea!Most recently I had a matcha tea with orange amaretto infused and it was incredible! My tastebuds are begging for more.All in all, Casing Rabbits is a great place for a treat! The owners are so sweet and have always taken time to help me find a new flavor or suggest an addition!Also great place to just unwind and play a game of checkers or test your Game of Thrones Trivia.They also have seasonal Triva events I cannot wait to try!

Love the tea smoothies, the gift shop, bags of loose tea and mostly the smiling faces of the mother/daughter duo! Ally always amazes me by remembering my name even if it’s been weeks or months. Thankful to them for being open when they can while struggling with this pandemic and its devastating blows to small businesses like this one.

We came in at the last 15 minutes, regardless the cashier was still very helpful and polite. We received our drinks quickly and they tasted great.

Wonderful experience! The woman working helped me select the appropriate merchandise for the types of tea I prefer (looking for how to steep my teas). She also recommended a tea blend based on my tastes and it was DELICIOUS!!!! My husband got the butterbeer tea latte and said it was everything he hoped for as a Harry Potter nerd.

This is definitely the place you need to visit for delicious bubble tea. They have a great selection for regular tea drinks as well. The person working made great recommendations and was very friendly. It’s a nice place and definitely plan on making it a regular spot.

I love these ladies and I love their tea. I love that try to keep things fun and different with specialty drinks all the time. Different flavor boba, handmade in small batches, they get to know their regulars such as myself too. They know me and my order and if theyve run out of my favorite they have great ideas to try instead and make everyone happy every time. Rude customer service, we had to wait 10 minutes to be waited on, my friend was asking questions about the boba because we have never been, they were talking about us behind the desk. We ordered our boba and our water, it took them almost an hour to get our drinks. I think one of them put there finger in my drink and stirred it, I don’t know but all of our drinks were extremely gross. Never going back there again. Definitely going to Ding Tea after this. That’s the real deal.

This place is great for boba but has awful hours. On two seperate occasions I have come to get boba, and it has been closed while saying it is open on google maps. Completely dissatisfied with these operating hours, and would never recommend to a friend at this point.

This is an amazing hidden gem of a tea shop that is run by passionate, caring owners. The entire space is very clean, neat, and tidy. The tea is amazing and is always served fresh and hot with a smile. There are plenty of areas to sit, relax, work, read, play, etc, although I am not sure if those are open due to local mandates. If you want to support a local business, going to this place is the best way to do so.

I absolutely love this little bubble tea cafe. The inside is so cute and there are so many different teas to choose between. The staff is super nice and it’s a very underrated cafe.

While the boba was good, the lady with short blonde hair was really rude. I am not familiar with boba tea so I asked questions, naturally. And apparently she found that annoying and rolled her eyes. My friend actually saw this and told me after, if I saw it myself, I would have just walked out. Its safe to say I will never go back and I much rather walk further to a different shop than to be treated like a burden.

This place has wonderful milk tea. even the boba is amazing. Would recommend buying from here.

Well, I love tea. And they have some fun tea stuff. Cute tea cups and things of that nature. But it felt like more of a place youd bring your little kids when we first walked in. So I was a bit confused. They do have a large variety of teas, which excited me! But the Mate I got was actually pretty disappointing. They seemed to be a bit confused when I didnt want anything in it, which in my opinion says something about their tea probably, but I dont really know because I only got the 1 cup. But if Im being honest teas at the local coffee shops were better. But they did have bubble tea, which I am a big fan of although I didnt try this trip. But next time I definitely will :)

What a great little treasure this shop is! Not only do they have a HUGE variety of drinks, but a really cute selection of items to purchase! They even have a great selection of superhero mugs and such. The mother & daughter that own and operate are incredibly fun and friendly! I highly recommend you treat yourself to a visit soon!

Quite possibly my favorite place- on the planet. The tea is lovely and Allie and Tracie are wonderful. And you simply MUST ask about the lavender frappe with honey popping bubbles- to die for. As far as loose leaf teas, they are affordable, delicious and Im still working through all of their options! Their Blue Ginger herbal tea is my absolute favorite and it is perfect for any weather. CRTC is the PLACE TO BE.

I really enjoyed this place! They have a lot of herbal tea options which is important to me! The herbal chai is super legit, Ive been to India and Im always on the hunt for real chai, and this place nails it! I love the decor its super retro 60s. I really recommend this place!

Love this place. My friends introduced me to it, and we now go a lot. I love the variety of flavors, and bubbles. Super friendly staff (mom and daughter) really helpful in being able to recommend things to try, and they know their customers well. Fast at getting your order in, it just takes a few minutes for your drink, but they have one person getting and making orders, so the wait is actually pretty good all things considered. A great place for first timers.

This place is great! The teas are always delicious and their bubble teas and specialty teas are always so much fun! Everything you try is delicious and the fact that it is family owned and operated makes it so much better! They are always so nice and willing to help with any decision making. They have a bit of a retail section with lots of different mugs and steepers. The seating area is cosy and spacious but it is a short walk from Main Street if grabbing tea to go is more your style. They also do many themed trivia nights and we went to the Lord of the Rings one quite a while ago and had a blast! This place has so much going for it and offers so much variety! It’s a place we make an effort to stop by every time we are downtown.

Great place to get tea in Greenville. The Sanctuary Green Tea (white tea) is and has been my go-to for a while. They also sell merchandise that makes for great gifts.

Great tea shop with a nice variety of options, from standard hot tea choices, to tea lattes and bubble teas. My family tried a rooibos, Earl Grey, and Earl Grey latte. All were perfectly prepared. The seating area was comfortable and there were books in case you wanted to sip and read. The store has loose leaf tea, mugs, teapots, and other cute sundries. Definitely recommend if youre a tea drinker!

Best tea in TOWN

One of the absolute best tea places I have ever been too. Great atmosphere and events, I highly suggest trying some of their incredible bubble teas but the hot teas are excellent and with an incredible variety ajd amount of choices. They also have really well priced packages of tea you can buy as well as lots of unique novelties. The staff are incredibly friendly and are more than willing to help you find a tea that can help ease any needs you might have. Dont stop by Greenville without stopping by Chasing Rabbits.

One of the only places in Greenville to get bubble tea. I love their Red Thai bubble tea. Their selection of chai tea is fantastic as well. They also have cute tea cups and accessories/other trinkets and gifts. Id definitely recommend giving this place a try.

A great team shop with great service. The drinks are delicious and unique. The best bubbles in town. Plus they have adorable tea accessories thats perfect for gifts.

I really like the drinks but they can be a little inconsistent if you get anything blended. Maybe one of the blenders isnt functioning because I get the occasional large chunk of ice up through my straw rather than a bubble? The fandom events are a blast and I love that its local.
