Wow, what a great place. The manager was the only one working today and he was 4 deep in customers. We found the Mattress we wanted and waited for the customer in front of us. He made check-out very easy and quick. It was in stock and he said he would most likely deliver it today or Tuesday. He just dropped it off to us same day. Excellent Customer Service!!! We had a GREAT experience at Mattress Outlet in Greenville. My husband and I walked in 30 minutes before closing time. Within those 30 minutes, we had found the PERFECT mattress, with a mattress cover, box spring, and metal base, and we got it all for the same price as ONE mattress at a big mattress store. Not only that, when we asked the manager of the store when they could deliver everything, he said How about now? He delivered everything to our home about 10 minutes later, 15 minutes after closing time. AMAZING customer service and excellent deals: I highly recommend Mattress Outlet to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable mattress!!!

So I came in there yesterday April the 12th and paid cash for a mattress and box spring he told me that he would deliver it for $45 and that it would be here tomorrow which is April the 13th and he never showed up to deliver my box spring and mattress very unprofessional do not waste your time. He gets you into the door saying that he has a box spring and mattress advertised for $99 and it just to get you in the door and when you finally get there to look at this $99 set is garbage from like 1970

We walked in to get a 5 inch queen box spring (because our townhome steps aren’t wide enough for a standard box spring), and Jim introduced us to a split queen box spring - absolutely fantastic!! He was helpful and we were in and out in under 10 minutes. We will be back for future purchases!

The manager was very helpful in the showroom & at delivery. Even though he had a full load to deliver that evening (it was after 5:00 when I purchased), he made an extra trip to get ours delivered on the day of purchase.

Guy told us he had mattresses for $179 when we got there it was a beat up one mind you we drove all the way from Anderson and he admitted if he told us the truth we probably wouldn’t of came very dishonest place

I dont know why I waited so long to find this place! My husband and I paid around $300+ for a queen set and to have it delivered on a Sunday. He was very helpful and sold us what we wanted and needed and didnt try to up sell us on something we didnt need. They have so many options 40.00 down financing, layaway of just buy it out either way you wont be disappointed and I will be back for another set.

Great experience. Robert was very professional and didnt try to oversell us on anything. Typically we dont feel comfortable in sales oriented businesses, but he was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. We got an awesome price on a quality queen sized mattress too! Got a new mattress today and was very pleased with the whole experience. Jeff was great and helped us pick out a mattress that I think we will love. Gave us a great price for it. Their mattress prices are very good and I love the new mattress set I ended up buying. But I was not happy with the way they lure customers in with their false advertising pictures/low prices on line that end up being extremely thin mattress sets in the store. Everyone is very friendly and they are knowledgeable about the mattresses in store. I had a defect with the mattress I purchased and they resolved the issue by bringing me a new mattress rather quickly. Marcus is a very friendly delivery guy. I worked with Armando and he was amazing. I could not get on the bed because it was so high so he brought the mattress to the floor and later helped me up. He knew his products and explained the different options very well. His Customers Service was excellent my Mattress was delivered the same day.

I was greeted by Michael who helped me select what was right for me. However, I was shocked when he told me the price.....which included the box spring and frame.....it was less than other places charged only for a mattress! I opted to not use them for delivery because I have a trailer. So I went back two days later and Jim, the manager, had my items ready to be loaded. Before you buy from a store that will charge you more, go see Michael or Jim at Mattress Outlet. If you dont, it will cost ya!
