My boyfriend got me a rose gold ring August 2020 and by May of this year it was tarnished, the rose gold coating wore off, it turns my finger green now and 6 of the small diamonds have fallen out. Dont waste your money just go to a higher end place

My husband purchased a bracelet for me for Christmas and rather than have it shipped chose to do curbside pickup to ensure it was received on time. When he got to the mall he called and followed the instructions for curbside pickup. He was informed that they no longer offered curbside service even though online it said they did and thats how he chose to pick up. They then wanted him to wait behind everyone shopping in the store to pick up his purchase. said the staff was extremely rude and not following Covid safe procedures.

Drove 45 minutes, only to be rudely turned away because it was to close to closing time. No one else was allowed in the line since it was an hour before close. If they were not so rude maybe I would understand, but rudeness is unacceptable.

Online says they close at 9pm. I drove 45minutes to pickup a valentines gift I ordered online. Arrived at 8:10pm. Incredibly rude staff would not let me inside. I Will 100% never be back. Ill contemplate ordering online or simply go to another business.

They have a sign on the door that states Face Covering Required and yet I am standing in here looking at someone without a mask on. They also have a sign that states no more than 8 people allowed in the store and there are clearly more than 8 people. In addition, to their unsafe business practices. I have ordered and paid for my item and when I asked the manager if there was a different line for pick up, I got attitude. So here I stand, waiting, while people look for what they want when I have paid for my item. To be honest, this is the first time I have shopped at this store, and it shall be the last. Terrible customer service.

I own a lot of Pandora jewerly. Beautiful pieces and excellent quality. However; only a few pieces came from this store... with this being the reason.I am currently standing in line to pick up a piece of jewerly which has been paid for and credit card charged. There are 12+ people in front of me; which is one of the reasons why curbside was chosen. Do your part... social distance.... unless you buy from Pandora at Haywood mall.The lady who answered the phone stated she did not have time for curbside service~ which is currently offered for this location and on the website. Then she tried to back peddle by stating I had to sign for the credit card to be charged.I understand being short handed during the week of Christmas 2020.What I don’t understand is rudeness and dishonesty.

1-1-21 Update I just received the attached email from Pandora Haywood Mall stating you can avoid the lines by placing a call in order. Again customers I want everyone to understand the Pandora store at the Haywood Mall makes you stand in line if you purchase items online as they have stated, they do not make any money from online sales. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.By far one of the worse in store pick up experiences ever. I called the store on Dec. 23rdAs instructed regarding curb side pick-up after I was advised my order was ready.I had to call four (4) times to get someone on the phone. Donna answered and advisedMe that even though the website says they have curb side pick-up, they do not. I alsoAsked if I would have to stand in line to pick up my online order. She also advised me yes, andThat it would not be fair to others if I did not. I asked if they had two lines set up, one forOnline orders and one for customers shopping in the store. She advised me no and that I wouldSimply have to wait in line with everyone else as their store DOES NOT make any money from the on line sales.I arrived at the store today, Dec. 24th at 9:30 and was about 20th in line. The store opened at 10 a.m. The greeter was extremely rude when she was preparing my order that I had placed. A customer came up and stated she ordered over the phone, to which the employee stated you can come to the front of the line if you actually purchased from THIS store.Extremely unprofessional, a customer in line stated he was there the day before and that around 9:15 p.m. the store allowed ALL customers in line to come into the store at once, he stated about 50 people. Their normal process and what I experienced today was 4 customers and 4 associates only allowed in the store. They simply allowed more people in as the store was closing and did not follow covid procedures.

We love shopping at pandora. My sibling each have their own sets of charms and bracelets. What I dont love is the way Im or anyone Im with is treated in the store. Rudeness and disrespect run rampaged through out the store. It doesnt matter if your in a suit and homeless or a doctor in rags you will still be treated the same way unpleasantly. Unfortunately Id just shop online if I was you, just so much easier on the mind that way. Good luck future shoppers, I dont know about you but I like having respect.

At 10:30 am on December 19th I visited this store to see if I would be able to return a chain ring that I purchased online. The ring that I ordered was supposed to be a size 8, but when I received it, it was a size 3. I was unsure if I would be able to return it because it was a clearance item, but I decided to go and ask anyway. When I got there I was told that I would not be able to return the ring because the store was a franchise and not the store I purchased the ring from.Not being able to return or exchange the ring wasn’t the issue. The issue I have is with the customer service experience that I had at this store. The cashier that was supposed to be helping me seemed bothered by me and decided to talk to associates over me to ask them to explain to me why I was wrong in requesting an answer as to where I should return my ring or how I should resolve this problem. When I realized that there was nothing they could do to help me, I went to leave. None of the cashiers or associates apologized for my inconvenience or for the lack of resolve. I expected more from this store, considering I’ve heard great things. This was my first experience ordering with Pandora and this negative experience causes me to question returning.Employees should be more helpful in assisting customers and expressing compassion when they are unable to do so.This was a bad representation on Pandora.

Its the middle of the day, and Ive been waiting in excess of 15 minutes for service. 1 associate is restocking pillows and another is with a customer. I understand you dont want to leave merchandise out, but this is really poor customer service! I wasnt even greeted when entering the store! Ive been collecting Pandora for about 7 years and this is by far my most disappointing experience.

