I love the ice cream, the hot chocolate was hot and tasted like what I make, but better cause I didnt have to make it. Even on a very chilly, windy day, this little gem was steadily busy. Will, the confectioner, was hard at work creating the most smooth melt- in- your- mouth fudge I have ever seen. I highly recommend stopping in for a sweet dessert, and friendly smiles.

Popped in while in Noma square for.main street Fridays band night to check out what they had to offer. What a hidden treasure tucked.in at this end of main st.! Really appreciated the free tastings of the different frozen confections, from ice cream to sorbet, as well as the different varieties of fudge! I chose cappuccino chocolate chunk and chocolate toasted coconut and i could not resist as piece of martzipan. The staff was very helpful and.knowledgeable, and we watched as a gentleman was making fudge.

Made for a great birthday party. Kids enjoyed making their own treats. Good wheelchair access once you are there, but parking close may be difficult.

Great ice cream, super friendly staff, but the waffle cone I paid extra for was stale while the smell in the store was from the fresh ones they were cooking and rolling just a few feet away. I specifically asked for a fresh one, but instead got the FIFO (first in, first out) one. :-/ Ill just go with the cup next time.

Hands down the only place in Greenville with AUTHENTIC superman ice cream that they import from Michigan! I personally adore their koolers and recommend anyone to get the raspberry sorbet with just a little bit of lemon sorbet in their kooler... you will no be disappointed! Their candies are 100% delicious and Carmel apples are perfect for the season

Iove the icecream, however the portions vary depending on who serves me. I select a cup thats on display but that doesnt mean itll be full., if thats the case they should carry smaller cups.

About a week ago, I bought some pre-packaged chocolate-covered pretzels as hostess gifts. While the chocolate covering on the pretzels was good, the pretzels themselves were very stale and unpleasant.I had bought 2 packages of the pretzels, since I was visiting 2 different families. In both cases the pretzels were stale, so this wasnt an anomaly.Kilwins has a responsibility to make sure they are not selling stale items. It was embarrassing to me to bring stale goods as gifts. I would recommend that they discontinue pre-packaging the pretzels, to ensure any pretzels they sell are fresh

Great ice cream and nice staff. We accidentally go the wrong ice cream because the staff misheard (masks) and though I said cookies and cream instead it pralines and cream. They were really sweet and fixed it right away!

There are many ice cream destinations in downton Greenville, each offering something different as far as their prep. Rolled, marbled, gelato, etc. This one is just scoop it out and serve, no fancy show, but it is by far the best tasting and fairly priced. Offers many different flavors, classic and seasonal. Walk around downtown while you eat it and you can treat yourself to an extra scoop. 😋

Hi i had my first experience at kilwins tonight 30 mins before they closed! The employees were Super friendly! I sampled the Greenville mud & I loved it! Ill definitely be back again for another taste of that GREENVILLE mud! NOT REALLY HAPPY ABOUT PAYING $9 PER SLAB..BUT HEY IT WAS GOOD 4 A ONCE N A WHILE EXPERIENCE!! I also had a double scoop of icecream in a waffle cone the lemon sorbettot and raspberry sorbetto ($6 some change)very good!😉LEMON IS MORE FLAVORFUL AND INTENSE THAN THE RASPBERRY & I tasted pistachio and cherry which was ok BUT NOT MY PREFERENCE.. The candy and treats are beautifully made! If I can say myself kilwins you rock! The candy apples caught my eye first! I wanted everything!!😉😉 what a way 2 start out my birthday! THE PECAN CARAMEL APPLE LOOKED DELICIOUS! THANKS FOR TREATING ME AND MY MOM AND GRANDMA TO A NICE EXPERIENCE!

Nathan, the manager, is awesome! He went above and beyond to make my daughter’s 13th birthday special. I contacted him to book a birthday party to come dip chocolates and he advised me that with it being Valentine’s Day weekend they were not doing them due to being busy with orders BUT he let her and her friends be VIP’s. They got to come in today before opening and dip strawberries and pretzels plus he and the staff sung happy birthday to her. He went way above and beyond to make her weekend special with her friends. It is awesome to know there are still good people out there! Thanks so much Nathan!!!

We were skeptical to have competition for our favorite chocolate store....BUT Kilwins has now become our favorite stop!!! I LOVE the Lemon Sorbet, my daughter Loves the Mint chocolate and my grandson loves the mixture of the 2!! We are very happy to have Kilwins in Beaufort!! Not to mention they look out for our fur babies as well. Water bowls are always full & fresh outside as well as providing water bowls if we choose to sit at the waterfront. Customer service is great, store is clean....always a pleasant experience.

Sweets are great. Leaving three stars due to driving down while on a business trip to arrive at 8:48pm and have the only lady in the store act like she didn’t see me standing there for 5-10 minutes (after knocking). Disappointing.

Forget anything youve come to purchase. Get you one of those caramel, chocolate, and pecan covered apples. Thank me later. I drive 35 min up there sometimes to snag one.

I do like this place a lot. I think that with a crew of only a few people, you can end up spending a LOT of money here. The treats are good and I will keep coming back, but they can be a bit pricey.

Kilwins is famous for their fudge - for good reason. It is awesome. Here’s my tip. Rather than buy an expensive dessert after dinner downtown, take a leisurely stroll to Kilwins for some fudge. If it’s hot outside, the ice cream options are terrific too ... but, oh that fudge!!

I came for the fudge and my family came for the other treats. The fudge wasnt as good as I was hoping. I liked the Buckeyes. The smaller treats are decently priced but I wouldnt pay for the fudge again

Sign says open until 10 on Sunday its 6:27pm and they have locked all the doors and was cleaning there was no sign on the door that they would be closed due to cleaning or anything. Several people came to the door and nothing very disappointed with Kilwins today

If you like caramel or fudge or other artisan treats you need to go. The store is clean, the people are friendly and the food is delicious. The prices are fair work what you will walk out with.

I came to drink hot chocolate. I tried it for the first time in Gatlinburg TN and i loved it. It was really heavy in the chocolate This one (Greenville) is nothing like my first one. To much milk. Just a small taste of chocolate. Same price as the one in TN but way smallerDisappointed

Awesome ice cream selection and quality but it’s offensively expensive... not even marble slab is this high. $12 for 2 small scoop ice cream cones... We usually pay $8 at Marble Slab.. WITH mixed-in toppings.Doubt Ill be coming back!

Great little shop that has the makings of nostalgia. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because the prices are a little steep. They have a Kilwins in downtown Gatlinburg as well. This one is better, though.

What a blessed day when Kilwins came to Greenville! My wife and I awaited their arrival anxiously after we heard rumors of their opening from the employees at the Kilwins in Hendersonville. You will find the BEST ice cream, chocolate and treats downtown. Our personal favorite is their candied apples...they are more than worth the trip! Its almost fall, so go get one!

Disappointed by the Hot Chocolate. We went with the family to Gatlinburg, TN location and try Kilwin’s Hot Chocolate for the first time and we fall in love. We went today to our local store and is not the same whatsoever. The Hot Chocolate in Gatlinburg was so rich and the one in Greenville is just milk with some chocolate. Disappointed :0(

I stopped at Kilwins last minute to get favors for our wedding welcome bags. Even though I hadnt given them advance notice, I was able to order 25 small boxes of truffles. The Kilwins Associate had everything ready amazingly fast and with a pleasant attitude. I cant remember her name but she was an expecting Mother. I cant says enough about the high level of customer service and quality of chocolate Kilwins provides. Stop by here if youre going to Hendersonville, you wont regret it!
