I used to deal with this mailing center 100%. recently i mailed a package and payed for next day shipping -they sent it to the fedex up the street and let it sit for a week. my package was supposed to have delivered on Aug 24th and didnt deliver until Sept 2nd. then only give me 1/2 of the money i payed for next day shipping as a refund and said thats all they can do---so much for customer service . this mail center was super convenient but i will not being using them any longer due to the unprofessionalism of the guy dealing with my refund and their lack of effort to make their wrong better.

A great alternative to the post offices. The people at AIM do a great job and help there customers find the best shipping rates through various carriers.

Outstanding customer service. I what I can to avoid a regular post office in lieu of using this place. The system here is fantastic as they save your information and shipping addresses for later use, and they always look for the most affordable rate to delivery date for you. Cant recommend it enough.

1/2 THE PRICE for shipping compared to three (3) other UPS stores visited the previous day. A high cognition gentleman by the name, Steve, not only greeted me with hospitality, he was able to communicate clearly in a most helpful way that he earned my money that I then gladly spent at his store. Regrettably, I was treated with evilness at one UPS store the day before and told at another UPS store that my packages would cost TWICE AS MUCH as the price I received from Steve.I would recommend this business to all my contacts in South Carolina.Thank you and Peace.

The people here are so kind and it has a very family-like feel to it. It is so nice that the employees know you by name and have your package ready for you at the counter when you come in. Its a very convenient option for this area, since other post offices are several miles away.

Very nice local business with great service. I was able to return a item using USPS no problem. I will definitely be coming back in the future, for all my shipping needs.

This place is closed for UPS

Avoid this place unless you don’t mind paying over double the actual shipping cost for mailing something. Went in today to mail a package they wanted to charge me almost $16.00 to mail a book. I took it to the actual post office and it was just over $7 to mail it. I can see a small markup since it’s a retail facility, but an over double markup is just ridiculous!!
