My girls love this place. It reminds me of a Punk store in Denver I used to shop at when I was kid...ok, ok till I was about 35! LOL!!I bought some Creepers there actually.Give me a like if you were or are Punk!

Pretty cool store my daughter wanted to go in there to get some graphic t-shirts. They have a good variety. Also theres shirts for a lot of different kind of people no matter what kind of music do you listen to.

Hot Topic isnt what it used to be. I miss the old Hot Topic. Good for the younger people but the ones who knew the old HT will know the difference.

So much fun packed into this store. It is the one place my teenage kiddo ACTUALLY LIKES to shop 🤣.

I love this place, has so many good franchises and merch in here, primarily from shows and music. I love the vibe in there and Im so glad theyre being cautious with the pandemic as well and only allow 6 guests at a time with masks. (Photo: Pins for $1.99 each).

Every other Saturday I come in and usually they never have my size in shirts SPECIFICALLY YOUNGBLOOD shirts..(which is usually a medium.) But I try to make things work. On another note the employees are wonderful. I feel super comfortable around them and I dont even know them. Theyre amazing.

This Hot Topic has really scaled back the amount of merchandise it carries compared to a year ago. I dont know if this is due to Covid or other reasons. The back half of the store is just T-shirts, clearance, and a few rows of stuffed animals.

Got to the door at 6:30 waited there till 6:40. Someone finally came and said they were closed. I asked here about the big sign on the front door that said 7. She said she doesnt care about the sign . They still have to clean and they want to get out of there.

Stopped by with my 9 and 12 year old nieces, and their 12 year old friend for some BTS merchandise. It was an ‘aunts treat’ type of day. All the staffs we encountered were super friendly except one. She came to organize the tees area while we were looking through the neighboring racks. My nieces friend left their bracelet pack on the tees shelf while they were looking through the racks, and she slammed the bracelet pack right on the rack top where we were standing around. I didn’t even bother taking it back. There’s professional ways to go about things like that and that was simply not how. I would have gladly provided an apology if she had asked if we still needed the bracelets or if it was ours. I told the girls to come and checkout, because of the atmosphere the worker was giving off. During checkout when I had already inserted my debit card she chased us to the front and told my girls “hey, if you are not the one checking out then please wait outside because I have people waiting in line outside”. It was obvious at that point she was just targeting us. We were the only ones at the checkout area, the girls were just standing there, and within 30 seconds top we would have finish checking out and walked out. Yet, she felt the need to ask 12/9 year old kids to wait outside by themselves. If she ‘couldn’t’ tell they were minors then that should have been the first action as a professional to NOT do “don’t assume”. Of all, we waited our time in the line patiently just like everyone else and so felt super discriminated to be ‘rushed’ during our shopping experience. We bought almost $100 worth of merchandises and in part to support the stability for workers during this difficult time, and this is our treatment. I responded to the worker “they are minors, so if they can stay with me that’d be great”. Never have I received this type of service at any Hot Topics. I didn’t bother asking for her name, and correcting her rude and discriminating customer service in front of three kids who didn’t need that type of remembrance today, but she had reddish/pinkish hair and carried an entitled power tripping managerial attitude. She worked during the August 1, 2020 (2:30PM) shift. Our cashier who was very sweet and professional also had pinkish hair and on the receipt her name is noted as Angel, so it was not her. I’ll be reaching out to corporate as I would never want someone else to experience the discrimination and treatment we did today. There are lines and safety capacities during this time, but the force of pressuring others to hurry up their shopping experience when they followed the rules need tremendous improvements. It happened only to us the entire time we were in there. We were in there for about 30-40 minutes, and when we walked out there were only two couples waiting to come in. They didn’t have 20-30 folks waiting outside like other stores did in the mall, and even those stores they didn’t rush anyone.

One of my favorite places to eat, especially for lunch.

They dont follow their hours. Showed up at 11:30 for todays stuff and online says 12 is when they open. Opened at 11 today. So I missed it. I understand Covid is to blame, it always us. But update your hours to reflect.

I love shopping here. I can always find what I am looking for and if I cant find my size, they are willing to order it for me. I can always find clothes and collectibles for both my husband and myself. There is something for everyone.

