Super friendly folks. Very knowledgeable on their products and stand behind them 100% while under a very short warranty period. Unfortunately some of there products although brand new arent very great quality. Both 4 wheelers which are about 3 months old now and really havent been ridden much because of weather arent running due to carb issues, but I guess thats what you get buying Chinese stuff.

Bought a new 125CC dirt bike last week for my son and had an issue over the weekend with the starter switch so I took it back up this week and they replaced it with a new one.Great dirt bike so far and great customer service after the sale. Will definitely buy from these guys again!

Went in on Saturday to look at Mopeds for my son. Had done some research online but still had questions. The lady there showed us the different models they had available and took the time to answer our questions and help us make the right decision. They had a good selection to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also took the time to walk through how to use everything to my son before we drove off. Upstate Cycle was a breath of fresh air compared with any other buying experience. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Gerald went above and beyond with my purchase of a Beta Xtrainer in information, answering questions, recommendations for the bike, and his set up expertise. The bike rides perfect thanks to his knowledge of the machine.All the research I did on the bike showed some common issues, but Gerald took the time to set up the bike to prevent the common issues. (Zip ties, carburetor adjustment and easy of use additions, setting the sag, etc.) There were no unanswered questions and there were no hidden costs.The accessories were on par with online costs and discounts were given after the purchase of my motorcycle. My purchase experience could not have been better.During numerous trips to the store I observed Gerald treating all customers like they were number one despite it being questions about a 10 dollar part, a 1000 dollar scooter or a multi thousand dollar motorcycle. All the employees (dont know all names) were kind and helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything like other dealerships Ive dealt with. Gerald you and your team have earned my long term business and I hope to ride with yall on the trails soon!

Would not consider working on my scooter because it was over 10 years old. That was their only question..age. ( it’s actually showroom condition and has a fuel problem but they did not even get that far.) Thing is model did not change for many years so my 11 year old is the same as a five year old. Business must be good if they can pick and choose.

The lady in the front shouldn’t be selling if she doesn’t want to! I came in to buy parts for a 4 wheeler that I have and she kept saying we can’t fix anything that’s not from our bikes. I was gonna buy the parts and do it my self I don’t need you to do it that’s why I came in and asked for the parts but you were so rude. I’m a customer I had money to buy the parts I wasn’t going in to get them for free I’m a paying customer!!!!

Gerald is a very knowledgeable guy and its easy to see his passion for what he does. Definitely the place to go for any of your motorcycle needs and the only place Id recommend in the upstate going if you ride off-road bikes.

Wish you could give no stars as a review! Charged over 150$ for a break-in oil change on a new bike sold by them. The actual customer service wasnt that bad however it appears the owner is trying to make up for NO business by overcharging out the A$$. Will never go back and plan to warn ANYONE from doing business at this place of business

Charlie and Gerald in the service department they really go there extra mile, and Paul the owner has been very hospitable and cordial In working with me on a part problem from the Manufacturer. The scooter was stolen back in the winter but praise God I was able to have it returned to me, that act can knock me out of warranty but I continue to allow the service department to do you my servicing and mostly everything has been A1. Highly recommend this establishment And you-meet the coolest people especially from Pickens.

Sold my brother a four wheeler and when it broke within three days of having it they wouldnt replace it or give his money back! Strongly suggest reading your owners manual before you leave the parking lot cause one you leave youre stuck with the item!!

My SON COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED so Im not sure what to think yet! I bought a 4 wheeler for my 10 year old son so we could ride together well I have only had the 4 wheeler for about 6 weeks and 3 weeks ago my son and his girlfriend almost wrecked because the tire was about to fall off, if I had not walked out side and saw the tire wobbling they would have been seriously injured or killed. But I do have to say the staff where very friendly when I was there and even gave me a free bottle of oil one of the best on the market, and where eager to help me out. But will they fix this mistake or try to make me pay for it because Im taking it back to make sure it is safe because I was told they would fix anything that went wrong because they warranty all there equipment and I paid all cash up front. My truck is out of the shop now so I will be seeing them tomorrow..Sorry it took so long to get back, but they did fix it and did it for free! He checked over the entire ATV before I left to make sure that everything would be completely safe. My son has been riding for over a month now with no problems at all. They do have very nice equipment at a low price now it is not a Honda or Polaris but they are very good for the money..

Terrible experience. Customer service a joke, overpriced and incapable waste of time. Parts not put back on and my bike was handed back to me with a flat tire... Monday July 1 2019 5pm- called and was told they had my tire and would install for $25 extra .5:30- arrived and quickly selected my tire. I then asked about the install and the girl seemed annoyed and yelled through the store (which had no other apparent customers besides myself) Is there anybody here that can change a tire? Nobody responded...The girl asked a couple people individually until one young man after prodding said ok yeah I can do it. I pulled my bike around and handed the keys to the mechanic at approximately 5:45 which leaves about 45 minutes for one back scooter tire.... Plenty of time for a fully tooled mechanic shop6:00 pm- girl comes and informs me that the mechanic cant get the muffler off (necessary to change the tire) because the bolt had been welded on. I was surprised and asked to go see. After about 3 seconds of looking I grabbed the bolt and was able to move it easily. So how could it move freely if its welded on? Clearly it wasnt. I showed this to the mechanic who just kinda stared at it for a few seconds and said but I turned it and it wont move. So I showed him again that the bolt was.free and he just kinda stared at it looking puzzled. I then proceeded to help him and show him how to get the bolt out.6:05- some other old guy comes back to thet shop from the store looking angry and says what the hell are u doing back here? I told him I was helping the mechanic get my tire off. He says in so many words I dont care were closed and your gonna have to come back tomorrow. I told him I called and they said I could bring it in and that they would do this. He told me word for word I dont care what anybody told you were closed and if the owner comes here and sees you two back here working im getting fired and Im not getting fired over some little scooter... So not only am I getting yelled at (by whom I later found out was the manager) but also marginalized because I didnt have expensive enough of a bike?! UnrealI told him the condition of the tire was bad and that it wasnt safe to drive but he didnt care and told me to get out.6:15- Im standing outside waiting for my bike and I looked up the store on Google where it says they are open until 6:30. So now I can see that Ive also been lied to by the store manager and that they clearly werent closed. I went back.inside and mentioned this to the manager who then basically told me to screw off and that he didnt care.6:25 my scooter was returned with a bad back tire that had been drained of air and not refilled. I actually left this shop in worse danger than when I went. Good thing there is a gas station a block away where I payed $1.50 to put air in the tire. I inspected the bike and found there were 2 nuts missing from the muffler set up that the mechanic forgot to put back inSo I ended up going home and changing the tire myself with a simple socket set and some big flat heads... Took me about an hour. This place is unprofessional and I would avoid it at all costs. Wasted my money, my time and my energy and put me back on the road with a flat tire and forgotten parts ... if u value your life and safety riding do not go here. They clearly have no respect for the safety of those they service and no desire to execute the claims they make to get u in the door
