Bought a 3,000 ring from a different kay’s and brought it here to get it sized.WORST Place ever and the manager don’t even know how to size a ring. The ring has gone out 5 times for it to be sized. Then the manager put a big scratch in the side of the ring and tried to clean it to cover it. HELL NO it had to go out again for it to be fixed! Then it comes back and it now has a loose diamond so it has to go out a 7th time to get fixed. We have had the ring about 1 week in the past 2 1/2 months....DON’T GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son purchased his fiances engagement ring from this store and it is GORGEOUS. He did his homework prior to purchasing and felt like he got a great deal. The staff was friendly and helpful, the ring arrived earlier than quoted. Cant say enough good things about them. Next time I am in the market for jewelry I will make the trip there to purchase!

I’ve been here a few times and had great experiences every time! They resized my grandmother’s ring, and it came back good as new! Workers were very helpful and accommodating. They even helped my husband pick out a beautiful present for me.

I love kayes jewelry its always such unique pieces that are so different you dont find therm anywhere else. They also run very good sales as well.

After I saw the ring they made, I fell in love! This is the only jeweler I will ever go to! Plus the workers are Awesome!

Based on my experience, this store is staffed with some great and knowledgeable people. If you are in the market for jewelry, you are doing yourself a disservice if you dont go see what they have to offer!
