Course is always in poor condition. Worse, however, is the attitude of the staff and starter in particular. A simple question is responded to with antagonism. Their reputation is well earned.

Would’ve been a 5 star based on the condition of the course but I’m not sure I’ve ever been somewhere where they pull you off the course at 7:10 with well over an hour left of sun light terrible customer service just based on that I would rather play pretty much anywhere else

I never leave reviews and am an avid golfer...but have to for this. Left my 3 iron Miura 1957 baby blade end of day last Sunday, realized and called the pro shop today...H (not willing to spell her full name) answers and I let her know the problem. It seems to click so she says she’ll check the back...and comes back laughing under her breath that it’s not there but I’m happy to come by and check. Very disappointing but more so how she delivered it left it open to obvious questions. Am a member at a local club and been playing the griff for years, never had a club not turned in and returned...we live in Greenwich. Not sure what has changed but that was a very disconcerting call and will likely not come back again soon

Joe and the rest of the staff are fantastic! The pro shop is always a joy to walk in to. They greet you kindly and help you with just about any request. I did a club fitting with the staff -- it was seamless and enjoyable.The team spent lots of time with me to make sure I was happy with the selections we made. 5 Stars. Love this place!

Played yesterday for the first time .Nice helpful staff.Course is fun and very well maintained greens are a bit slow.I live nearby and usually play Westchester muni courses.Nice pace of play.

Fantastic golf course. Never packed and always well maintained. Hard, medium and easier holes. Its all there..... And on a beautiful day.... Not sure how you can much better for a public course.

Challenging layout with an excellent pro and golf shop...friendly prices and good food at the restaurant. I really like the last two holes. Definitely worth the time.

First time there yestesterday. Very well organized. Tee times were precise. Pace was great. A three some aengehead of us, and a foursome behind us. We were a foursome. Round was a little over 3.5 hours. Course is well maintained. All staff were friendly. A bit tough, so if you like a challenge. Im not sure this is a place for beginners, unless they were with a more experienced golfer to keep them from slowing up the course. Had the Cobb salad for lunch. Very good.

Beautiful golf course! Loved coming here for a quiet, beautiful weekend. One staff member was quite rude to me; however, the rest of my experience was stellar.

Great condition. However as a county course prepare yourself for a very long round of golf on the weekends.

Prices up, course conditions progressively worse over the years. Players have no course etiquette and the rangers don’t educate or enforce. You’ll encounter massive divots not replaced, unraked bunkers and pitchmarked greens. Other than that, the place is excellent !

The fairways restaurant is excellent friendly staff great views.

Aarrgghh. Greens are all aerated and sanded!! They were in better condition in spring!

Cant hit driver on the range when theyre giving lessons....which is pretty much always.

Went there for Mothers Day/birthday for a delightful experience. Food delicious wait staff did a superb job especially considering the number of diners..Kudos to all!!

Those of us blessed to have access to this course should revel in it. A true gem of Greenwich
