Great service. The salesman was really nice but it was the delivery that, hands down, stole the show. These guys were absolutely phenomenal. So careful and polite. Very well spoken and respectful. Loved the whole Mr. Mattress experience.

Excellent purchasing experience: I went into the story on Saturday, got my mattress delivered Monday. On the same day I noticed the box spring made my bed far too high and they came back hours later to take it away! Many thanks to the Mr. Mattress team (and bitter resentment to the Instagram scam that is Nectar).

Look out, yall! Overpriced to begin with, then theres no return on the mattresses. You better like it in the 10 minutes you lay on it, otherwise they will screw you. I tried to buy local and support local businesses, and I got screwed. Buy it on Amazon, save yourself some money and trouble

Great prices! Shopping for a mattress? Try out what the bigger stores have to find what you like, then give this place a visit. Chances are they have what you want at a much better price. Drove by this place for 5 years before giving them a try. Very glad I did.

Just remember you can not change your mind ! No trial period !!! Simmons Mattress not to the standard. I went to Costco and got a new one and I was advise if not pleased I could return !

I just purchased my third mattress from here . No pushy salesmen . Always have my needs met and questions answered . Excellent service . Will always come back .

We bought 2 mattresses here and both became distorted within a year. My wife and I were literally sleeping in huge ruts. (Im 190lbs and shes 135lbs.) We were able to have one replaced under warranty but its a huge hassle and cost us additional money. Folks at the store were not very helpful with the initial sale or warranty replacement. They told us we must have gotten defects. Ive since learned this is a common line at this store.

Easiest purchase I have ever made and helpful staff!!

I bought four mattresses, i exchanged three because they were defected. and the fourth one, the manager told me that he cant exchange it because it had a stain and the mattress was still under warranty, the manager said because of the stain, the warranty was revoked. The mattresses were making Lot of noises and in the middle it would soak, my son is 5 years and he would sleep on it. I think its not a good reason to refuse to exchange the mattress because of the stain, I would not recommend buying any mattress from Mr.Mattress INC.
