Very poor customer experience at the Greenwich location. Was followed around the store…at one point she just blatantly stood next to me staring at me but not offering assistance. Will be purchasing my beauty items directly from the companies rather than to support such atrocious customer care.
The employees here are the rudest people ever. They behave like mean children in a middle school and are no help whatsoever. Maybe learn a little class. They belittle customers and act superior. When I purchased what I purchased I was not given a bag (despite obviously needing one) and when I asked a rude, blonde, stout woman asked whether or not I really needed one and then proceeded to give me the smallest bag available (which did not even fit the product I purchased). A bald male employee there was no better and just as rude.
One staff member, I’m assuming the manager, was extremely rude to me (a paying customer) and his staff member. I will not be visiting this location ever again, even if it was the most convenient for me. Please hire better managers who don’t deter customers from the store- I will be contacting Blue Mercury about this experience.