My teenage daughter received a ring for Christmas and in less than a week it was missing a stone. She took the ring into the store to exchange it for the same ring or have it repaired. The not so nice or helpful sales associate told her without a receipt she could not exchange the ring. My daughter then asked about just getting it repaired and the hateful lady “helping” her told her she did not have a repair kit or stones to repair the ring. Shortly after my daughter left the store I called to get some clarification on the policy of damaged merchandise. The male associate that answered the phone was glad to look the purchase up with an email address and print a receipt. I’m not sure why the lady that was “helping” my daughter did not offer her the same assistance but she did not. Not very happy and will likely never make another purchase from this location.

My experience at Pandora at Haywood mall was wonderful! My mother and I went in together and had a ball! Everyone was super nice and helped us put together two beautiful bracelets! The employees were very patient with us, considering we were in the store for over an hour! Needless to say, we will continue shopping with our friends at Pandora!

Customer service was the absolute WORST ! I was explaining that the bracelet I ordered offline was too small and I needed to exchange it. Here is what gets me - she immediately looked at it and said “we don’t have those, they are limited edition” then she proceeds to say “you can take it back to where you bought it from and see if they’ll exchange it” MA’AM, I bought it from PANDORA!!! The box says PANDORA !! And she absolutely refused to help me. Told me to call Customer Service. So I call them and they say “we don’t do returns on online orders-you have to go to your nearest Pandora Store” and that Rep said there was nothing he could do but to follow the rules! So guess what !! I have a Pandora Bracelet that doesn’t fit, and that I can’t return or EXCHANGE ! Not even for EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE !!!

Had a fantastic shopping experience at Pandora Haywood mall, my husband bought me a bracelet with some beads and I absolutely LOVE it. The whole staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and helped me to find the cutest bead combination! I could never imagine going anywhere else for my pandora needs!

My husband and I went in and he bought a gold bracelet with 6 charms on it, two sets of the six were the same charms. Not paying attention to her ring them up she gave us our total of $760. When at home that night I was looking at the recipe and noticed that there was no multiple charms and when comparing the most expensive charms to the website they were not even charms that were on my bracelet. Went back up there and they kept saying this was not on purpose she is new. Now please tell me how you get one charm right but then you accidentally scan another charm way more expensive! We ended up being over charged almost $100. Just think if she is doing that to others how much she is really getting over. They did give me a refund and some bs little gift which I wasted my time going back up there for. My husband and I will never go to this Pandora again!

Had a bad experience in here 2 weeks ago. Went in t purchase a bracelet I had seen the day before. So I was going to return a bracelet and trade it in for the one I wanted. Karem started returning my old bracelet and looked at the new bracelet and said. “ I can’t sale it to u because it has the WRONG price. Not my fault, they wouldn’t honor it. Pissed me off. I had to wait til Monday to get in contact with Manger Leanna, nasty attitude.. never will I shop there again . I call Corporate and they still as is yet to have contacted me.😡

Do not buy jewelry from here this is by far the worst place to spend your money. I bought $100 ring here with my husband and the next day three stones fell out, they have a warrantee that says if any stones fell out I could get a new rain free of charge for the first year. I returned my rain the next day and it’s been four weeks and they still do not have a new ring for me she said that I need to call in Or just come in and see if they have a new ring I have waited weeks for my ring that I paid $100 for I am pissed and I am never returning to Pandora

The manager is rude. The main stone fell out of my ring after not even a year owning it. I went in and she had no customer service skills at all. Completely short and rushing me out. Will not be buying anymore jewelry from pandora. Not to mention the stone in the brand new ring I revcieved today is loose just like my old one.

Very poor customer service. I signed in and patiently waited for 30 min. understanding Vday is a busy day. However, the staff did not use the sign in log and continued to take people walking in the door infront of me. FYI: Jared sells Pandora. They are located in Magnolia shopping center. We took our business there.

Poor customer service and incompetent sales associates. One sales associate, Francesca, refused to acknowledge customers and when I complained the hostess replied with She needs a spanking. Another associate, Eboni, claimed to lack the knowledge of handling the purchase of a gift card. I will never patronize this location again and I will advise others to take their business elsewhere.

We went to this location at the mall Saturday evening. There appeared to be 3-4 friends of the clerk in the store. When the sales lady asked if she could help, my husband said he had a question and she immediately went back to her friends and didn’t even listen. He stood there waiting for another minute and left them to their conversation.

Especially Leanna.i purchased a bangle braclet at another store.had my original box, receipt everything.within the 1 yr warranty.. just wanted to make an exchange.Leanna was VERY rude n said Id have to take it back where I purchased it at, a reeds pandora.she proceed to tell me we are independently owned n operated. I called customer service, they are not independently owned they are a franchise and there was no reason not to exchange the bracelet..well they lost 2 customers that day!! My exchanged braclet is in the mail.find a different store than there!!!!

After countless times from purchasing from Pandora, this the last time they will receive my business. In store when I purchased the ring, the sales associates were acting irritated and took forever to complete the transaction. Today, I call to ask about the return policy and I waited and waited on the phone until finally this lady answers and is remarkably rude. The ring, along with my business to Pandora, is in the trash.

Worst customer service ever Roxanne would not make my product good no matter how you look at it I one hundred percent guarantee is a guarantee would not even look my name up in the computer to see when where or how I bought this product everything about the product and when I bought it and my transaction is in the computer had my credit card statement everything with the information that was needed to do this transaction to correct this problem my ring has lost stones out of it all I wanted was to replace it as the guarantee says for one year anything happens you bring it back they guarantee it obviously they dont according to her she takes it personally does not take it on a customer service basis or a company basis its not good and not right I will never go back I now have a ring from Pandora Haywood Mall that I cannot wear because the one hundred percent guarantee for one year is not being backed
