Im not sure what the purpose of a review for a private club would be, but this club is hard to beat. The road from North St to the main building is one of the prettiest golf club vistas around and the grounds and buildings are maintained to the highest standard. The dining terrace, which is open in summer (and during the pandemic) has views to Long Island Sound. The food is very good, if not excellent, and the service is generally tip top. Members are always addressed by name. If youre lucky enough to be invited, dont say no!

I run countless events across the country and The Stanwich Club is one of the best venues Ive seen to date. The staff is exceedingly kind, the grounds are perfectly maintained, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend to any organizations planning a golf event!
