I purchased a queen mattress and box springs for my son. We were in their store first, but I wanted to go look at others all down the road. So we asked what the total would be, delivery charge, when it could be delivered on one mattress.. We were told delivery would be the next day for $35. So okay. Left to go look at others, had lunch and came back to them. Purchased the mattress w/box springs. Within a couple of hours, delivery had been pushed a day. Wow. It than was delivered but the box spring wouldnt make the turn to go upstairs. So we had to order a split box spring which was an additional $97.56 and wait two weeks for that one to be delivered. So my son had no bed to sleep on for 2 more weeks. I would not recommend Mr Mattress. No customers in the store should have been a clue for us.

We went to several places before stopping here. Sam was really Knowledgeable about all the mattress. We ended up buying from him. The prices here are really great. We love our new beautyrest black hybrid. The price we paid for the mattress was at least $100 less than anywhere else. We also liked the fact Sam wasn’t pushy at all. My mother and I went here and purchased a mattress for her 6 months ago. 2 months ago my mother called Mr. Mattress letting them know that her mattress is defected. It has a huge indentation where her body lies. Keep in mind, when she reported this the mattress was only 4 months old. The manager of the store said he would send her some paper work to fill out and that she needed to take pictures of the mattress and email them and the papers to him. She did exactly that. Six weeks went by and no response. My mother finally called him. She was told that the pictures didnt show the defects and he would be doing nothing about it. He should have came to her home and looked at it himself.Im the one that took the pictures for her, and it was nearly impossible to get the sunken indentation to show in the pictures. It is really bad! Every time someone comes to my mothers house and happens to see her bed, they think she is sleeping on a very old mattress and feels sorry for her. Then we tell them that its only 6 months old and they cant believe it and also cant believe that Mr. Mattress does nothing to make it right. My mother is not a large woman and even if she was, this mattress should not be sinking like it is. I feel like they robbed my mother out of her money and sold her junk! I will tell everyone I know about this and show everyone that comes to my mothers house. I will never do buisness with a company like this that doesnt stand behind their products. No one else should either! UPDATE: Mr.mattress did up hold there warranty and replaced my moms mattress with a new after we finally took pictures that showed the sunken in place. Thank you!

Look out, yall! Overpriced to begin with, then theres no return on the mattresses. You better like it in the 10 minutes you lay on it, otherwise they will screw you. I tried to buy local and support local businesses, and I got screwed. Buy it on Amazon, save yourself some money and trouble

We went into the store just to check prices but ended up making a major purchase!! This store offers an extremely large selection of mattresses from soft to firm in many different brands. Further, the salesperson was quite informative about the make up of the mattress insides which was very important! We were interested in adjustable beds and he was quick to help us with that, too! The prices were fantastic, too. When we learned there was a 2 week delay for the delivery of our bed, he provided additional pillows. Ultimately, if I were looking for another mattress, I would surely go back to Mr. Mattress because we had already looked and priced around, this store had won!

This store is AMAZING! My fiancé and I had been shopping for beds, but nothing was doing it for us. Then we walked in and met Sam. He was so patient with us and explained the differences of each mattress we tried. He didn’t try to push us into a crazy expensive mattress like other places had. We settled on a Sealy hybrid and we absolutely love this mattress. The prices here are great. We went to at least 8-9 places and this store had everyone beat by at least $200, if not more. I highly recommend this store and ask for Sam! He went above and beyond. Great overall experience. We will definitely be back again!

My wife and I had been shopping for over a month and ran into quite a few pushy salesman. Our salesman Sam took his time with us and didn’t pressure us at all. He was really knowledgeable of all the mattresses. He Also didn’t try to push us towards the most expensive mattress in the store right off the bat. Instead he showed us a middle of the road mattress and let us decide what we liked. He was even ok with us leaving the store to think about it over night. We came back the next day and bought because of the professional he showed. I highly recommend going to see Sam! We also love our new Sealy Hybrid mattress.
