I’m sad to say that after the experience I had tonight, I will never do business with this Perfumania in the future. I walked in with my family before closing for my dad to purchase a perfume. The door was still open and this was before the mall closing time. The manager immediately yelled at us and told us that they were closed. It was 8:55 and the mall doesn’t close until 9. He knew exactly what he wanted to purchase and it would have been a quick transaction. The manager who was a woman was very disrespectful and used a very aggressive tone which was unprofessional and very uncalled for. As a person who worked in retail, you should never turn away a sale which causes a financial loss for your company. I will be contacting customer service in the hopes of addressing this issue. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

This is a beautiful store and it really smells nice inside. If youre looking for a new sent this is the place to get it I would highly recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed lots of people who have good sense go here

The manager is extremely rude. He is very defensive regarding pricing and gifts compared to Dillard’s. He cannot even handle an intellectual conversation that involves a business transaction about gift sets. I would not recommend any sells or business at this place. And this happened today, June 14, 2020. He no only loss money but a double purchase. I would rather purchase at Dillard’s.

Staff was extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out my first cologne. I smelled about one of everything in the sure before I found just the right scent. No complaints over how long it took me, they just genuinely seemed to want to get me the right smell.

I was told it was cheaper to go here and it is not! I normally order my perfume online but I didnt want to wait for the delivery Thursday. The workers there were very attentive and helpful. But I was quite upset at the price because I end up getting a 1.7 oz bottle when online I could have got a 3 oz bottle for the same price. So that was a great disappointment. Im more than likely will not come back only because their prices are higher than what I get perfume or cologne for. They do have specials there if you spend a certain amount of money you can get a certain bottle of perfume for a much lower price. Is more than likely perfume or cologne that you never heard of which is what happened with me but they allow you to smell it before you buy it. I was disappointed because I have wanted to smell the Versace perfume I bought but no one opens a bottle or had a tester for me to smell the scent. So that was also a disappointment. It seems like the more expensive Brands you cannot smell before you buy and the cheaper ones that will allow you to smell before you buy. I personally would not send someone here to buy perfume or cologne because Im all about the price. I will actually encourage someone to order online ahead if they want a better price.

People inside the store are great, the people at costumer service are horrible. I ordered a Christmas present in store through the website due to the store being sold out, ordered placed on 12/19, on Jan 1st I called the store to see why I havent received my order, I was told they cancelled the order on 12/20 and should have received an email. I never received an email and was told I should see my refund in 5 to 7 business days, its now the 10th business day and costumer service told me it will be an additional 5 to 7 days before I will get my refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

I paid extra for next day shipping and spent over $100 for valentines day and still havent received my package. Not only did they not provide me with any information or a tracking number but they have completely ruined my valentines day. I had to become irate with them just for them finally tell me that it is on a plane that was late picking you up. When I called customer service, the lady was extremely rude. I will never ever order from this site again and will definitely make sure that word of mouth gets around about this.