I ordered a mystery box at roughly $40 online. I never received the box at my house. I took out a claim with the Post Office. I also contacted Hot Topic and after a few emails back and forth I was informed that I could have the item resent, if it was available, or get a credit toward future purchases at Hot Topic. I responded stating that i would like to have the product resent as it was still available at the time. I never received another response from Hot Topic and never received the item.After roughly a month of waiting I reached out to Hot Topic customer support again about not getting any response, the product, or a credit. I received one response asking for additional information and never got another response after supplying them with that information.I have spent nearly six months now trying to rectify this with Hit Topic and have only been sent in circles every time. I still have not received the purchased item nor have I received a credit or refund.I will not purchase another item from Hot Topic whether it be online or within their stores.

I love the store they have amazing stuff there and its not expensive for the stuff you get the workers are very very nice I totally recommend 100%.

The back area was so full of stuff that I couldn’t try things on in the dressing room. Also one of the workers walked around harassing and making fun of us, asked for my email at the register then made fun of it. I’ve never wanted to leave a place so quickly. Otherwise the people and place have usually been alright besides taking very long to check out and find orders.

I went in today a little before 12 pm and had the rudest worker “help” me with my purchase. It was the girl with the short bleached hair. I was extremely nice to her. I understand working holidays aren’t always the best so I try to be extra nice to people having to work retail during Christmas time. But let me just say she was the worst employee I’ve had to deal with throughout my entire shopping experience this year. Very short and rude. Couldn’t crack a smile once. Acted like it was a bother I was spending over $50 at the store. Oh, and she doesn’t know the store return policy. When asked, she said if a package was opened it cannot be returned. This may be the only time I got a smirk out of her. On the website that’s not the policy at all (only for very specific items which I did not buy). She ruined my mood and I walked out of the store regretting the 15 minutes I wasted interacting with her.

Good merchandise, good sales. However two employees were disrespectfully talking about their management. The friend I was with began asking a question (after about ten minutes of them talking about store orders to each other), and one of the cashiers (a really pretty woman with blue hair) interrupted her to tell her the answer. Which is whatever. We got the answer, but I felt it was a tad rude.Then when I didn’t have my ID (not sure why they need it, but that’s fair. I understand stores implement new policies), I was told “there’s an atm” and was laughed at when I came back with cash in hand.The store is also a bit disorganised. Things are strewn everywhere and the back wall is painfully empty.We were never greeted, never asked if we needed help. (Which we actually did.) The employees that are usually there when I go are typically nice. I understand people have bad days, but when working retail, one of your jobs is to be friendly.

People were amazing

I have gone to this store since I was a teenager. So, a little over a decade now. Even through all their changes over the years I still love stopping in. They always have the cutest stuff. Who needs to grow up when you have Hot Topic?

The people here are always friendly & I love getting to chat with them about various fandoms Im in. The clothing quality is awesome, and I love the variety of different styles/interests that the cater to.

Good, store was alittle messy. Everyone that helped me was great, fast in and out. Typical hot topic size and offerings. Funko wall waa grouped very nicely. Associate Angel was great, she was very quick up a ladder for two different things i wanted.

Super friendly workers. I would have rated it this store 4 stars bc the stock was very limited in womens sizes small and medium in certain styles but it was still such a cool store with a lot of variety. Lots of sale items. Military discount. I will be back!

Unprepared for tax free weekend, too much crammed in this store. If you have claustrophobic tendencies or anxiety this is not for you. Teens love this store...

This store is so crowded! The quality of products is quite low yet they are pretty expensive the staff is snobby and there is no sense of urgency even when the line is almost out the door. Poor customer service for sure.

This was first time Ive been in a Hot Topic in a few years and the first time Ive been to the Haywood Mall location. I was not impressed. Everything was extremely overpriced and the whole store was a mess, boxes blocked several aisles and the staff were not very helpful or friendly. The selection is no longer goth/grunge/emo and was mostly pop related. They did have some current stuff prominently advertised such as Fortnight & My Hero Acedamia but they have strayed so far away from what they are recognized for that it is pathetic. I doubt I will shop at Hot Topics again if this is what they are focusing on marketing now.
