Ken was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying my car. I got hit by an uninsured/unlicensed driver 3 months after buying my Nissan 370Z. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks, going on 3, on a vehicle I applied for. I came back and forth up there 3 or 4 times to bring different paystubs, etc. all for them to keep telling me there was issue after issue. First, there was an issue with my income which was hard to believe. Second, I get another call saying they said I would need a co-signer for a reason that yet again didn’t make since. Third, they said the bank wouldn’t finance the particular vehicle because it had too many miles on it. Why sell the car or have it on your lot for financing if the bank you work with isn’t going to work with you? They wasted my time completely when I could’ve been elsewhere getting better business. There was nothing but issues with trying to purchase a vehicle from them. I was paying half the car off with cash at that. Every time someone called me back it was always different information between them, no one was on the same page. I went to another car dealership and got approved & financed the same day, and drove off with my car the SAME day. So easy and straight forward. I would never recommend them to anyone lol.
